Tesla users should avoid this place. My trim now has zebra stripes. There was also foam on it after I finished the wash. I used the automatic wash on the far right.

Clean, well maintained machines, wash your own, or they will wash for you. Also offers a self service car wash, and dog wash. Always have someone on site to keep things running smoothly.

Touchless wash is only good for a basic rinse of a wash, but not so much if you need a good scrub. I took my son's car thru. It had some willow tree ends and bird poop on it. After the $14 jumbo special at the touchless drive thru wash, a lot of it was still there on the car.

This was after I went through the automatic car wash. Pretty disappointed. Not sure of it is due to the dryer shutting off 10 seconds early based on the timer and me not able to finish my dryer drive thru. But my van looks worse than it did before I went through the wash.

Love this place. We have 2 very large dogs. Having wash stations big enough to accommodate our pups is very convenient. It's clean and very well maintained. Opportunities for improvement: please make sure the clasps that hook to the dogs collars are working. We need those to keep our dogs contained safely on the wash station. Also, please consider attaching the shedding brush vacuum attachment to the dryer hose. Highly recommend.

No issues with the equipment, sprayer worked great. What I don't like is the way they scam you and your $5 car wash turns into $10-$15+. It says a car wash is $5 so you pay and then start washing your car. ANY other car wash I've ever been to, the sprayer turns off after 5 minutes, or you get a warning announcement, or a ding, or bell noise, or ANY sound that let's you know your time is almost up. Not here. You have to physically hit a "STOP" button and by the time you figure that out, they've already charged you way more than $5. Just took my car there and sprayed the wheel wells. Not once did I get ANY indication that my time was up. I go to put the sprayer away and realize I have to hit a "STOP" button and what you know, my $5 car wash just turned into $12. Never again.

I only go here for the dog wash, so I can’t speak to the car wash or laundromat. It’s good enough that I keep coming back to use it, but definitely needs improvement. One time I went and there was nowhere to clip my dog to the table (it was fixed the next time I went, but it made for a very messy bath). On my last trip the table wasn’t draining appropriately, so the water kept building and building until it was up to my dog’s calves. Also, they advertise the price of “$14 for 15 minutes”. This is NOT ACCURATE! It’s actually $15 for 14 minutes. Overall, it’s good if you’re in a pinch and don’t want to have to pay crazy prices at a groomer, but not what I would consider high quality.

I go way out of my way to use this carwash, I've used the dog wash and laundry when needed too, super sweet owner/manager.

Nothing magic about the self wash. I paid $20 for a wash card and got $24 which was nice. However, the self wash bays are not value oriented. The tri foam spray was barely working and the spotless rinse is definitely not spotless. It left all my windows with spots. It would seem that the automatic wash bays are much more value oriented. I spent $20 on my self wash, and had $4.50 left on the wash card. I will not be using the self wash bays again. $1 per minute should be 25 or 50 cents a minute. I barely had enough time to complete my wash

I'm a big carwash guy. I wash my car at least every 2 weeks or so. I only use the self-serve bays. I've only had 1 bad experience so far. But it was a super crowded day and i wasn't able to get full pressure/solution on any setting. But other than that 1 time it's been great. It can get pricey fast if you don't have a picture procedure to follow. My favorite carwash since moving to the Madison area. (I've tried 5)

Beware that the "soap" in the self serve bays is so extremely diluted to that it will NOT foam nor will it effectively dissolve road dust/insects stuck on the your paint. You will be paying $1 a minute for the privilege of using a mediocre pressure wash with Madison/Middleton's infamously hard water. It isn't often that I end up with a spottier car after a wash than before. What a shame this location has turned into. We used to come here every 2 weeks for years about a decade ago, then stopped for 4 years. I was told this location had started squeezing customers but didn't want to believe it without seeing for myself. Yikes.

Great place! Well equipped and well priced! I love the air fryer option available here The neighborhood is a bit quiet, so bringing your friends together here will make it lively and fun😁 All in all, great place!

This magic wash you can wash your laundry, your dog, your car, anything you can think of, you can wash it there! I love that they have a wonderful attendant there. Unlike other places in Middleton. It feels safe there also, unlike other places in Middleton. I would highly recommend this. It has different sizes of machines and very little machines with the out of order. Sign on them again, unlike other places in Middleton. I'll be back!

Going to be brutally honest on the manual wash. Very disappointed. $20 for 10 minutes and can’t even get your truck clean. I understand everything is expensive right now but come on. Their other services offered like laundromat and pet cleaning are nice don’t get me wrong.

I needed to run some errands in this area so I thought I would do my laundry over here as well. I found Magic Wash on Google and I was impressed with the amenities they had to offer so I figured I'd give it a go. Not only is it a laundromat, they have a car wash and a dog washing station. This place exceeded my expectations! The place was very clean unlike many laundromats I've been to. The also have staff in house so if there's an issue it can be resolved without leaving a note in a box an hope the owner gets back to you. I talked to the someone that was working there and he was friendly and courteous. I used a 4 load washer and it was $5 which is responsible. All the machines take cards which is huge for me. I hate fumbling around with quarters. I vacuumed and washed my car while my close were drying. Even the vacuums take cards. I've never seen this before. I'll definitely be back!

Been here twice within the last month. Both times I have left the car still has a lot of soap left on it. Their rinse "cycle" left so much soap on today I had to go to another car wash just to get it properly washed.

Are They Scamming Customers? I’ve been coming to Magic Wash as a local for about five years, and I’m consistently disappointed. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but the car wash quality specifically the water pressure is extremely poor. The self-serve bays barely have enough pressure to get a proper wash. On one visit, I couldn’t even remove a thin layer of ice off my car using the high-pressure setting. This isn’t just a winter issue—the pressure is just as bad in the summer. My final straw was the automatic drive-through wash I recently tried for the first time here. I paid $12-$13 expecting the services as advertised, but there was no undercarriage wash, no soap or solution coming out—just water—and the entire wash lasted about one minute. The facility itself has a great concept and offers a variety of services, but the execution falls far short. It feels like they keep pressure low due to a lack of competition in the area. At this point, you’re better off going across the street to Kwik Trip and using their automated bays instead.

The first thing I love when I get there is you first stop at the vacuums and get all the trash out of your car. They have it very convenient for you there to do it and put your quarters in and vacuum your car out then you have three choices you can go to the old-fashioned kind. I don’t know the exact term but where you hold the handle and you stand outside and wash it that is excellent for RVs and trucks and if you just want to do that. 2. That is the no touch wash. It is what it says, and it works good. 3. That’s the soft touch that one’s my favorite for my car because I like to have my wheels look good and it always does a good job. The process that Self is excellent my favorite. My favorite car wash is Madison somewhere else but this would be second favorite because for the price they give a good waxing it cleans it really well the drying if you take take your time, it’ll be fine And you could always finish when you drive out, but the car wash itself is excellent. I always get I think it’s the $14 one but in the middle of winter I think they have one that is nine or $10. That’s the one I get cause I’m not looking to make the car look fantastic because they’ll be snow next week rightthe people are very there. There’s always people in the laundromat that’s attached which is our favorite laundromat and the people that work there are show helpful and if there’s any problem they’ll you know they’ll help you with it OK and it’s easy to get to because it’s on Parliament Street. It’s easy to see and it’s almost on the corner there and it’s easy to get to Century Boulevard from there.
