My experience was great! The owner was very nice and did an amazing job! My car is old but now it looks appealing to the eyes after less than 2 hours of detailing. I knew I needed a serious engine steam cleaning job, but kept putting it off. What good is it to have a car looking good washed and waxed on the outside and then lift the hood and be like, “ What the….” So, after looking on-line I found Mendez Mobile Detailing in my city of Richmond, Va. I called them up, spoke to Bryan and explained my need and he was right on it in an instant with recommendations for me and suggested a convenient location to get the job done This guy was always professional and pleasant and so was his side-kick, Ivan. They completed my engine steam clean in about 30-40 minutes. When they called me over to look at the finished job I was amazed at how nice my engine looked compared to how it looked just 30-40 minutes earlier. I had no problem giving them a nice tip for a job well done . These guys are super pleasant in person and demonstrate excellent customer service. First and foremost I’d like to shoutout the amazing customer service provided by Brian. He reached out to confirm the appointment, and even offered to come early if my schedule allowed. I don’t typically treat myself to a detail service, but in the midst of moving overseas and needing a good detail done - I’m glad I booked Mendez Mobile Detailing! I was able to multitask - with the movers present, and get my car detailed at the same time. By no means was my car in a horrific condition, but the transformation was real! The car is reinstated to its new condition. Everything was wiped and the interior was steamed and vacuumed - far better of a job than if I were to do it myself. Extremely accommodating, professional and talented detailing! My car was kinda gross but Bryan saved her! My car had a particularly bad scratch from a neighbor's kid's baseball dent on the hood, while much can't be done about the dent, all the scratches are gone LOL. There were spills, hair, crumbs, sand/soil and insects all over the front bumper/windshield. Now everything is spotless! He also fixed up my floor mats 😭 I've received A LOT of compliments on my car ever since! Thank you :)

WOW I am blown away. I trusted my 2 cars to Mendez Detailing & my cars look brand new. I have a dog & 2 small children - you do the math. My car smells odor free, the floors and seats are clean, the door jambs, small crevices between buttons on the steering wheel and dash are now spot free. Mendez Detailing showed up on time, were very patient with explaining for understanding, highly respectful, personable communication, their service was just as described and they required no more than the estimated amount of time or fees. I went ahead and scheduled the gold package for my Miata and I have never seen this car so clean. The exterior, the interior, the gas cap (!), the headlights... It all looks amazing. I was hoping to give 5 stars based on the previous reviews but... my appointment started out 15 min late which wasn't that big of a deal because I was working from home. On to the service: My car hadn't been detailed in a long time due to body seam issues resulting in leaking which affected the most expensive fuse box in my car so a good bath was overdue. According to the silver package I purchased, I was expecting everything to be done to the T. -The outside was good with the exception of some spots that were missed-I took care of it. -The door jambs weren't as clean as I was expecting and the trunk jamb wasn't touched at all-I took care of them. -The interior headliner had noticeable dirt that the dealership left behind so I was hoping to not see that after my car was done, unfortunately, that was still there as well-I took care of that and 1-2 areas inside were also overlooked-I took care of those as well. I wasn't able to point any of this out after the two guys were done because I was working and needed to get back to work. So, I took an hour or so to bring it to my expected 5 stars. All in all, the service took less than 2hrs but I would've rather they took their time and got the areas that I had to get. She looks good now!

Thoroughly enjoyed Bryan & Daniel with Mendez Mobile Detailing. They arrived early to my home & had my car done in 2hrs. They were professional & did a wonderful job per the photos below. (Last photo had scratches on the WeatherTech mat PRIOR to them.) I am very pleased with their service and the price. I have a German Shepherd with a double coat so my car was caked in dog hair. There is literally not a single strand left inside. I will definitely be hiring them to come out more often. This is a much cleaner job than I’ve had done at Carpool on Broad St. Thank you both for your hard and beautiful work to my car.
