Awesome place and great dudes working at the place. Drove up, got told the great monthly deal they had, signed up in less than 1 min and got the works. They have vacuums, scent sprays, carpet cleaners, drying towels, window glass cleaners, etc. The value here is unparalleled. Ask for Jason - great guy who helped me out and even washed off all my mats and cleaned my carpets. Don’t get much better service than that! Also, we gotta do our part and help out these hard working young men / women so help them out if you have something extra to give!

My favorite car wash in the area. They always do a great job with my rubber mats. I especially appreciate Carlos, the assistant manager, who helped me when I told him that it didn’t look like my tire shine had gone through. He immediately rectified the situation. I appreciate that level of service.💕

I’ve used this car wash twice the first time I went through the wash and after I vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my vehicle before I left I noticed spots all over the hood and doors of my vehicle. So much for spot free!! I gave them a second chance today and same results spots all over my vehicle. Don’t think I will be going a third time!!!

carlos helped me wipe down my car great service. Everyone was sweet all through this car wash was over-priced and the vacuum’s are on the lower quality side they don’t get in the nooks and crannies and are not high powered if you have matt’s that are dirty i wouldn’t recommend it.

Excellent service, I have never had a problem with this car wash, their staff is always friendly and the last time that I was there Carlos helped me out to wipe down my car 🚗 which is something that he didn’t have to do but went the extra mile when he saw I was pregnant, I highly recommend it

I really like this car wash, but today I left work early to wash my car because I pay a membership here (one of the most expensive), and they closed at 7:20. And it says here that the hours are until 7:30!

Today I went to this car wash first time, I normally go to the one down Business Center "IShine Express Car wash" and always satisfied with the service, but for few miles wanted to try Mint. I paid $19.99 with the tires clean included, which is more expensive than Ishine which is normally 15.99. This is what I got when I got out of my car, still dirty! I didn't notice until I got home, or I will complain right there. Terrible! So, NO MORE MINT CAR WASH, is better to stick with the ones you always use after a good service, $4 more for this??? If you want to beat the ones around you need to improve! and yes, I'm not happy! because I like them shine and clean, now I have to clean them myself! BAD REVIEW IS FAIR.

Service is excellent, and I appreciate the clean towels and vacuum. My only concern is that I noticed fresh scratches on my vehicle that were not there before going through the automatic wash. If you look at your vehicle before entering the wash, you’ll see what I mean. Just be careful if you do decide to go through the wash.

Love everything about this car wash. Very clean, they explain thoroughly. Carlos was alot of help. He convinced me to upgrade from the traditional to the premium. I explained to him that I wanted to have the flexibility with adding on wax…or tire protectant etc. super patient and helpful. 10/10 service. Love them!

This car wash broke off the trim on the top of my new car!! My car is only a year old. I’ve been to other car washes and never had an issue. I went back later that week and asked if they had the piece that broke off. At first the young guy told me they didn’t have it. Then said, “Yeah, we have something like that but it’s pretty beat up. I don’t think it’ll fit your car.” After some persuasion, he brought it out to see if it would fit and gave it back to me. I’m not tryna dog on the guy working there. He was young like early 20’s (if not younger) and definitely not his fault. I appreciate him going to check for me!! And I’m grateful to have the piece back, but it just sucks that I have to get this repaired now and I’m just a girl.

My car antenna broke like 3 weeks ago and they say that it's not their responsibility to pay for that, it happens right there I came back to the inside of the car wash to pick up the antenna cover the guy that works there watch me picking up the part I immediately notify them, at the beginning they offer to help but then they didn't so I'm trying to contact them and see if we can find a solution I will update this review if something change. Here is the update Finally I get to fix my 2025 Suburban antenna cover that was broke Because of the car wash and unfortunately the car wash management didn't want to do what is right and pay for it they say they will before but after I fix it and pay for it they say they will not pay me or refund me for any of the antenna so unfortunately I do not recommend this place neither the company.

I’ve had my 2024 car since purchase and have always hand-washed it at home — never once taken it to a public car wash until now. Unfortunately, the one time I got lazy and went to Mint Express Car Wash, it ended up being a huge mistake. After going through their wash, I noticed multiple scratches all over my car in different areas. The paint was perfect before this visit. When I brought it up to the manager, Aguestin Sepulveda, he was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking accountability or even showing basic concern, he acted as if it wasn’t their problem. I’m very disappointed by both the damage and the lack of professionalism. If you care about your car’s paint or customer service, do not go here.

I decided to give this place a shot I love the Rainbow 🌈 soap it’s so beautiful and the soap smells SO GOOD!!!!. simply just turn off inner recirculation from your car vents to allow outside air to your vents and get a fresh scented soap inside your car it’s too satisfying to stop I’ve could’ve sign up for the unlimited plans that they have going on for the $9.99mo for 1st 2mo for the first time members just so I can run it through multiple times for a whole month so far this car wash is way better then the ones down highway 288 towards I-610 I highly recommend this car wash

Best stinking detail I've ever had. I have a 2013 Subaru Outback - Indigo Blue with a beige interior - and I wanted it done right. And remove all the nasty bugs off the front grill. I walked through it with Cesar and he was straight up with me and said "I will try but I may not get all the bugs off the front because the acid in the bugs etches the paint". So he told me what he could do and what he couldn't do up and why up front. Not many people do that - they just let you believe in magic and then get disappointed with the results. Not this guy - he knew his business and talked his book. I knew after talking with the guy that the results were gonna be great but when I saw my car and the job Ivy - pronounced Evie - had done on the interior - I mean I'm a stickler for details - pardon the pun - I was really impressed cause I couldn't find a speck of anything anywhere in the interior. It was immaculate. So suffice it to say, I'm a new customer that will be an old customer. William M - Pearland
