Well.. I like Mike's Carwash as a company and this a is newer location so I was glad to see one open closer to me. However, their vacuuming equipment is falling apart (literally). Had to use 2 different vacuums and couldn't even finish because the second one split in half while cleaning. The staff were very considerate, patient, and gave me my money back. I really hope they are able to fix their vacuuming equipment soon.

I always choose to go to Mike’s Car Wash over any other place because I know I’ll get a great car wash. I always choose the basic wash because it’s priced the best, & I think it does a sufficient job. Their other wash options are really pricey, & I’m not sure if they’re worth it. The staff at this location are so friendly! Also, there’s never a super long line like there is at the Florence one. The staff always hose down my car thoroughly with the soap gun before I go into the drive thru. Always happy with how the wash turns out.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, but the machine failed to clean my car and managed to scratch it in the process, after paying for the “recommended”ultimate. Maybe try a different car wash so your car gets clean without getting damaged. The vacuum I used worked well enough.

I used to be a regular here until I discovered Tidal around the corner. Today, I decided to go to vacuum my car at Mike’s. The first one I tried had very little suction. An employee let me switch to another machine. This one was slightly better and definitely did not meet expectations. I can’t believe they are letting people pay to use some of those machines. Also, my car was never completely dry after getting washed. And today, I saw a man’s pick-up truck completely wet once the washing and drying were completed. I think this location needs to do better or cut its rates.

Second experience at a mikes car wash, it will be my last. Don't waste your time with a place like this that clearly cares more about getting you through fast to make more money rather than quality work. I got the "ultimate" wash. My windows are actually worse, dirt is still on every panel, and the undercarriage wash is a joke. I can't believe there was actually a line of cars waiting to get dirtier.

Terrible wash. Did the $14 wash and opted for tire clean and tire shine. Tires and rims are still very dirty and only half of my tire actually got shine put on it. As for the wash its 1 pass with two spinning side brushes and one pass with rags that drag over top of vehicle. They missed a ton of dirt which was glaringly obvious on my white vehicle. Then they want to charge me $2 for me to vacuum my own vehicle. Go elsewhere if you want your vehicle to actually get clean and get what you paid for.

I’m really disappointed with this company. On super bowl Sunday we went to get our car wash, when we were finished we noticed a huge scratch on the passenger side. We made a claim with the manager on duty right away and he said over the walkie, “we have ANOTHER damage claim”. When he came to speak with us and noticed the damage he told us that the scratches looked like something that could have come from their machines. He said the customer service department would reach out and take care of us later in the week. When we talked with the service department they claimed that the scratches were not from their machine. I told them about the conversation I had with the manager and they instructed me to talk to the regional manager. The regional manager told us we would have to pursue the claim through court to receive any compensation for the damage to our vehicle. We are currently in the process and it’s very frustrating. So I just felt the need to share this information so no one else has to be subject to this.

Was in the neighborhood, thought I would get my van washed-BIG MISTAKE! Their "car wash" forcibly ripped a piece of trim off-the frame it mounts to is visibly bent! I fixed it, but they refused to pay for a TWENTY DOLLAR PART!! Wait until they break YOUR CAR! Don't reply with call us, liars!! Already did!

Me and my fiance go to Mike's once a week. Always a pleasant experience. Friendly and fast service. They always let you know about their deals they have going on. The lot and detailing areas are always clean and working properly. Definitely recommend Mike's Carwash.

For some reason the wash bent my license plate. I put new screws and straightened it out but it happens every time. I tried to cancel my monthly subscription and you can't reach anyone. It says leave a message and someone will call you back but they never do. So I was charged for another month. STAY AWAY!!!

my first experience with Mike's carwash was right after a road trip. you know when you get back and your car is just covered in squashed bugs... well my normal car wash was closed so I tried the new Mike's right across the street. I had never been to anything like this before, I am use to Ms.Classic where there are people at the front and back of the wash making sure your car is clean and then driving it to vacuum it out for you. if you've never been to Mike's, they dont do that. I paid for the highest quality car wash and then the additional fee for the vacuum. I should have checked my car there but I didn't. when I got to my next stop I noticed that my car still looked as though I had just gotten home from my road trip. bugs everywhere!!! it didn't look like I had gone through a car wash at all! later in the day I drove through some rain and let me tell you, the rain did a better job of taking bugs off than Mike's Carwash.

This was my first experience with Mike's Car Wash. I had heard great things so gave it a shot, paid for the ultimate or whatever the high level service was. It was on "special" for $5 off. Still was $22 for the service. I typically use a local car wash that is automated but then wipes down the areas that left droplets and did not dry as well as cleaned up rims and areas that were missed. I have used the local service for over a year and they are $15 for the highest tier wash. Mike's was nothing like this. Its a glorified automated wash. My vehicle was left with dirty water on mirrors, bumper and rear wind shield and when i exited i thought you certainly get a wipe down or touch up service. But that was it.... Just 1 minutes and done. Terrible value. I will not use them again. Did the same as the $8 shell drive through at best.

Very disappointed that my husband and I paid for the best wash for our vehicle. The wash was good, but then we discovered that we had to pay extra to use the vacuums. Pft! Definitely will not be using this business again. There are too many other similar businesses in the area that offer vacuuming as part of the wash price.

there was no suction to the vacuums at all, one barely worked and the other one wasnt working at all. please fix these if youre going to have them open. i know it was less than $5 for vacuum but im still so annoyed wish i could get a refund
