I've already become a repeat customer! Had two vehicles cleaned at Infinity: a mid-size SUV and a 3-row SUV. Both vehicles came back clean and looked almost brand new, which is crazy given one is 15 years old and the other is 10. I opted for the Platinum package on both, mainly for the exterior wax with winter approaching, which I feel was well worth the cost. As others have said, windows may need a touch-up after you pick up your car, but that's mainly because of the material conditioning performed as that product will get on your windows if you roll them down within 24 - 48 hours after pickup. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the outcome and will definitely be coming back.

Overall a great experience and final product. Car looks just as clean as when it was purchased brand new. Downsides were a filmy substance was left on the glass, leaving some streaks and a slimy surface. Product used on rubber floor mat made the mats VERY slippery.

I won’t take our vehicles anywhere else. I took an older, messy vehicle, that had multiple stains in the fabric seating. I had no expectations that they could removed all the stains, but they did an outstanding job detailing. We decided to take our Lexus RX there and they returned it looking brand new. I rarely write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one! I scheduled a detail service for my vehicle, not expecting miracles; between embedded short dog hair, old food messes from my kids (yes, even all the way to the third row!), stains on the leather seats, lingering odors, and scratches in the trunk, I figured they’d do their best like other places. But this team? They did better than best. They made the impossible possible. They tackled areas other places always overlook and even managed to remove a stain from the interior roof that I had been told was permanent. I was speechless, so much so, the owner thought I was not happy! Every corner of the car was spotless and refreshed. It honestly looked brand new. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Nothing was too tough for them. And the service? Top-notch, starting with how easy was to schedule. They picked up my car and dropped it off while I was at work; so convenient and professional. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially given the results. I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness and service, and this place went above and beyond in every way. I felt completely spoiled and extremely impressed. This is hands-down the best detailing service in the Madison/Middleton area and to be honest probably beyond. HIGHLY recommend. Avoid this place like the plague. They are unprofessional and have left me feeling scammed. They damaged my front bumper with chemicals and have yet to fix the damage (nearly brand new ram). Also, the truck detail is mediocre and not worth $300 (they didn't vacuum or wipe down the interior at all). I demand that my truck is fixed and that I recieve a full refund. My truck has been damaged for over a month and you guys have pushed me to the side. I would leave 0 stars if possible

Infinity Car Wash is top-notch! Miguel fit me in on short notice and went above and beyond. My truck looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor—every detail was taken care of, inside and out. The shine is incredible and not a single spot was missed. Friendly, professional, and meticulous service. I went camping last week and both of my cars still smell like it. I found Infinity car wash via google and was pleasantly surprised with the reviews and thought I would give it a a shot. Very easy to schedule and next day service, couldn’t get it anywhere else! Drove 30 minutes and arrived on time to my time slot. Dropped my first car off and came back 3 hours later. It smelt AMAZING! Couldn’t even tell that I went camping. One area of improvement I would recommend is the outside/window wash. It doesn’t look like they dry the outside after they wash it as there was spots all around. The windows also had spots, which was a little disappointing since I just got it cleaned. Dropped my second car off and again came back 3 hours later. When I opened my car there was a strong odor, not bad not good. Immediately, the young man who work on my car apologized and said he thinks it’s from the water the spilled in my trunk. He grabbed another employee and they figured out how to open the bottom of my trunk and cleaned it again, very appreciative of that. A few areas of improvement for this one: again, there was spots on the outside of the car and on the window. With this car, I have cloth seats and there are a few stains still on them. Additionally, the scratches on the plastic pieces of my car (trunk, glovebox, door, etc.) are still very prominently there. I understand that it is permanent but I have gotten cars cleaned with worse scratches in the past and you can’t even tell they are there. Now for the main reason for my 3 star review. Last night when I found Infinity car wash I called the number on their webpage to get more information. I wanted to find out what exactly was included, price and to schedule a service. The gentleman I spoke to Miguel, I believe the owner, stated that they clean both the inside and the outside throughly. He asked what vehicles I had and I stated a Ford Escape and a Hyundai Santa Fe. He said for the silver package cleaning it would be $160 for each vehicle. I confirmed twice with him throughout the phone call that it would be $160 for each vehicle and he agreed and confirmed. When I dropped my cars off today I had very little interaction with the gentleman as he only speaks Spanish, so no confirmation of price. When I went to pick up my last car and pay I was being charged $400. I was told I am being charged $180 for the Ford Escape and $190 for the Hyundai Santa Fe plus tax. I would have been okay with this price if I was told this up front, however, I confirmed twice that it was $160 for each car and then after the service was done they are trying to get me for more money. I feel scammed and unfortunately there is nothing I can do about it besides posting this review and warning others. I was going to tip the gentleman $50 for a tip as that is what budgeted for, but after the spontaneous price increase I didn’t have any more to spare. I hope the extra money I paid went to the employee and not the owner. On a side note, the company is called Auto Detail Infinity Car Wash but on my receipt it’s called Davami Car Wash Group. Not sure why but thought I would share that as well. Overall, I will not be going back but it may be a decent place to bring your vehicle if you get your quote in writing up front or pay before the services.
