I have a German Shepherd. Not only is my car upholstered but it has a thin layer of dog fur. I was tired of cleaning my own car once a month and decided to treat myself! I was very pleased with speaking to them over the phone and in person. I warned them about the dog hair and didn't have high hopes. I just didn't want to do it myself. When I got back in my car at lunch time (I was able to drop it off first thing in the morning so I could go to work) I started laughing because they literally got all but ONE dog hair. VERY IMPRESSIVE. I have a Mazda3, so not that fancy, but it was just such a relief to pay a reasonable amount to get exactly what I was looking for. I'd definitely go back again after my dog is done bombing my car.

After all my research, I decided to go to Michael's. I had traveled over 3,000 miles, the car was pretty filthy, bugs stuck to hood, etc and he definitely gave it the tlc that I would've. It does come at a price, it depends if you want quality or a cheap run through. Here you get what you pay for, and that's a good thing, you get a clean car with attention to detail. After moving here from Southern California, I've noticed there is a different car culture here, over there you had many options and speedy service. After going to a few car washes, i will only go to Michael's.

The service was well below the bell curve. My car is new so there isn’t much you could do for it to look bad but there was no attention to detail. There were water spots & smudges on the exterior paint and the sun roof had water spots. I brought it to the employee’s attention but some issues I didn’t bother. I realized that for a customer to pay $50 & have to point out several deficiencies seemed to be their culture. No apologies, no offer to give me a discount which is indicative of the wanting customer service. My ash tray wasn’t even cleaned. I felt swindled and there’s no worse feeling. Won’t be back.

I took my car to Michael's because I had a food grease stain on my back seat. I wasn't going to attempt to get it out and make it worse. I picked up my car and they did get most of it out AND they cleaned the inside of my car at no charge! I honestly wasn't expecting them to get out all of the grease. It was a lot and it was soaked into the seat. They did a pretty good job. I posted a review on Yelp and Mike, the owner sent me a message and said if I wanted, to bring the car back and they would reshampoo to try to remove what was left of the stain at no charge to me. So I did. WOW! It's gone! I'm so happy and surprised that they could remove it! AND they washed my car - at no charge. Please see the before and after photos. All I can say is, my car will be coming back to Mike for detailing, waxing, atc. in the future. Great customer service. I'm more than satisfied!

My car was, frankly. disgusting. There were stains on the seats and carpet and two years of dirt/ detritus ( daughter had it for better part of two years) .What's more, it stank. I couldn't believe how good it looked when I got it back. They did a really good job. Many exterior marks were gone or minimized, as well. Thank you, Kevin. I can drive my car again without being grossed out. Worth every penny.

I dropped my Honda Civic at 11:15 am and my car was ready by 4:50 pm. It was as clean as I wished. The staff were so polite and friendly. Although the edge of the trunk and headliner were not cleaned, I will go back there again.

I took my 2012 Mazda 3 in for a full interior detailing and a quick wash on the exterior. The interior was very dirty. There was a ton of dog hair, and dirt that had dried all over my trunk and back seats. It was a nightmare. When I got my car back, it looked nearly brand new! The interior looked and smelled like new. I couldn't find a single dog hair anywhere! They did a great job on the exterior as well. I don't think I've ever cleaned my car's rims in the 5 years I owned the car, but they were able to get every bit of grime off with ease. I am DEFINITELY taking my new car back here to get cleaned by these guys!

Kevin did an awesome job on our Kia! It’s an older model but he still gave it attention like a new car. We had a bunch of dog fur and some spots on the seats that he was able to take care of. He was nice enough to work with my time constraint and was very friendly. He told me an estimate when he saw the car so there were no surprises as to the cost of the interior detailing. The place is a little hard to find right off Main street, but it’s a large place that can accommodate several cars at a time. Definitely worth checking out!

I’m not really sure what happened with the last review but it almost turned me the other way until i finally caved and decided to get a FULL interior detail and exterior wash. Kevin put his blood sweat and tears into it and i couldn’t be more pleased. He was professional and listened to all my concerns. I didn’t think my car could look this good. I’m not a fan of having to wait hours for it but if i have the time I’m definitely coming back.

Complete rip-off. I am not picky at all, very easy going and understanding person. I also never leave reviews. Paid 75 plus tip for a car wash interior and exterior. They didn’t touch the trunk or glove compartment at all. The exterior had very obvious smudges (I’m not even sure if it went through a wash). Upon pick up, I pointed these out to the person that serviced the vehicle (though hesitant because that’s not my nature), and he did a walk around, wiping spots here and there that he noticed. Looks like all they did was vacuum the inside (aside from the trunk which was untouched). Definitely disappointed and a waste of money. Very unfortunate—actually, just wrong and unfair. Better off doing it yourself, I certainly won’t be back.

Kevin did a beautiful job on an interior detail of my SUV. I’ve owned this car for 5 years and it was long overdue. He even did a full wash of the outside and got all the winter salt off my exterior and wheel wells. My car is back looking just as it did when I bought it and I couldn’t be happier.
