My experience with Meijers customer service has been anything but what I expected. Meijers customer service is operated by an out of the country service. As you can imagine, English is not their first language. Very hard to understand. I called them twice and was told I would get a call back to solve my problem. Twice no response. I talked with new manager of the Holland store, gave him my name and number and was told he would call me in two days. That was about two weeks ago. I then was told to call the Grand Rapids office. I talked with a customer service representative who could not able to solve my problem. Because I have made many attempts I would be given priority to get my problem resolved. NO CALL BACK,

25-30 minute wait in line on one side of the checkouts. the other half of the store was shut down, self check out lanes and all. a simple explanation telling us why we were just standing there would have gone a long way. customer service line was just as bad..1 checker, at least 10 people in line. :(

The store is improving, and the merchandise presentation are a whole lot better, and the store is a bit cleaner including the parking lot. The staff are pretty helpful and will stop and help out.

I absolutely hate being yelled at as soon as I walk in the store. If you don't respond to these unfriendly 'greeters,' they talk badly about you as you walk away. Is this the message you're trying to send? 'Come here, we have no common awareness of giving people space???

I've been here hundreds of times and every single time I come.Everything is quite nice.Obviously.You can't expect everybody there to be overjoyed.As it's a grocery store but they keep it clean welcoming and everyone.There is overall respectful, unlike Walmart.Their prices are great and overall I.Would recommend this place ten times over walmart

I've been to several Meijer Super Center's from South Haven through Holland, Zeeland, Hudsonville , Grand Rapids and more locations, Wayland and so on. I must say that I always get a welcome to Meijers as well as, "Have a nice day" or if it's late they'll say "Have a good night". Always in a friendly tone. When I approach a check out person before they scan the first item, I'm asked if I found what I needed...how cool is that. So one day to test them I said, "not really I was unable to find a certain cake mix...and blow & behold right before the amount total, here comes an overly nice team worker asking, "is this what you need Sir? Yes I said so I had to purchase a second one... Not a problem. With that being said, I believe all Meijers employees go through a special training class, like a Dale Carnegie $1,200.00 (customer relations) course. Idk but to make a short story long I have always Received Friendly, helpful, caring, First Class Customer Service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Adam Carrillo
