I recently visited this car wash for the first time and opted for the drive-through wash with an extra wheel blast to clean my rims and tires. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite paying for the additional service, my car wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, and my wheels were still dusty afterward. For a business that’s less than two years old, I expected better quality and attention to detail. I hope they make improvements, as I was hoping to find a reliable local car wash.

I’ve been going here for a couple years now and have been pleased with the service until recently. I usually get the interior cleaning along with the drive through wash. The past few times I’ve been, I have to finish the job at home, both inside and outside. It’s frustrating to pay for a service and get half the results.

This is the place to go if you need to clean your vehicle. Even at $14 the car wash does a great job, free microfiber towels to use (and leave there!), free vacuum is powerful so pick up any loose change before using! Guys that work there are nice and helpful with any questions.

To Whom It May Concern, As a respected business owner with over 30 years of experience and more than 4,000 employees across the United States, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues I have experienced as a long-time customer of your car wash establishment. Despite my loyalty and consistent patronage, the service and management have repeatedly failed to meet reasonable expectations, resulting in a loss of trust and the cancellation of my account. I was originally offered a flat-rate unlimited wash plan for three vehicles—$38 for the first and $32 each for the others—by a manager. This agreement was later dismissed by another manager who not only refused to honor the pricing but also made an inappropriate and insulting remark, stating “there is no snowbird rate,” implying that my Midwestern accent was the reason I expected a discount. Although the pricing issue was eventually corrected, this incident highlighted a serious lack of professionalism and internal communication. Additional concerns include: A missed appointment for a paint correction service, where I arrived at the agreed time only to find the facility closed and unattended. Repeated poor service from a staff member who failed to pre-scrub key areas of my vehicle, resulting in visible dirt and pollen buildup even after a wash. Continued billing after I canceled my subscription online, which I was told was due to a “bug” in your system—an unacceptable excuse for charging customers without rendering services. Throughout these experiences, I made multiple attempts to resolve matters respectfully and directly with your team. Unfortunately, I was met with dismissive responses and excuses from management, rather than accountability or solutions. I even expressed concern that poor leadership was affecting staff morale and costing them holiday and regular tips, which I had consistently provided. Management appeared indifferent to this, and I genuinely feel for the hardworking staff who are impacted by these poor practices. I have since transitioned to a mobile detailing service that provides the level of care and professionalism I expected from your business. It is disappointing that it came to this, but I felt compelled to share my experience in hopes that it leads to meaningful improvements in your management practices and customer service standards. Customers should not be treated as if they are attempting to steal from your business, as I was. If any staff members read this, please feel free to reach out. I would be happy to offer opportunities outside of this environment where your hard work is respected and rewarded. I am confident my information is in your system, especially given the “bugs” your manager claims are affecting operations. This is particularly concerning given that your business stores customer credit card information. I will be disputing the unauthorized charge on Monday and submitting a formal report to the Better Business Bureau and the Commerce Commission regarding these practices. Attached is a photo of my vehicle’s rear window—bone dry upon entering the wash—demonstrating the lack of pre-scrubbing that management falsely claims is standard industry practice. Update to below reply : I left yelling to your employees to quit to come work for me because you have terrible management skills. They don't deserve to lose money because you people are clearly petty. I wouldn't have had to come there if you canceled my membership in the first place as your unsecure website failed to do must have been the "bugs" again huh? You will continue to treat people poorly pay low wages because you make low profits you will continue to fail. Your management had nothing but dead end excuses if you don't think pre scrubbing the roof of a car isn't the start of a car wash I understand why you are failing. I seen all my personal information on your outdated ancient computer software. Hope are up to date I will be looking into your business moving forward to show you what micromanaging and petty is all about.

So this is my first time going to this car wash. It was OK. They have vacuums but that's it. No towels like other car washes. Saw they have full service but saw a line and did not see anyone working on the cars. It did clean the truck however there was areas that had water left. Also my.car rims were had dirt left on them. I was lucky to have a towel in my truck.

This is the best cr wash experience I've ever had. The ordering menu system is fool-proof and doesn't hide features from you. The staff are attentive and very detail oriented. The Automatic car wash is VERY thorough and even puts on a cool light show to help calm the little one's nerves. This is where I suggest everyone go for a car wash.

I normally go to this car wash once a week and don't have any trouble. The car wash gets the job done, and the vacuums are very useful. I was a bit disappointed because I had dozens of bugs splattered all over the front my truck, and they didn't apply any bug prep. I paid for the top tier car wash and I've seen them spray bug prep on other people's vehicles before. But they didn't do it for me.

Price is low... external wash seems good. However the detailing is definitely not worth the additional cost. We have very little dirt, mostly the grandsons feet Prints on the back of the seats and some sand from the beach. I'm not sure how two people can clean the inside and in the back seat, and still miss footprints on the headrest and back of the driver's seat. The prints were clear as day and they missed some of the back seat. I can see missing something obscure but the Prints were front and center. We won't return.

Update: They just redid the whole interior of the car wash. Everything is upgraded and new. First time stopping there. The car wash did a great job washing and then drying my car, better then places ive been to recently. Then the vacuums had strong suction and they had stands to put your floor mats on to vaccum which was really helpful. Vacuums are free and on both sides of your car for convenience. I would reccomend.

Hmmm, been getting my car washed here for years today didn’t think anything of it until I got home and looked in the backseat. Looks like nobody vacuumed the floor crumbs all over the floor. Third backseat area crumbs on the floor. It appears that on one side of the car, it was cleaned better than the other side. Came here for the first time to use the vacuums and car wash and locked my keys in the car while i was vacuuming like a dummy. The manager took time out of their day to help me out and used their last lock out on me. I can’t explain how grateful I am for him. I was ready to pay $100 to have someone come out and do it. First time. Staff was attentive and helpful with the selections on the machine. You have the selections to go through a car wash machine with several different* price options or get full detail services for an upcharge or additional fee. Being that it was my first time. I opted to go through the car wash machine. A plus for me was the vacuum being free of charge with the service. They even offered towels to clean the car as long as they are returned. I took my time and vacuum my car and had my own personal supply for inside the car. It worked out great for me. Definitely will be back.
