Just spent $36 to have my 2024 tundra washed plus $5 tip. Absolutely horrible job. Upcharged to do floor mats? Back seat had a little light mud from my dog. Didn't even wipe it off. Inner fenders with still covered in dust. Rear quarter panels still dirty. Mats weren't even wiped either. Most horrible car wash experience I have ever had. Like they didn't even care how I got it back. Even worse, I was the only vehicle there. SAD!

Have had a subscription with Mister for over two years now, on my last visit there was a loud thud twords the front end of my vehicle while traveling through the wash. After continuing to my meeting I saw a large dent on my hood and after traveled back to Mister to explain my experience. They filed a claim and said I’d be contacted within 3 days. Two weeks later I sent an email to follow up with no response. Four days later I called and left a message for Dakota the Gm. He returned my call stating the dent was already there so I asked to see the footage to confirm myself and he denied saying they cannot show the footage and it’s against policy and he cannot help. I’ll highly recommend to not do business with this company what so ever.

Would never go back to pay $22 for a car wash that doesn’t even get the gravel dust off the back of the truck. Back windshield and tailgate noticeably dirty just after the wash. Got most of the bugs off but definitely not all of them. Rims looked absolutely terrible, very dirty. Could’ve done a better job at the self-service car wash for $7. Will not be back.

I have used this car wash service for almost 15 years. When they stopped hand-wiping for the finish, I was concerned. I just kept a rag in the car for touch-ups. I have had their unlimited wash service for over a year, and the quality has steadily declined. It is becoming too much to "touch-up". At this point, I might as well have done it myself. I love the convenience and hope you guys can get this figured out.

They do some interior cleaning here at a decent price. I say cleaning and not detailing because I expect more for detailing, but they charge a fair fee for a cleaning, I think.

absolutely awful! First, no soap in the bathroom. I went there mainly to get my interior cleaned as we have a dog we transport to the park daily, so even with a seat protector, there are paw prints on the seat and doors and of course nose prints on the windows. I specifically said that that was my main focus of the visit. I did not tip on the computer, as I prefer to tip in cash...not sure if that is why my back-seat and windows were still filthy. Windows were much improved, but not cleaned. Paw prints still on doors and seat. I went back around to ask about it and was told that it was the best they could do on the windows, and for the doors "our products don't always get everything clean". For the seats "we don't wipe down seats". What exactly did I pay for then. Lady dismissive when I asked about issues. I will not EVER go back.

I came here asking for an exterior wash, and asked them if they have vacuum cleaners and mat washers. I was told to purchase the Titanium Interior plan for that, after paying $53 for that, the interiors were not cleaned fully. The cup holders were dirty and my interior windshield was not clean and the trunk has not been vacuumed. I realized this after leaving the car wash facility. After an hour of leaving the car wash, I came back and told the car wash representatives about the interior not being cleaned fully. One of them told me that I left over an hour ago, suggesting that I made that car dirty after leaving the car wash. Then, they cleaned my car's exterior again. Although it was cleaned the second time, their attempt to guilt trip me into believing that it was my fault that I came back to the car wash an hour after getting it cleaned is shameful. I had a really bad experience at this car wash. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Took my sons dirty truck in with low expectations since it needed a lot of attention. I just wanted a general wipe down. Told the lady give me the works and added extra tip since it was so dirty. She looked inside the car and said it wasn’t that bad. The vacuum team did amazing and they were five star. The interior wipe down that group seemed like they could care less and just completely missed wiping certain things down. Even if they would’ve done just a quick wipe of dash I would’ve been fine- but skipping it altogether set me off.

It’s just okay. I got the highest package for interior clean, and chose the highest tip option. I was asked if I wanted to add a scent, I said yes and chose New Car. The attendant was very nice. It took quite a while, probably close to an hour. It was fairly busy and I understand… there was a garden center right across the parking lot so I was happy to poke around over there. When my car was done, there was no scent and it wasn’t as clean as I would have thought. was it cleaner than it was? Yeah. But was it super clean? No. Just okay. I’ll keep doing it myself going forward and save the $40. Their lobby is nice though :)

just spent $44.94 and an additional $10 for a platinum interior car wash. However, I am not happy at all with the results. The tires did not shine, and the back and floor were not vacuumed properly. To make matters worse, there was still bird poop on my car after the wash. This is very disappointing, as this used to be my favorite car wash and I have been coming here for the past 12 years. I am feeling very sad and angry about this experience.

Usually a nice quick wash. People are usually friendly other than the district manager, he is arrogant and rude. Wash system does not clean Jeep wrangler very well.

I always thought it was my fault for not having frames on my license plates, so after paying for replacement plates, I purchased license plate frames as well. Then the Mister Car Wash mangled my license plate frames, too — both of them. I've put more than a month's worth of the subscription charge just into replacing my plates and frames. This is a new problem that has only started in the last couple of years despite my having had a subscription for much longer than that, and it has really downgraded the customer experience.

I just want to thank you whatever honest employee found and returned a bank envelope I’d lost in my car that had my license and several hundred dollars! I left a nice group tip but I couldn’t find the individual to personally thank them. It was today a little past 1. Car looks awesome also!

Took my 2013 jeep wrangler through there today and it completely broke off my license plate. Will never go back. Waiting on my incident report so they can pay for it to be replaced. I have had no issues with my Kia going through there till I brought my jeep in. You guys just lost a customer because you don’t care about people stuff. The dude was confused and didn’t care it fell off I had him go look for my plate. You won’t ever see me again. I will go somewhere else or do it my self

Got the "Base Plus" wash. Car looks good but... Last time I was there (months ago) people at the end dried off the car with towels. Not today. (So, when the attendant asked for a tip for the staff, what staff?) Also, the tire dressing is uneven and sparse. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Lots of confusion with their advertising. I’m not sure if they intentionally spread misinformation or not. I can only assume this is this case because i was at the blair’s ferry location to get a wash and i seen a 15$ advertised interior cleaning as well. However, when i asked for this ser they said they did not provide it at that location that when i paid for the wash there and was directed to the northland location where i had to drive all the way across town. when i arrived there they kept asking if i wanted a membership i wasn’t sure because i hadn’t even got what i initial wanted which was the interior cleaning for 15$ which actually ended up being 36$. After speaking to the manager i was offered there were no discounts no curtsies or remedies for the gas lighting or inconvenience. But i can become a member. smh I don’t care if my car comes out 100$ better in cleaning not worth the headache and distrust. God bless them anyway

This was only my second time using Mr. Car Wash on Collins Road in Cedar Rapids. The first time was fantastic — they did such a great job, I practically considered asking them to detail my living room too. Naturally, I came back expecting the same magic. Unfortunately, this visit felt more like they handed my car a damp paper towel and wished it good luck. I requested an interior and exterior wash, but when I opened the door, the seats, the backs of the seats, and the floor mats looked like they hadn’t even been properly introduced to a vacuum. Now I get the joy of cleaning it myself — exactly what I was trying to avoid by paying for a professional wash. Thanks for the cardio, Mr. Car Wash, but next time I'll just save my money and my expectations.

This used to be a great place. I'm going to cancel my membership. Rude employees who are trying to push the interior clean cars through on the line and then have to emergency stop the whole line when nobody's at the end to pick up the driverless cars going through. When I asked if I could proceed ahead of them, they blocked the way. The entire line got shut down for more than 15 minutes because of this debacle and I was trapped inside the wash. Cheaper and better for your car to skip this membership.

I’ve been coming here on/off for years. I typically get the Titanium interior plus mats service. I always leave disappointed. Today I was there for mere minutes when the young man said my car was done. I could immediately see I didn’t get what I paid for. 5/5 on friendliness. Service has varied from 0/3. I need to quit coming here. I hate to say that but what you’re paying for is not what you get. Photos attached of what it looks like after being handed back my keys. I don’t expect off the lot pristine, but this isn’t worth $50.00.
