Paid for the full service wash with vanilla scent. They did not wash the inside of the car at all. The exterior wash left water marks all over the car. Will not be back

One of the few places that will clean your car inside and out. My vehicle had been sitting since September & desperately needed cleaning. I got a Super Wash but it seems the detailing isn't a bad price either. They give a military discount too and make sure you get a punch card.

Paid 42 bucks for a super car wash detail inside and out. Missed a lot of stains clearly visisble in inside vinyl . Wasn’t thorough with coverage using the cleaner and polished on the inside. Missed debri between the seats when vacuuming. I had to follow up when I got home. Wish genie car wash was back on track. Front windshield was not cleaned properly as well along with dirty cup holders left uncleaned.

I got the basic car wash and vacuum here. The cost was around $25 they did a horrible job inside and out. Didn't get it very clean didn't vacuum it out very well didn't wipe it down very well. I will not be back.

I love getting my 2010 VW Golf GTI detailed every other month. I have been to a dozen car wash places around the city and have never been satisfied as much as I am with Midway Express Car Wash! Amazing customer service. Great manager. Attention to details. They text you when your car is ready. So happy with the results always. They detailed my interior and shampooed the car carpets. The car looks brand new with the amazing puffing on the outside

I used to come here often as I worked down the block and always had a positive experience however today when I stopped by for a car wash I pull up and was told that there was an hour wait . There were not that many cars there and when I saw other folks pull up their car was taken back to get washed in a few minutes . I went in to the store to asked someone else at the register if the wait was really an hour !!! They deflected the question to the same gentleman whom looked put on the spot . I do not know if it was because I do not drive a “ expensive car “ but was let down by my experience today and felt mislead and that my business was not wanted here . I will not be coming back here after today . I only wanted a basic car wash with no detailing ect but I was not even asked by the employee! Poor customer service :(.

I took the car to get the seats shampooed and the staff was friendly, it took about an hour and I was okay. But once I got home there was dirt stains everywhere, like the only did the center of the seats and all the head rests were still dirty. My car's interior is grey and it is noticeable. I'm more concerned about the dirt stains because I know I'm like a toddler when it comes to spilling coffee and food. For me, that's understandable that those stains were going to be a little visible but dirt stains from dust and common usage. I'm beyond disappointed that I spent $70 dlls just to get it vacuum and a half job on shampoo. I came home and I did more with a brush and a turtle wax upholstery that I got from the 99 cent store.

I went to this car wash for a regular outside car wash. They did a great job inside and out. While I was there, they asked me if I was interested in having the interior upholstery done. My car is 8 1/2 years old and boy did the interior needs some TLC. So I paid them $150 and they told me I could come back anytime that was convenient. So today I took my car and they did an absolutely outstanding job! Today when there is so little customer service, I was actually quite impressed! Not only did the seats look brand new, they also did my floor mats & wiped down the entire interior of the vehicle, and I am very happy and will definitely return to them! Thank you guys. You did a great job and I appreciate it! :)

I’m giving Midway Car Wash 5 stars because they always do a great job. Super thorough and fast. Also, today they alerted me to one of my tires being very low on air, which I am very grateful for. As embarrassing as it is to admit, I probably wouldn’t have noticed right away and it was dangerously low. So very happy with this business.

Don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a good wash. I decided to take my car today because my parents and sister were all getting their cars done there. The guy who first walked up to me definitely did not want to be there. I had a coupon for a free deluxe wash but because I wanted the car hand washed the coupon didn’t apply. The guy maybe said 6 words to me, “no” and “can I have your keys”. I then proceeded to pay $45 and tipped both workers $5 to have yellow spots all over my roof and doors, water and dirt streaks running down my bumper, and soapy water in my door jams. I’m usually not a picky person whatsoever, especially because I detail and tint cars for work. But this was not acceptable. Just overall not a good wash for the price. I should’ve just taken my car to the power wash station and done it myself like I always do but I guess that’s what I get for being a bit lazier today.

Fast, clean and organized! Brought my car to be washed and almost had a stroke! Prices are very high to me 😠,( see photos). Car washes like this are becoming hard to find every thing is going to a cheaper style car wash where you vacuum yourself, however with those the personal extra touch is missing and there is no detail options. Watching them service cars made me miss the convenience of hand wash car washes. Busy spot catered to more of the elderly crowd.

Unfortunately, this business did meet my expectation. Understood, this is an express wash but attention should be made to major areas such as where we sit as drivers. Such as, the dashboard and cup holders. Also found debris left in the door pocket. $80 spent and will not be back.

It's fine. The car wasn't exactly spotless, inside or out, but it was pretty clean. The most annoying thing was after I got the top package at $40 the guy tried to up sell me to a package that wasn't on the list. I think I would have had to have gotten this to have the inside truly spotless.

Highly impressed! As someone who values a clean car but doesn’t always have time to do it myself I greatly appreciate the attention to detail that was shown here. The time they take is well worth the wait and still it’s only like 20-30 min. They cleaned the inside and outside of my car and it looked almost brand new and it wasn’t even a detail service it was just the ultimate wash. The windows were clear not smeared and the air freshener is strong and smelled great! 10/10 service!
