I always use the self service wash. Sometimes the pressure washer arm gets stuck pointing away from you and won't swing but other than that it works great

Pressure sucks and the bill to coin machine has ripped me off several times. Needs cleaned and in need of repair.

Used this place to wash my truck. It cost about half of what I normally pay to wash it. Good job.

Paid for the expensive wash and got no dryer for the car. Was still dirty and the vacuums didn't last very long.

Great place. You can still wash your own vehicle. Its touchless, and they take cards.

Watch the amount, if you swipe your card. It can get expensive. It'd be nice if they cleaned out the mud piles and manure more often.

I wash cars here everyday. The owners are real nice people. And it's not super super busy in the daytime because it's Willard!

Its in a handy place fore me. I use the drive through and the water pressure must be very poor or something but it doesn't get my SUV clean at all.

This buisness is the perfect example of people who care about their customers. I had accidentally left a Cup that my deceased daughter had gotten for me next to the trash while I was vacuuming my car. When I called the lady that answered was understanding and without hesitation went to look for the items I had left. When they were not found and mentioning the trash had been taken to dumpster she took my name and nimber. Shortly after she called to let me know she had found what I had left after going out of her way to track down the metal cup that was irreplaceable to me. Thank You so much!!!!

For the second time I lost my money on the vacuums here. Don’t waste your time they never work. There is no suction

Always enjoy this carwash. Reasonable price and i have never had a problem with chemicals or equipment. I will say the only thing i feel could improve is the cleanliness of the bay floors. They are always covered in debris or mud.

Location is convenient for me so that is my primary reason for even stopping by. First bay I went to would not accept quarters so moved to different bay where the countdown timer did not give any audible warning when my time was about to expire. Almost cost me an extra $1.75 to start a new wash. cycle. Price to wash the car myself was more than most of the auto washes in Springfield. Have to pay extra to vacuum and the machine did not have much suction.. Will probably start frequenting the new Blue Iguana locations once they open on the North and West side.

I paid for the top wash on the automatic, pulled my vehicle into place, and the wash began. It soaped the front end of my car and wouldn't move beyond that. It just kept doing the front end, and then after a few minutes it just stopped. I continued sitting there to be sure nothing more was going to happen. No lights telling me to pull forward or anything. I finally pulled out very cautiously, as I wasn't sure if my vehicle was going to rub against or run over something since the machine didn't properly shut down, it just died. Thankfully I was able to get out safely. I pulled into one of the self washing bays to rinse off the soap. When I finished, that machine wouldn't shut off! Good grief. I tried several things, and finally after a couple minutes and more money wasted (it was pulling from my debit card), it turned off and stopped rolling the charges. I got in my car and looked this place up so I could let the owner or manager know they have some malfunctioning machinery and that I'd like a refund on the botched car wash. They weren't open, so I had to leave a message. A couple weeks later, I have yet to hear from them. I hope they at least figured out things were broken before too many others wasted money as well.

I am sorry to say that the bay was not only thrashed-out muddy, but did not dispense soap in the sprayer, on the "soap" cycle. It's a shame, because in a small town, with no alternative, a maintained car wash could be a sought-after service. It did have good water pressure.
