Are you a pet owner? Do you take your dog for a car ride? Then you know how nasty it can get after a day at the beach. I took my SUV to Milanesi after seeing the reviews. Milanesi opened in the Sanctuary doral and since then they are my "go to car wash" they make sure that they take care of all your needs in a timely and professional fashion. Residents receive a discount for all the services. If you want your car to look like new then they these guys and you will be surprised.

I’m extremely picky when it comes to washing my cars. I called and explained my needs. Quickly got an appointment and brought the cars in. Excellent service; I will definitely come back. I dropped off my 2022 F-150 for a wash and interior cleaning and was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail. They us Chemical Guys products, so it was a no-brainer for me. Andres was very friendly and cared for my truck from start to finish. I had a disappointing experience with Milanesi Auto Boutique and cannot recommend their services. I brought in a brand new 2025 Mercedes for window tinting, a car I had only owned for two weeks, and unfortunately, the tint job was poorly done. The initial tint application was subpar, so I returned to have them fix it. The second attempt was even worse—they ended up burning the headliner in the process. When I brought the issue to the owner, Francisco, he never once apologized for the damage to my car. I had to repeatedly follow up with him just to get any resolution. After I obtained a quote from Mercedes to repair the headliner, he refused to cover it, insisting on sourcing the part himself and having it installed at his shop. Given their difficulty with a basic tint job, I was hesitant to trust them with more extensive repairs. After several weeks of back-and-forth and constant follow-up, he finally paid for the part, allowing the shop of his choice to order it, but this entire ordeal took nearly two months. Throughout the process, I felt ignored and that my concerns were not taken seriously. If I were in Francisco’s position, I would have immediately refunded the tint job, apologized, and promptly handled the headliner repair. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable, especially from a business that should take pride in high-quality service.
