I always get my car wash there and they always had great customer service and there is a specific person there. Her name is Olivia. She is the general manager there. She went over and beyond and help me find my car keys that I thought I threw away in the trashcan. I ended up finding them in my vehicle lol but just for her going outside checking in the trash, not just once but twice was amazing. She didn’t have to do that so Props on that location and Olivia.

ALWAYS CHECH YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE AND AFTER THE CAR WASH LIKE I DO. My spare tire cover got damaged 2 weeks ago while it was inside of the car wash at the Whitmore location in Ceres and the manager open a report but when I talked to them to check the status of the report they said that the cover came off at the dryer section and that the car wash didn't to the damage which I know my tire cover we as not loose cuz I always check my car before taking it in, so in other words to them is not their fault and now I have to buy a new one and spend money I shouldn't because I didn't ripped it off. By the damage, it looks like one of the body cleaning brushes ripped of the cover letting it loose enough and when it got to the dryer section it made it come off causing more damage to it and I can't put it back on cuz it will not stay on and besides that now it has scratches. I'm not happy about this, this is the only place I trusted because I never had problems there before but after this I'm will not come back to any of their locations I rather take my vehicle to a car wash where they do it by hand and I will stop recommending this carwash company to my friends and my customers.

Look at these pictures and tell me that's okay. A three year old can do better at polishing these rims than the $16 service I regrettably paid for. I went to the person in charge and showed them the photos, I didn't demand anything because I was trying to be nice, but the more I think about these pictures, the more I start to realize I got $16 stolen from me. I should have demanded a refund, and you should, too, if you find this same issue. If you do, grab a cloth and wipe it off, it's easy to remove, but still, terrible job, would not recommend. Also, bring a towel with you to dry off the huge amount of water they fail to dry off. My entire back was completely SOAKED.

I am member of Mister car was , I pay a monthly fee. I came yesterday to get car washed, When the last with the glasses tell me to move forward as I am she is literally yelling at me , am telling her my car is stuck she is yelling at me more. Just last week someone backed up and hit my car, Same lady was there me and the other person talk to her to make sure there is no damage to my car and she acted like she didnt care,. I am tired of being yelled at for a month fee , I am going to start going to quack car wash. Maybe they know how to treat there customers.

I got the $22.99 car wash membership there cause I travel for work and I need to wash it before and after every trip. Not to mention, Saturday before we go to Church on Sunday’s. Well, Unfortunately, my car is down and I forgot to suspend or cancel the membership before getting charged again an hour ago. Well, I first tried to cancel the membership on their website but it failed to find my membership. I then called and spoke with Olivia there at the Ceres location. She was very sweet and helpful. She expressed empathy and understanding of my situation and was eager to help me process the membership cancellation and refund of this last charge. It’s employees like Olivia that makes me want to come back when we either fix (RIP) our current car or get a newer one! Thank you for your excellent customer service Olivia…!!! See you again soon. Tall lady with glasses is very rude, told short mexican kid with dark hair to go clean garbage and then she sat in her car. I stayed to vacuum and gave the kid something to drink but that lady is very rude. You need new staff here.

WARNING; If there is any damage, they take a report and never contact you! I have left emails, voicemails, messages and still no reply. My damage is minor, easy fix if they just talk to me. It’s been 3 months! Stay away, there are other, honest car washes to use.

Terrible place. I went in for a normal car wash as I usually do. Unfortunately this time as I left the car wash and went home I noticed my fuel door was missing. I immediately called the car wash multiple times and no one answered. Called the next day and same thing no answer. It took me finally going back and asking if they have seen my door and they said no we will look for it. Next day came and they called and said they found it. So I went and picked it up and asked to make a claim because the door is all scratched up and I’m not able to put the fuel door back on due to the plastic clips that keep the door on broke off. I was told I would get a call back to know about my claim. I finally got the call and they told me they are not responsible due to it flying off when the blowers were drying the car and it’s considered a loose object and they won’t cover. Their car wash broke my tabs on my door and the blower finally blew it off. If it was really loose how they saying it was it would’ve flew off on the freeway or flew off during the previous car washes. Terrible customer service do not go!!!! UPDATE 2-11-26 got a call from Juan district manager of the area. Telling me that my car was already scratched prior before entering and they still will not take responsibility. What a disgrace of a place. Look at the paint compared to what they did to it when they broke it and made it fly off. This place takes no responsibility for damages. Take pictures of your car before you go in because they will blame you for anything that happens.
