The attendant thought it was appropriate to insult my appearance after he was gone for twenty minute and started spouting excuses that the owners did not hire enough help. He told me it looked like I had a bad day though it seems like he was the one having a bad day.

Cashier Lady (Carmen) was with this ugly attitude when I was asking a question after I finally got it I explained her that next time she has a customer to tell them the steps, this way she can have a good customer service and provide the answer they need from her! She continues acting negative and arrogant towards me, after I paid I had trouble getting my gas, not sure what she did but it wasn’t working, I hope I didn’t get changed twice, for sure she needs to work on her good customer service!! SHELL please work on this! Customers are everything!

Every time I visit, I deal with different associates and the experience is always unprofessional. The staff act weird and make customers uncomfortable. Definitely not coming back.

Best prices in the area ; always have paper towels and squeegee material -- thank you! the attention to these 'small' details are greatly appreciated! Updated Note 07 Dec: Be aware, the last two times that Shell Fuel Rewards has offered their "LA Rams" promotion, this station covered ALL the pumps with 'out of order' tape (not sure if this was intentional.. but I hope it is just an unfortunate coincidence..)
