Excellent customer service! excellent prices! no pushy sales people! (Like The duck car wash) nothing but respectful and courteous on giving you the options if you want a membership, but weβre also perfectly fine if you just want a single wash. They are getting my membership for sure!

paid over $20 for this? π never going there again. the $5 car wash down the street at Walmart does a better job than this! first time going here and I wanted to get a membership. never mind that idea πππ

This car wash sucks! It did not was my car good at all, you're throwing $10 down the drain going to this place. You're better off waiting till it rains. The rain will do a better job than this car wash.

Supposed to be touchless. Maybe it's my misunderstanding but touchless means nothing touches the car but water. This was not the case. The employee seemed knowledgeable and to understand that touchless was requested but the wash was NOT touchless.

Washed my car at this location earlier today and the machine beat my car soo hard that it knocked the luggage rack off my car and damaging my hood, roof, and also braking my mirror. Needless to say its approximately 1000.00 worth of damage to my car. After dent repair, mirror replacement and painting. Of course the first thing that Miss Sarah says who she identified herself as Asst. Manager was NOT sir Im sorry or let me apologize for the damage. NOPE .. It was I looked at the video and you cased the damage also We are not responsible for aftermarket equipment being damaged. Well Mister Care Wash!!β it was not the rack that was damaged. It was my mirror, hood, and roof which none of are after market equipment. While I was taking pictures of the damage Sarah was more worried about if she was going to be in my pictures than she was about the damage caused to a customerβs property. From the short conversation I had with this young lady I can see where this is going. Mister Car Wash donβt give a dam if they damage property belonging to another!!! This will be the last time I use any Mister Car Wash locations because Im sure they are all the same. Now Im not saying donβt use them but what I am saying is that if you want to be stuck with this expensive repair bill. Go somewhere else!!! This car is approximately six months old and thanks to them I have this damage already!!!!!

Because I became an unlimited member of Mister car wash I am very happy with the service and the ease to just drive up and go through the member entrance and get my car washed and shine in my tires. Iβm not that easily impressed by drive through car washes because Iβve been through some this car wash they really got their stuff together. My truck is clean the tire rim everything when I go through there. I love it

Paid 22 dollars for the wash and it missed spots on my truck and rims . The lady ensured me that it would get it all off my truck. I should of just did the basic wash if I knew it wasn't gonna take care of what I paid for.

This car wash can customize its rollers to accomadate certian things on your car. Ex: canvasas tops can be peogrammed so the top of your car uses very little pressure or no touch at all. Chrome rocker panels too. The program will be at all Mr. Car washes on that car.

This has to be the best Mister Car Wash location Iβve been to. The first attendant you see greets you with a smile and gives you a thumbs up to enter. The next person directs you with a smile and gives you a thumbs up when your vehicle has aligned appropriately. The drying and vacuuming station is amazingly big! The vacuums remain on and placed in a receptacle (sorry donβt know the proper name for it). Thereβs no on and off switch. The garbage can is above ground and perfectly welded onto the large pole that the vacuum is attached to. Neat placeβ¦check it out!

Poor Customer Service and Lack of Accountability Iβm extremely disappointed with how Mister Car Wash has handled my recent experience. My vehicle was damaged at their 7705 Spencer Hwy location. I immediately filed a report and was told that management would follow up within 3 days. It has now been well over a week, and I have received no communication at all. The complete lack of follow-through and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. Iβve had to chase down answers for an issue that should have been taken seriously from the start. If this is how they treat damage claims, I worry how they treat other customer issues. This experience has made me lose trust in Mister Car Wash as a company. I cannot recommend them based on how poorly theyβve handled this situation. I hope they take steps to improve their accountability and customer service moving forward.

The young man who helped me was very good but the carwash is not all of that I brought the expensive one and it didn't clean my vehicle for the price I paid. They did say I can go back and wash it again but I decided not too. It left water spots on my car my windshield is still dirty. This was my first time going there but I will not be going back at all.

Okay washβ¦ but itβs overpriced. Asking for a tip is crazy. Some vacuums arenβt working. And itβs a good thing I didnβt tip, because if I had tipped and then got over here to the vacuums and saw that a towel cost $1 I wouldβve been pretty upset. This car wash is no different than every other car wash except it has less to offer, cheaper equipment that doesnβt work and charging money for towels.

Brand new black car, started getting swirls marks withing 60 days of using my membership. Got a phone call with a suggestions from management, not solutions. Management should of took care of the swirls, but instead will lose my, and my family's business. Along with a fair honest warning to the public!!! DO NOT DRIVE A NICE PAINT JOB THROUGH THESE WASHES!!!

Thank you for your response. I did reach out to Customer Care and the gentleman who helped me stated he was the District Area manager and was Arizona. I explained to him my concern and situation and he stated that since the item damaged was an "after market" product, Mister Carwash was not responsible for the damage occurred to my vehicle. I explained to the gentleman that the window louvre in my vehicle was installed after manufacturing the vehicle since the vehicle was a special order and I have owned the vehicle since 2018; it was ordered with the specs. Additionally, I explained to the gentleman that my concern was the damaged "after market product, but mainly, my concern was the damage caused to my vehicle; the paint on my vehicle is not "after market" and that was badly damaged. I did try to reason with the gentleman, but it seemed the more I explained and stressed my concern, the more adamant he became in stressing Mister Carwash was NOT responsible it would NOT pay for damages. I am deeply saddened at his response as I have been a paying member and client since the location's opening. I would gladly like to discuss this further, if possible. Please reach me via email and i will gladly share my cell number with you. However, my number should already be in the formal complaint I submitted. I am giving a 1 star rating due to the fact my vehicle was damaged during the car wash process. My rear windshield louver broke and came apart and the machine scratched my car. I spoke to the manager and said nothing could be done. I've been a member since the location opened and never had this happen to me and always take it there at that location in Deer Park/ La Porte. The manager stated that there is a sign stating to remove aftermarket accessories but clearly I don't have anything aftermarket as this came with the vehicle from the factory, as well as the paint. They have a video showing the damage happening and the air blower with its pressure breaking the vehicles rear windshield louver. As u can see on the pictures the left over pieces that were left hanging on the rear windshield and black marks across the trunk and rear spoiler. I am not pleased with this due to the location I took it too and doesn't want to be held responsible. I would like to get this situated. Folks, I will cancel my membership with Mr. Carwash and recommend to everyone to reconsider Mr. Carwash as their carwash go-to place. The staff is nice, great. But as for the organization and how it treats its paying clients is outrageous. They have refused to repair the damages its carwash made on my vehicle.

I was using a different car wash for years . The swinging brushes knocked loose our fenders on each side. I went on line looking for touchless carwash. I found mister carwash it does both touchless and touch wash. The vacumms are awesome they have long skinny tube to vacumm down in the seats and under seats. Got try the mister carwash .

Signed up for the unlimited washes, easy to get in and out, only thing Iβd offer, towels should be provided to finish the car wash process. Yes I know now I shouldβve come prepared but being my first time through it was just disappointing I left with water and small areas that needed attention! Still give it a 5 star because they do a much better job than some of the other drive thru car washes!

Unacceptable! Very dissatisfied! We recently got a brand new paint job on our 2015 Volvo S60 T5 Premier and trusted this car wash to offer superior service...what a shame this carwash put scratches in the brand new paint. We were loyal and washed both of our vehicles at this location daily and now we have to spend money to get it redone. I hope the management team will rectify this situation because if they do us like this they will do you the same way! I would not recommend this carwash if you want to keep your vehicle in good condition!
