We need more business owners and customer service people that are as professional as Mark. The communication was outstanding during the process to remove spilled gas in my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee interior. I also used Mark's pick-up/drop-off service which was fantastic! Mark's team was able to remove the gas odor and did a great job detailing my interior. I highly recommend Mark's service to anyone!!

I got the Express Detail (hand wash & wax) and they did an excellent job. Car looked amazing. I do think the price was quite expensive for that service ($220 w/o tip), but a nice job.

There’s a good reason Mark’s has earned such a high rating - they do amazing work!!! They picked up my old, nasty 2002 Isuzu Trooper at my work the other morning and by 230 they were calling saying it was done. They dropped it off about 3pm. When I left work, first thing I noticed was how nice the outside looked - I hadn’t even requested an exterior wash, but it was as sparkly clean as it could be. Once I opened the door, I was blown away. It smelled brand new inside, and ALL the gunk, dirt, food, dust and crud was completely gone - the interior looked better than new cars on a dealership lot! Absolutely incredible. An ultra professional company - and they offer a military discount, too, which I’m always grateful for. Anyhow - thanks to Mark, Brad and the crew for everything. I’ll be back!!

Mark's detailing did a ceramic coating on our new car and I am amazed every time it rains...the rain beads up on the car and runs off. So happy how the ceramic coating turned out that I took my summer car in for an exterior detail. When I picked it up this afternoon I was so happy because it looked brand new again. Thanks to Mark's Detailing for 2 jobs well done...customer for life here!!

Mark’s did a fantastic job on my dad’s 1980 Corvette!! The interior had been infested and then had mothballs thrown in to cover up that odor. The team at Mark’s went above and beyond in literally gutting everything but the dash to do a proper cleaning, keeping me updated at every step along the way and showing concern for both the job and me as a customer. I have already recommended them to friends and family and will continue to. Job very well done!!

I was treated so well at Mark’s! They got me in quickly and fixed a gigantic gash down the length of my Suburban. It was pretty deep in some spots and I am thrilled with how it came out. It was making me nauseous to look at, so I guess they cured my nausea as well as fixed my car. I have a bunch of little kids so there will be many scratches and dents in my future. Definitely calling Mark’s!

Had an interior detail on our family car. With a baby and a toddler who loves to snack, the back had some serious crumbs and general messiness. We were scheduled quickly and the service was INCREDIBLE! I can’t believe how good the car looks- I think it’s cleaner than when we bought it brand new! Highly recommend. Several of my coworkers used Mark’s Detailing to solve the issue and had nothing but good things to say, so I decided to use their services, too. Brad was very kind and they did an absolutely STELLAR job getting the paint off of my entire vehicle. It is incredibly smooth and shiny - even on the plastic parts. Just took in my horse trailer for detailing and wow! They did an incredible job! The technicians at Mark’s Detailing were able to restore the original gel coat finish and it looks brand new again. The price for the service was more than reasonable for the quality of work done. They were booked out a few months, but it was very much worth the wait. Would highly recommend!
