The bare bones waah was $2 higher than everywhere else and didn't even bother drying your car! Drive somewhere else or pay more. The choice is yours. We chose to go somewhere else.

I normally wash my vehicles at this location. Although, I am very disappointed that when the machines go down there is no one to contact for help. The number listed is for a fax. Extremely disappointed especially because I use my card for the max service. What a waste! I will now be going to the one on Rockfish and Camden that is only $10 for the max service wash.

Took an Equinox through and after the most expensive wash I still had soap on the car. This wash only does one pass for rinse it looked like some of the Jets aren't spraying. No number to call to tell anyone about the wash not working. I feel it was a rip off.

Car wash was broken when I got there and as I was about to leave there was a guy that came up to fix the problem. He told me I could guinea pig the system to ensure it work well and insisted I didn't need to pay. Well, it worked amazingly; the vacuum was strong and lasted long enough to deep clean my 4door truck really well. I will definitely return in the future.

Do not go to this car wash. Paid 11 dollars for a wash. It did not even apply soap. Would not give me a receipt. And nobody answers the phone number for the business. Car literally still has dust all over it right after pulling outside of the wash.

At exactly 6pm I put exactly $14 into the machine and ordered the highest wash the wash squirted water for 2minutes and shut completely off on both lanes. Someone was washing their suv the same time I started my wash in the other lane. Never use this place they will definitely rip you off. Stay away I’m out of $14 just ridiculous! I called several times no answer and eventually I got an error message stating that the had changed! Just do yourself a favor and keep your money go elsewhere!

I usually love this car wash. But today I payed, pulled in, and the entire thing was frozen. I understand it is cold and things can not help but to freeze, but if it is going to be open taking people's money, it should actually work. So after it literally just spitting on my car, I waisted $12. And the contact phone number is nothing but a fax machine. Lesson learned... Don't use these car washes when it's cold outside. 😏

paid for $14 car wash and machine stopped after applying soap. ask attendant to solve problem who spoke broken English and he said don't have the code to restart. However the attendant and his friends were more concerned about cleaning their 3 automobiles than he was doing his job. Perhaps the owner needs to do their job and get someone reliable. Will NEVER USE THIS CAR WASH AGAIN.

Bought a wash for $9 and pulled my car in the bay till the red X came up. I got prewash then the machine and lights went off. Had to pay again in the bay beside it to get the full wash. Tried to call several times and got no answer. Will dispute the first charge at the bank. I never saw a number to call as I searched for one at the car wash. No answer on phone number when I goggled it. Will never go there again!

This place is a rip. Last 3 times I went here it either poorly washed the truck or this time it put the soap on a stopped. So I had soap on my truck on a hot day. I tried calling the # listed several times and of course it doesn’t work it’s been a while since I went here, I guess it wasn’t long enough. $15 down the toilet. A total rip-off specially if there’s no correct contact #. Another business that could care less about its customers.

1st bay didn't work, took my $14 bucks. Saw a number on the door so figured I would call for a refund. Tried the other bay and that one worked, but the wash sucked. I have photos and the car was still filthy. Spot free rinse? Yeah ok. Will be requesting total refund and looking elsewhere.

I paid for a $14 wash and the wash hit the back of my vehicle which is dented and damaged now. I tried calling the number to ask for a refund and speak to someone about the damage done on my vehicle but no one answered. Disappointed in the car wash and wouldn’t recommend it. Disgrace.
