I am new to the area and needed my car washed after doing some traveling. I came across this beautiful, clean location which is well organized and setup. There was a very kind and professional employee Devin English the General Manager working up front and helped explain to me all the options. Once I made it into the carwash, it was a pleasant experience as well ensuring my car was placed correctly and clear directions. After I completed the wash, I vacuumed my car out and Mr. English came up to me to follow up and ensure I had a great experience, of which I did. Mr. English runs a very professional, clean store. Accolades to the whole TEAM working.

When you pull up, there's no mention of there being multiple levels of wash available. They default to the most expensive and hope you won't notice the small buttons at the bottom of the screen while walking you through option selection and payment. The wash itself was not acceptable, the windshield was still left dirty, barely getting cleaned at all by the rollers. Vacuum pressure is acceptable but not as strong as others. There's no complementary towel service for interior cleaning, instead they charge $1 per towel.

Great staff. My only problem is that I end up having to clean the spots the wash misses when I get back to the house. I purchased the $26 dollar option and it was truly was not worth it.

I have been coming to this car wash since I was a little girl with my dad. Now I’m an adult and I’m 27 years old and I live by myself now and I come here once a month to clean out my own car and get a car wash they have a great customer service and it’s so convenient and I always have a good experience thanks to Micheal and the rest of the staff!

I always come to this location because it is close to my house. I have had this membership for over a year. I pay for the most expensive service that includes everything. I have noticed that most of the time they do not apply all the fluids that they offer for this more expensive package to my truck. At the entrance to the car wash they are also not applying the liquid for insects stuck to the body and glass. Please, we ask that you correct this so that I can obtain the service for which I am paying. You can see on my tires that I don't have the tire shine product applied, in addition to how dirty the tires are, I wash my car almost every day

The Titanium package wash did an amazing job on my car. It really did leave a lasting mirror like finish for over a week and with the promo they were running I was able to get an entire month of unlimited washes for the price of a single wash. Soooo… a few reason why this mister is absolutely amazing. I wasn’t ready to commit to once a month yet, so I opted for a platinum wash just to see how long it last. I don’t realize I needed my physical card and they didn’t take cash. An employee (Davian) literally did me a favor and used his own in exchange for cash. I THEN… happened to vacuum up my AppleMail watch . Eddy and Arlet dropped everything and SPRINTED to turn off airflow and pry out my watch. This is amazing service and it will literally get a monthly pass even if solely for this!

Definitely one of my favorite of all mister car washes.. Torian was a great help when it came to figuring out why my sensor didn't always work. I have an ez tag.. all I had to do was cover it up and the sensor worked. He was a great help with that. Great place to get your car washed!

I just signed up for the monthly plan At the other location nearby spring And was happy to find out this one just opened here. I signed up for the $32 top tier monthly plan and my car looks amazing, very glossy. These drive through car washes are never going to be as good as a good hand wash. But for the convenience, it's great. Especially the price on unlimited with as much as it rains in Houston. My car hadn't been washed in a long time. So my wheels were especially caked on dirty, I ended up paying for a hand wash with a different company prior and now I just wash every few days at Mister for maintenance.

Been a VIP member since they opened and it has drastically gone downhill. Anytime I go in now half of the vacuums are turned off. They force the vehicles to pull in with MAYBE a foot of distance between each other so there is no room. Very uncomfortable. Also, they shut the vacuums off tonight while I was cleaning inside my car. Didn't give a warning or anything. Oh? 6:15? Finish vacuuming your car somewhere else. Hoses are disconnected and missing. This place is terrible and I'll be canceling my membership tonight. It's not worth it.

The worker at the entrance that signed me up gets 5 stars! But I went for the wash, not to socialize with the staff. Mister Carwash is more expensive than my current membership wash but I thought I’d try them out since they have a few more locations around town. The wash was comparable to my current wash. However, that’s where it ends. I noticed each vacuum pole only has 1 hose, so if there’s someone using the vacuum to your left or right, you have to wait. The poles appeared to have an attachment point for another hose and I don’t know if they remove them or what the case may be, but I can only tell you what I saw today. Of note: the suction isn’t very strong; something you could get from a regular household vacuum cleaner. No hand towels. None. Bring your own or drive away with water streaking down your vehicle. So the question begs to be answered: how can the competitors offer hand towels and charge less? Why would a car wash allow its members to drive away with water streaked vehicles? The air hose is terrible. About as useful as blowing through a straw. I tried to blow the water off my tire and it barely has enough pressure to move water. I immediately called and canceled my membership. With my current wash place, I get towels, all purpose cleaner, window cleaner, strong air pressure hose, commercial grade vacuum, carpet floor mat cleaning machine, and a rubber floor mat washing station with scrub brush. Do yourself a favor and take note of the negative reviews. Those are the REAL reviews- not the 5 star reviews employees and their friends leave.

Glad to have Mr. Car Wash letting vehicles with roof racks again! Only have to do some minor wiping of the windshield since the overhead brush lifts to avoid the roof rack. Still get a great wash regardless!

Car wash doesn’t clean your car and there are no cleaning sprays at the vacuums and there are none to buy inside. Prices are much higher than competitors. The windows are still filthy along with the mirrors. Would never recommend this over the place down the street “Shiners Express Car Wash” their car wash works and provide free cleaning spray and microfiber towels.

This is a great car wash. I became a member because it’s convenient and I can get my car washed as often as needed. Twice a month pays for the membership. Also, there are a lot of locations so if I’m somewhere else around town I can get it washed when it’s convenient. I’ve never had anything knocked off of the car (like the mirror cover at another car wash) or had any scratches. I appreciate the free vacuums (which everyone has) and the air hoses which help to prevent water spots.

Love this car wash!!! Equipment is always working, it’s clean and plenty of powerful vacuums. My favorite thing is the air compressors. So fun to use! Anyways, I got my husband to join too after his disappointment in a different car wash membership. Now, you’ll pay more per month but it’s totally worth it! Super friendly and happy to be a member.
