Did a great wash & uses the rear wheels to push car through, not like Dirty Dogs that when damage is done by the sudden jerk of left front tire forwards, they won't fix any damage and has no number to call corporate @ the 1 on 192 & babcock is always having issues, Mister Car Wash does a way better job not as brutal on the car either. The wash is still just as good as when opened so must keep up on the maintenance, plus the push chain don't make car jump when goes to push it thru & always nice staff.

Talk about a car wash that does not care. Not sure what kind of training is required here but you have to run the vehicle through the wash 2-3 times just to get bugs off. Employees are disrespectful, asked if they could spray off my weather tech floor mats and got a we used to but don’t do that no more. Zero effort to retain customers. Can’t say anything good about my visit today.

Mike was awesome he made me aware of the promo that was going on which saves me money in the long run so i became a member that moment the wash was amazing after i came out Mike came over and inspected my car he said you know you have unlimited washes cause my car has a lot of dirt and grime build up at least a years worth so i followed his instructions went thru again and my car looked a lot better this time around Mike himself even came over and dried it with his personal towel thankful for my encounter with Mike he actually tries to talk to you and doesn’t just treat you like a customer and tries to just push you through thank you mister and thank you Mister Mike.

Since I have the monthly membership and I can get my car washed anytime I want it’s nice to be greeted with a friendly smile especially the young lady that was out there today. She was friendly. Courteous and her smile brightened my day ! Plus, I love the fact that your car wash is a spotless car wash. I can’t stand hard water spots on my brand new car.

Stopped by for a one time wash and after talking with Adam, the Titanium Membership was a no-brainer. Out of all of the washes in the area, I have never had better service, or a better wash than i have at this location. Thank you so much, Adam I can't forget to mention, the vacuums have so much suction that even those with a fear of commitment would use the "L" word.

Very disappointed in their membership services! I was sold on buying their “membership” under the promise of unlimited car washes. I told them that I did not want them placing a sticker on my vehicle. The sales rep said I didn’t have to and that I can keep the sticker inside my vehicle. The “manager” Matthew that stopped me today as I pull through is being rude and telling me that I can’t have the sticker without it being on the outside of my vehicle. I explained why I do and that I was told it wouldn’t be an issue and that I will not continue my membership with this company. He was very rude and said that they don’t want anyone who cancels their membership to continue going through anymore despite others and their website stating otherwise!

The automatic wash will scratch your car up. They will deny your claim. Find another car wash. Final update: just as I suspected. The "investigation" is behind the scenes and they already know they're going to deny it before they start. Avoid this place if you care about your car's paint. (Other updates moved below original review) Original review: The automatic wash will scratch your car up. My Honda is brand new. This was my first car wash. I am so upset. I believe I got the Titanium service. Whichever was the wash and wax. $22 for a scratched up hood and they even had the nerve to ask for a tip at the automated station. Owner: I've seen your copy pasted responses to the negative reviews. Please do not ask me to contact you for what i assume is a coupon for a lanother wash. Write clearly, directly in here what you intend to do to fix my scratched car or do not bother with a reply. 27Jan Update: went back to location and made a claim. GM was nice and helpful. I am worried because He sees the brush scratches and he said they would investigate (look at cameras??), but said, "I will say this looks like it might not be our fault." I said it sounds like you're not taking responsibility before you even investigate. He walked that statement back, but I get the feeling the decision was made well before I came in. Will update when I hear back. 25Jan Update: I see the owner responded. Looks like I have to contact them privately as they obviously have no intention of broadcasting any solution here. I will update this review after my call with them tomorrow with the exact details.

Went to get my car washed due to it being recommended and was greeted before I even pulled in by Mr.Mike. He was very warm and friendly and talked me through each of the membership plans thoroughly. I ended up getting the premium one, and after being disappointed by other car washes I was very happy to see that my car was actually clean afterwards. 10/10 experience very glad I trusted Mr.Mike :)

I’ve lived in Melbourne For the last six years. I moved down here from the north and I own a jeep, So when this new location opened up, I had to try it out. I know how Jeeps can be going through washes, with all the nooks and crannies that they have. It makes it really hard for a traditional car wash to hit all the spots. But Mister car wash has always delivered an exceptional service and a clean vehicle to me! And such a friendly team 10/10

I am a Mister Car Wash member and I always visit the West Melbourne location. Everyone here is incredibly friendly, they greet me with a smile every time and consistently provide great service. Today, I especially want to thank Michael. This was my first visit after surgery, and my car had been sitting in the emergency room parking lot for a week, so it was very dusty. I got out of my car using a walker and was trying to vacuum, when Michael who works at the front desk came over to help me. I didn’t even have to ask, he kindly said he was happy to help and wiped down my car for me. I am so grateful for his kindness and for the entire team’s willingness to go above and beyond. Thank you all for such outstanding service!
