After my most recent visit (Friday, 6/24/22) to the Sugarland location I’ve decided to cancel my membership of ($69.99). I had been a loyal member for at least the past 10 years. A few things led up to my decision. Since pandemic most of their locations are express, which only leaves a few full-service. This leads the few full- service locations with long waits. Sooooo…..I wait at the full- service location and my vehicle does not look like I just left the carwash. In the past I have addressed my concerns with the manager only for him to not appear interested in what I had to say. Other times if I noticed things as I was walking up to my vehicle, I would ask the worker to redo. However at this point I’m fed up. Tired of babysitting and having to either address issues or coming home to redo myself. Friday’s visit though was the worst EVER!!!! Water spots everywhere. (I’m not even complaining over the water spots from the water that drips from the side mirrors after driving away). I’m referring to an incomplete, unsatisfactory job altogether! This picture is proof of how most of my vehicle was left. This shows the spotted door panels, however the running boards and side mirrors were left spotted and untouched, the lower part of my vehicle was not properly dried either, plus my driver side window was left with streaks marks as well. I was so upset and did call the 1-800 number to report and cancel my membership. Found out they do not give partial membership refunds which means I’m paid up til mid July for a membership I will no longer use.

Had a very bad experience here today and am disappointed. I checked the interior of the car, and had to ask for multiple spots to be redone. There were so many spots they had missed, I wasn’t able to catch them or have time to look at the exterior. Once I did, I was shocked. It did not look like it had been cleaned at all. There was still dirt, bugs... the pictures speak for themselves.

I used to be a loyal member here at this location when they had full detail center along with awesome vacuums. I still don’t understand why they converted this location to wash only. The wash is no longer as great and sadly the vacuums just pitiful even after they rebuilt them (aware this setup changed when the building had that collapse can’t remember if it was from a previous weather event). This is where I canceled my membership it was just too far to keep driving to the one near First Colony or the Stafford locations which are way better. The staff was always kind though.

Don’t come here! They left my paint a mess and refuse to take accountability. They reviewed footage and didn’t want to show me the footage at first until I complained to the manager, Patrick’s boss. They then agreed to show me the footage, just for me to find out Patrick deleted the picture he took when I showed him this scratch and tried to say I never showed it to him when he couldn’t prove to me that this scratch wasn’t done here. He then became increasingly rude and made it clear he wasn’t gonna take accountability, then kicked me out even though I was being respectful, reasonable and simply just wanted to see proof that my car was like this before, which it clearly wasn’t in the film. I even have all the proof in the world and TIME stamps for the footage I took after the wash. This for sure happened here. Filing this to BBB and showing this to my lawyers. Stay away!

Went in for a quick $18 wash, they are remodeling so no vacuums for $18 and they didn't even wash the back of my truck, and I don't have a hitch. Turn in to wash tunnel is too tight. This location needs to be shut down. Called the number below, spoke with a CSR that basically had me retell the review to her. Was a waste of time.

Why on god’s green earth would this location not open the fully remodel and equipped vacuum spots? There are only 4 spots open and we have had to drive away not being able to use them due to long waiting times. You are pushing customers away. Did you know there is a drive through car wash right in front of this location where everything works!! ?

This location is nicer, but they cone/block off vacuums and force the customers to wait on stalls. People were honking and several people were aggravated almost causing accidents as they waited for a spot to open up.

They barely use any soap on your car and they just got rid of the last machine that dries your hood and front window. They installed all these new vacuums but only have 4 working during business hours with cones placed in front of the other vacuum spots to block them off.

The team is amazing at the Missouri City Mister Car Wash on Hwy 6. I’ve had a monthly membership for the last 5 years and everyone there has always been great!😊

It’s a decent car wash! I normally get the base +. It does pretty well for my car. The employees are very nice and they answer all of your questions ! You can also go to the other area and get your car canceled yourself or get some employees to do it for you at a decent price.

If you want to dry and vacuum your car, this is not the one. Most of their stalls for vacuuming are not even operable. I bought an unlimited membership here and regret every bit of it. I can never vacuum out my car, which is ridiculous people park in those stalls and will sit there for 30 minutes cleaning out their car so good luck getting a spot. I think I’m gonna try a different car wash next month for my monthly service.

Great deal on monthly subscription but my (closest which is in Missouri City, Tx) location only has 4 working vacuum stations even though several months ago they underwent a major remodel and added 4 new vacuum bays (the only ones that work now) while all the existing bays were remodeled but to this date, DO NOT WORK. So I can wash my car but rarely is one of the 4 spaces available to vacuum so I am forced to drive to another location to be able to vacuum my car. Sad, sad, sad. And now they are RAISING the monthly subscription rates. 🤬🤬🤬

I was lied to! I came to this location for a single carwash but was offered a "just this month" offer for unlimited washes for only 1 month. I asked if this was a month-to-month membership because I was not interested. I was told by the attendant "no, this is only a one month offer". I then asked if this would be something that I'd have to call to discontinue? He assured me again that no, this is only for one month and that there would not be any reoccurring charges. I then asked again to confirm if this is only for one month and that I would not be charged again the following month. He assured me that this offer was only for the next 30 days, I would have unlimited washes only for the current month, and I would not be charged again. I asked 3 different ways just to confirm! Well, what do you know? I was entered into a month-to-month contract and had to call Mister Carwash to cancel the subscription that I apparently signed up for. I informed the Support Agent of this location's deceptive practices and she apologized. She let me know that Mister Carwash does not offer these types of "one month only" specials, ever. It is the mere principle...I don't care how much it costs. Just don't lie to me! Now, I'd rather drive farther, to a different establishment, than to ever return to this location ever again!

My experience at Mister Car Wash (5415 Highway 6, Missouri City) in October resulted in vehicle damage. A strong force during the wash ripped off an accessory from above my passenger-side rearview mirror. When I reported this to the manager, they claimed the missing part couldn't be found and refused to take any responsibility or provide compensation for the damage.
