Today is about the 3rd or 4th time I've gone to wash my truck there as a monthly paying member and found it to be closed AGAIN. This car wash isnt that old of an establishment to be having to close for repairs or whatever all the time. For the price I pay monthly I expect to be able to use it not have to keep going back waiting for it to be open. I will br cancelling my membership and looking for another somewhere else

My antenna broke in their car wash and only thing they could say was “sorry love”. I will never go to their establishments again! They may have a sign stating remove the antenna but it was the nonchalantness of their representative. I literally had just paid for a new antenna.

This Location is Terrible! I am Fully Disabled just to give ya an idea i recently had all toes amputated and still adjusting to it. I have handicap plates as well. So I pulled in after the wash and it's a car thats clean it turns out to be an employees car! I had her move it and she treated me as if im Bothering her! Short story i called corporate they apologized and said the GM would call me directly within 72 hours. No Call,No Email and no text! They gave me a complimentary month to make up for it. Hence this review. Within that 30 day period i went 3 times to that location and Couldn't get a place to park due to employees Parking there. In the handicap ♿️ Spot! So i called back to corporate today and They basically said oh well. I canceled my Membership as they are trying to hit my card. If you are disabled DO NOT GO THERE! They don't care at all! They fact im disabled and they dont care where we park due to employee infractions starts with upper management and them allowing this behavior to start at all! I have to go to that location as its 6 miles from me and I have to vacuum my own car the other ones are full car washes so they charge me 15 bucks to vacuum and 1 dollar per mat. That's on top of the 40 dollars I spend as a member! Its not my fault about driving that far geographically its my only option. So the last 3 weeks I've drive 6 miles each way three times! Thats 36 miles folks! I hope this helps anyone out! You have been warned!08/28/25 UPDATE. THE OWNER OF THIS SITE HAS ANSWERED OTHER COMPLAINTS AFTER MINE WAS POSTED?! WHY? Took my truck to get cleaned got the high end wash to get the dirt off of it from setting a month, no brush came down to scrub the roof or hood my truck looks worse than when it went in, no one was around to talk to and no one answered the phone. Worst wast of money I have had in a while. Update as of 12/6/2023, Shortly after posting this review I was contacted buy Corpret and management, I was promised that this would be fixed and offered A complementary wash I was never given anything other than to give my name. When I got to the car wash I was denied service, because apparently management never spoke to the workers. Very disappointed in this company.

Mister Car Wash exceeded my expectations! Not only did my car come out sparkling clean, but the service was fast and efficient. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the thoroughness of the cleaning process. The staff were courteous and professional, ensuring that every aspect of my car was taken care of. The only caution I have is to remember to tuck in your side mirrors, as they can occasionally get damaged during the wash. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the results and will definitely be returning for future cleanings. Highly recommend Mister Car Wash for a top-notch cleaning experience!

Showed up to get the basic $10 car wash. The attendant tells me that the car wash would not be able to remove the bugs from the front of my truck. She said only the upgraded $30+ wash would accomplish that. What?! I backed out and went down the road to a reputable car wash that took care of the bug problem with ease (and for cheaper). Never again will Mister Car Wash get a dime from me. This location is really bad, but most aren't much better.

This is what Titanium gets you at this location. Ran through it 2 times. Truck looked cleaner going in than what it came out. Clean the brushes or something. This doesn't look pleasant. Truck is newer so hope there is no paint damage.

Took my car in for a wash, I'm a member and they were unable to charge my card for the monthly fee. When I showed up for my wash I told them to charge my card because funds were in there now! The system had already kicked my card out the system so they were unable to charge my card. They told me to go around the corner to exit. Around the corner was the entrance to car wash. They shut down the entire car wash and had the attendant guide me through the was with out getting a wash. It was a technical issue on there part and couldn't accommodate one free car wash, knowing I've been a member for years! Very embarrassing and upsetting 😡! I won't be back and I've joined a new car wash!

Mister Car Wash is quick, convenient, and does a solid job every time. The staff is efficient, the wash process is smooth, and I like that they offer free vacuums to clean the inside of your car as well. It’s an easy stop when you want your car looking fresh without spending a lot of time.

please do not come to this car wash. You pay a lot of money for a wash and you have to pay for towels. That is insane. I have been to a lot of car washes in Spring TX and the towels are free. They told me they charge money for the towels because you can keep them . that doesn’t matter when you have a membership or when you pay a lot of money for a carwash, the should be free. Please do not come here. Also, The wash didn’t even wash my car all the way. I paid for a platinum wash to have my rims cleaned and they are not cleaned at all. I would never come here again.

Been doing some bug killing & my windshield was proof - whatever they sprayed as a first soak sure made a difference in the end result! Good Job! Now if we could only figure out how to ride through without coming out with a mangled front license plate- that would be exceptional!

Pay for expensive washes, no towels provided after a wash. The vacuums have no power to them to pick up dust,dirt,small trash particles and you can’t even clean your floor mates. Car wash didn’t even clean my car properly nor wash a pre wash provided.

I’ve been a platinum member at Mister Car Wash since I moved to Houston in 2016, and it’s still my go to spot. I remember when they offered popcorn to customers and sold my favorite car freshener Sweet Grace. Bring it back because nothing else compares. The service has always been consistent, the staff moves fast, and my car always looks great when I leave. Still the best car wash in town.
