Been going to this car wash for awhile now and will say the employees are always very friendly and helpful! The managers here truly care about their customers and want them to have the best experience, which I’m grateful for. Since I come here often, I upgraded to a membership and will say the premium washes are always worth it! The cheapest wash is always convenient but it wasn’t working out for me in the long run in order to keep my car paint looking clean. With the membership I can go in however many times I want and my car will be looking brand new always. I get so many compliments on the shiny finish of my car after I leave this car wash and get asked if i wax my car. It’s important for me to keep my car looking fresh. I don’t know any other car wash that offers premium washes the way this one does. The rain repellent is a must in this Florida weather! Love the staff and service this Mister has to offer 💖💖 And the vacuums here have such great suction too!!

It’s a shame I have to give it 2 stars. The wash is just fine but I’m forced to listen to the sales pitch each time I just want a wash. I don’t come enough to save money and don’t want the package. I think today is the last time I stop here

Honestly, Justin has never done a better job cleaning my car, he took a toothbrush, got in his swimmies, and made sure the job got done right. But once he was done he did a backflip into a bucket of water!! He made sure to get underneath and lift up my car all by himself just to clean it I'll be back!

Clean wash in a convenient spot. Only thing that was kinda disappointing was they don’t have any sort of spray cleaner to wipe down your car. They do offer towels but you need to buy them. I suppose they expect people to have wipes in their car at all times? I’ve been to lots of car washes where they offer towels and spray as complimentary. Not here 🤷🏼♂️

Pretty sad when the little female manager with the buzz cut parks her personal blue Dodge Charger vehicle in the dry/vacuum/etc bay and a line of cars are waiting because they other bays are shut down for pressure washing. Plenty of other places to park employee vehicles other than where customers need the space they pay for. The arrogance is astonishing……..The Daniels location near I75 in Fort Myers. 2/17/21 11:30am UPDATE: 2/24/21 11:30am MORE employees parking their cars in the vacuum bays today. Management responds like they care but they obviously don’t. There are literally several other places employees could park their cars except where the paying customer needs the space. Thanks again for not caring management and owners. Update 03/13/22: The Bug prep station trash can containers were all basically empty today and virtually no soap left on dirty water. What is going on here with management? See pictures Update 12/09/22 Now the restroom is no longer available to the public only employees. How nice, I wonder what type of people caused that problem? Update 10/13/24 No air for air nozzles, vacuums low/no suction, no public bathroom, half of vacuums, not working at all, they can blame storm damage though I’m sure lol when everything else around them is working perfectly. You can get a car wash though if that’s all you need lol

I visited Mister Car Wash at the Fort Myers location for the first time week ago. I usually go to the Naples locations and sometimes Bonita. On that first visit, the last brush on the right side before the exit pulled my mirror cap off and broke it. The staff were kind, took pictures, and filed a report, promising follow-up. I later saw the email but never pursued it further. Since then, I stopped using this location because my mirror was damaged. Recently, while in the area, I decided to stop and talk to someone.At the entrance, I mentioned the past issue, but was told to proceed through the wash. Unfortunately, the same brush broke my mirror again. When I went inside, the manager retrieved the broken mirror and handed it back with attitude, saying they’ve “never had a problem” except with BMWs, and implying it was already broken. His staff, however, were apologetic and polite, showing genuine customer care. The GM’s dismissive response was the opposite—rude, unhelpful, and not customer-focused. I’ve had a Mister Car Wash subscription for two years with this same car, but I cancelled it on the spot. Losing a loyal customer without any attempt to resolve the issue reflects poorly on management. This was my first review ever, but I feel strongly that Mister Car Wash needs to improve its customer service and culture. By the way, I don't think anyone is going to care in this company; it's a car wash. I hope robots will soon replace someone like the GM, then we can get better service.
