I drove through on occasion to get my car washed here and loved it so much that I eventually decided to go with the unlimited monthly plan. The staff is very friendly and professional. My only complaint is that the vacuums do not have enough suction to them to properly vacuum out the vehicle. It makes it very difficult. The pros still outweigh the cons by a long shot.

I frequent this car wash often;on this trip I was redeeming a gift card for a year of car washes. The attendant was extremely pleasant and more than helpful. If I had to pick something negative it might be that the vacuuming stations can sometimes be congested, having to wait occasionally for the the person(s) to finish vacuuming. Nice place

I went to get my oil changed a couple days ago at Mike's, and they informed me they did not have my oil filter so I would need to buy one and bring it to them. I purchased one and went back today to get my oil changed. I waited in line for 40 minutes and drove into the pit where they opened my hood and started to remove my oil pan, etc. Then, they come to me and said, oops!, we do not have your oil in stock. I asked why they couldn't have told me that 40 minutes ago when they asked me what I needed done. Of course, they had no answer! What a huge waste of a lunch hour!!!

I used to use this place for years then I figured out they were not changing my bottom fuel filter. I drive a f450. I mark my filters. When I said something to them they got all mad. Then all of a sudden they told me my fuel pump at the bottom was loose and my transmission was leaking ( under 6 months old) and my top fuel filter cap was cross threaded. So I called my diesel mechanic which is in orange tx and drove there to my mechanics shop. He will let me get under the truck and watch. We went under the truck fuel pump was not loose at all, no transmission leak and top fuel filter cap was not cross threaded came right off with no damage. So I called Mike trouth the owner he never called me back so I wasted my time tell the women there what happened. And I called the shop and talked to the manager there. I did not yell or curse. Told him all the lies they told me. He hung up on me. I would never use this place of business again. I was a good customer used them all but one time to change my oil and filters. That one time is when I figured out they were not changing the bottom fuel filter. So I do not recommend this place.

Been using this place for years. Cleans my F-250 alright, but even when I remove my hitch it doesn’t really clean the tailgate very well. Cleans tires and rims really well though. Vacuums are pretty good. Can’t accept tires wider than 12.5”. I have a F-250 on 35s and I can fit though.

I went to the carwash multiple times and I got excellent service when I needed a question or an issue resolved with fast pass or what to get. The managers were really nice and understanding with any of my concerns I had. Would reccomemd!

Great service. Staff is friendly. The new location is beautiful. Tuesdays is $5 car wash day. And we ended up getting an unlimited monthly pass. It's a great investment, especially if you're a small business owner representing your company on the road.

I purchased a car wash for the month of February. I usually get the $10.00 one, but the young employee convenience me to purchase one for the month. Everytime, I went back to get my car washed, the sticker would not work. I spoke to 3 of the mangers. They were kind, however, the problem was not rectified. The last manager I spoke to stated the owner Ellis would not give me a refund nor a different pass. I will only go to Don's Carwash for an oil change and car wash. Thank you!

Came through on Friday, because my van was sounding rough and we had just bought it. I asked if they could check first to see if it even needed changed, the gentleman very nicely checked the oil and explained to me that it was still good and he recommended that I could go another two thousand miles. He then proceeded to check the rest of the fluids and printed me a new mileage sticker. I offered to let me pay for what he did and offered a tip. He wouldn’t accept anything. My husband and I already had a carwash pass and we only bring our vehicles here because of the mannerism and respect we get every single time. They are fast, professional and efficient.

I pay for monthly passes on 2 vehicles. For over a month straight the passes never worked and I had to wait at the gate each time for approximately 10 minutes everytime I wanted a wash and they couldn't remedy the problem (they said the switch to a new program and ut was glitched) finally after enough complaining they deactivated the account and started a new one with 2 new gate passes. They are working but now it will not let me upgrade my washes if I want to. I again talk to the gate attendant several times and everytime they just tell me "i don't know why it won't let you upgrade". Both places wash well but customer service stinks. And they always act like you are a burden if you ask for help.

You should educate your employees they mistakenly ripped my sticker bc I had 2 stickers and rather pulling off old one by mistake they pulled off the new one but the problem is it took them 2 weeks to just give me new sticker at first they said we are not able to find you in our system as you bought the membership from lake Charles you have to go there and then they said the girl who ripped off your new sticker only she can help and idk who she is or when her schedule is it was really bad experience but besides that I never had any problem with them

I bought a membership for one month and was told that I would have to call in to cancel the membership. I tried the calling tactic & Now I’m being told that you have to send someone an email in order to get the process started. It doesn’t have to be so complicated. If you are a manager then do things that manager do. Cancel the subscription! I told you that I would leave a review! I work all across the country and I’m not new to these car washes doing this, so when they pull this mess I leave reviews! I shouldn’t have to go through my bank but I did.

After getting my oil changed next door, I got a free car wash. I trust this to my Cadillac. It's a gentle wash and thorough. I love the vacuum cleaners at the end and not having to pay for them because the price is included with the wash. I have to brag on the lube team as well outstanding service. Again I trust my car with these guys the second time I've got no oil change there.

I drive a Mazda CX-9, so a mid-sized SUV and my husband drives a Ram 2500 and we have been coming to this specific carwash for a few washes now and this is what we've noticed: 1. The carwash does not wash either back end very well at all. We have to bring rags and get out and help wash the back side. 2. The bug scrub station area is so small compared to competition. Some times it's not worth stopping for. 3. When you do get to use the bug scrub station, the water tanks will only be half full and full of crap. They don't do a good job of keeping the tanks filled fully with clean water and solution. 4. The vehicles are never dry enough coming out or fully washed off. We have to get out and use the air hose to finish the job because if you dont, it'll leave water marks (I'd rather this not happen for a $20 platinum carwash). 5. You need to pay attention to their promotions because I bought a 2 for 1 not realizing that it expires within 2 weeks. I am from out of town and dont want to commit to a subscription so the 2 for 1 seemed like the best deal for me until I realized there was a time frame on the usage. 6. The vacuums aren't consistent and just dont work well. My car wash at home has a hose on each side of the bays with different attachments. This carwash only has one flat attachment that isnt great for getting into cracks and small places. 7. The staff is great, they have great attitudes. Overall I see a lot of areas that need improvement. My carwash back home, in Baton Rouge, offers more for the same price of this establishment. We get interior spray, glass cleaner, small tree air fresheners, rags, windshield cleaner, and the use of the vacuums all for free. And the monthly subscription is cheaper and the car wash dries better, cleaned the back better, and is just a better bang for your buck.
