I've been to a ton of car washes and this is by far the best one.The staff is amazing and the service is always quick. I always get there with a ton of bugs on the front of my truck and they always get them removed. Never had a bad experience. The current assistant manager was extremely friendly and helpful during my last visit. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Always a great place to get your car washed. Staff is great. Unfortunately, the wash didn't clean the top of my car (and it's a short hatch back) this time. We will always bring our cars here because they do a great job and have lots of different wash options.

I like taking my MDX to Mike's for a gentle wash rather than flying aces. The Centerville location is the best one cause for some reason the Beavercreek location seem to leave light scratches on my SUV..I guess thats what you get when you have young people operating a big MACHINE! They dnt seem to care or even notice these days

Had 2000 miles of bugs on my van, and even with just the basic wash ($9), they sprayed off almost every last one before the wash began; I ended up having to use the free second go-around (because I really can't emphasize how many bugs we drove through), and after that the van looked good as new! Super friendly and helpful staff, and my daughter loved the surprise Elmo plush at the dryers. :)

Super nice! They have a free wash this weekend so I gave it a shot! They were nice (this is my first car wash experience ever) and they even gave my dog, who was with me, a treat! The whole thing was fast and efficient! My car came out clean and I was happy to be on my way! Only thing -- they had children asking for donations and I wanted to donate but I didn't know and didn't have cash on me. Just an FYI for anyone going this weekend! I recommend!

Two strikes...this is two visits to Mike's in a row in which I've asked to have the right side of my car sprayed down in addition to the left, both were Ultimate +ceramic, and the second time they have not done so. The wash has not had a line of cars on either of these visits. Looking for other car washes to visit once this book of washes is used up.

I asked the attendee which car wash would clean my tires really well. He recommended one that was $16, so I agreed to it. The car wash did a good job on everything but the tires. Very disappointed that it did not clean the tires.

Mike’s car wash is Centerville has friendly staff. The car wash does a great job cleaning my car. I do wish the staff spraying the car prior to going in the Carwash would spray the back a little longer. Sometimes the back is still dirty after washing. The vacuums for cleaning the car have great suction and do a great job.

Today on a Saturday why aren't they using the 3 lanes to push the packages? Instead I am sitting behind 1 car and an empty wash waiting for the packages to be explained. Absolutely no concern about how long it takes. The minions must be in charge today. Very unprofessional. So I pulled away without getting car washed.UGH!

Friendly, helpful staff. Car wasn't completely clean (didn't notice til I got home). But it's great for getting off salt and surface dirt. I wasn't aware that I could take my car back within 24 hours to have it rewashed. Edit 8-26-25... car was a mess with bugs after driving in the country. After car wash, still lots of bugs on front of car and windshield. They sent us thru for another wash. Im not sure why the guy using the power washer only stays on the driver's side (maybe a safety issue?) but the second time thru still didn't get bird doo off the hood or bugs off the front end. So we swung thru again to show the guy who was taking the money. He shrugged his shoulders and said, "I don't know what to tell you" So we brought it home and used a little warm water, old rag and it came right off. Photos are after 2 car washes, one right after the other. Won't go back.

Brought my car to Mike’s instead of my usual place because it was on the way home. My in laws were coming in town and I wanted it to look nice! The staff were so incredibly friendly and walked me through my options. Pricing was fair. Paid a good chunk to vacuum but overall fine. That is until I noticed the next day a ridiculous number of streaks across all my windows, the kind that almost hinder your vision on a sunny day. There were also splatter marks from areas where my car got sprayed but not cleaned off. I was on a time crunch and also didn’t know about the re-clean policy, but either way would not have taken the car back there. Got it re-cleaned down the road at Dean’s Car Wash (which is awesome btw). Didn’t have any issues and the car is still sparkling a week later :) All in all, if you want to go here, the service is great but maybe take a good look at the car before you leave the lot!

This is the best car wash chain I have ever been to. There wash does an amazing job at cleaning your car ,very clean, in and out in 5 minutes and it looks like someone hand buffed my car. The staff is very courteous and caring and always make sure that you have a great experience. My daughter always enjoys seeing the Sesame Street characters they have throughout the wash.

Washes have always been overpriced, but they have been declining in quality over the past few years in particular. I used to go here out of loyalty because I am a former employee. But now, I am never giving them my money again: Scratched my car, they investigated themselves, and determined they did nothing wrong. Sent me a copy/paste template letter stating that the scratches were not shaped how they would typically expect. However, I know from experience working there myself that there are cameras going in and coming out of the wash. They suspiciously didn't mention these cameras at all during the claims process. I dont care if the scratch is unusual...if it wasn't there before the wash, and it WAS there afterwards...Mike's caused it. Bring your car here at your own risk. They likely will not pay for damages.
