The only car wash in the neighborhood. You have to sit in sun takes awhile car is half way or more clean. 2nd time they locked my keys in car and didn't tell me tell 1/2 hour later. You have to keep on top them

Today at approximately 3pm I took my car to be washed and vacuumed, however when I went to pick up my car I realized that it was very dirty, I asked Mr. (X) if they had finished washing my car or what did my car look like? dirty and he answered that it was because he came back for my car a long time later (I came back after exactly 1 hour) I asked him to please clean my car properly because it was a scam that they wanted to give me my car in practically the same way way I took it, so Mr. (X) got offensive with me and told me that if I didn't like it I could leave, I asked him to speak to a supervisor and he answered that he was the person in charge of the car wash, I had an important appointment and decided to take my car dirty inside and out, so I didn't have the opportunity to find and talk to the owner of this company and at least make him aware of the mediocre work and terrible customer service that his companies have. employees! Terrible what is happening right now, that is why we stop supporting local businesses. This is an important call for the owner, I hope you can improve the service, for now I will never return and I am sure that neither my family nor my friends will! Mr. (X) why did you never want to give me his name so I had to take a picture of him so that you know who he is.

They just run thru the machine and machine did not dispense and rinse my car. Watch your car make sure you are getting the service you pay for. Not coming back here. Simple car wash cannot get it right….

I have been coming to Mission Viejo Auto Spa for over 7 years and for a while the car washes were rushed, dirty windows, etc…. But recently they have definately redeemed themselves! I’ve been very happy with the attention to detail on both of my large trucks I bring in. Great crew working here it reminds me of how it used to be!

Update. Great customer service again. Had to leave before my car was done, and the managers made sure to get me a card to return for a free wash. Thank you! Jorge is best. He made sure my car was 100%. Took the time to re-vaccum the back storage area and even removed tree sap.

Thief in the staff!!! About three weeks ago I had my Highlander SUV cleaned at this car wash. I spent $120 on the car wash with my car not being completely clean and the wax not fully wiped off. They had my car all day and didn’t bother to call me to tell me it was finished. In addition, my $200 sunglasses went missing. When I pointed out that my sunglasses were missing, no one seemed to know what happened after a while on them looking through my car seeming not to know what happened I left. I find it funny that my cheap sunglasses were still in the car but not the expensive that had a case were not. After giving them my phone number to call me after I left. Three weeks later, no one even bothered to call me back to apologize for my stolen sunglasses. I will never return to this car wash again in fact if I could rate them zero stars I would.

I go to this car wash because Gabby the cashier is so great. She’s so friendly helpful and kind. I highly recommend this location to all my friends all the time because of her she works every day but Thursday.

Overpriced car wash. Jobs was rushed. Not expecting a detailed but at least vacuum the carpet right. Easily removable dirt spots on hood and windshield not wiped away. I have a small truck but charged me extra. First time and last time going there. I've had better car washes elsewhere for better price.

My second time here. First time they did a good job. Everybody was nice, but it was the end of the day and they didn’t seem to put in the extra care. It just hadn’t been taken care of when drying and cleaning the windshields and such. decided to give it a second chance. Spoke with the manager as I dropped my car off and they took really excellent care of it. He apologized for the first time and said he 100% guarantees their work. Will come back; definitely worth the money.

This was the second time I went to this place. First time months ago, they did a good job. This time I paid extra for the superfine wash and the work was way worse. There was no effort to get dirt off the outside and especially the inside of my car. When I asked the guy to please wipe down the sides of the doors he looked annoyed and barely cleaned it. They even left bird poop on my car. I was able to rub it off with my fingers, so it wasn't a tough stain or anything. I won't go back to this place.

I paid more money for a more detailed wash. 10 mins later when I got to work, I realized the back seats were dirty, water sports on the windows, carpet wasn’t clean right. I don’t even know why I paid for a car wash.

This is the third time, they didn’t get the dirt off from my windshield, console and the door sill. The worst service I’ve ever had. Never come back here again. Zero star.

I’m a personal assistant, One of my task while my boss was out of the country was to get his Suburban completed detailed. With the Ravi g reviews I used Mission Viejo Auto Spa. I purchased the top package for $240 bucks. Let’s start with calling me two hours prior to them completing it while I was running my errands, After I went to the sweet lady behind the counter she went to the guys working on my boss’s truck to see where the miss communication was, no answer to that one. Let’s get into the state and the truck was given back to me in. There are streak marks and left over the exterior as well as left over wax, the interior leather was and still is absolutely soaked and greasy from whatever cleaner they used, the Floor is still completely soaked from the washing. At the end of the day this was my responsibility and due to the effects of this car wash I lost a days pay as well as paid for that car wash and the detailing company to correct their mistakes. BEWARE OF THIS CAR WASH!!!!

These guys are terrible. A year ago they broke part of my seat and it cost me over $200 to get a new old stock part to fix it. Yesterday the guy drying my car was a total buffoon. I watched him yanking on my passenger car door handle several times before he noticed the door was locked. He walked over to the driver door and tried to open it but it too was locked. He locked the car while cleaning the driver side door card! Then I watched him try different keys to open the driver door (there's four keys on the key chain, two clearly marked GM). After about 15 seconds I walked over to him to open the car door, if I hadn't he probably would have broke the key in the door. He unlocked the passenger door using the electronic unlock button on the driver door. After cleaning the passenger side window he was unable to close the door. Apparently when he was yanking on the door handle to open it when it was locked messed up the latching mechanism. After about 5 minutes of trial-and-error one of the other workers was able to close the door by pulling up on the handle and closing the door at the same time. Now I'm scared to open that door as I might not be able to close it. These guys are no talents!

Day before Thanksgiving. They were busy. Told me it would be an hour for the superfine wash. Took 45 minutes. I would have waited another 15 if they would have cleaned the tires, vacuumed the back and finished the windows. Had to do it myself when I got home. They were clearly in a hurry to close, which they did an hour before posted closing time as I was leaving. As I pulled away, I had to stop as they hadn't fully closed the right side doors. I don't like to complain typically, but a finishing the job would have gotten them a 4 or 5 star review.

Too my SUV. I think the place was fine if you're not too picky and just want your car washed. Because of my business my car gets dirty a lot so it's not a big deal to me if it's super washed. Staff is friendly enough and I think the prices are decent.
