Vacuums gad very low power. Auto wash only half word. The blowers and the clothes didnt work. Save your money.

Pre soak empty, high pressure wash soap is poor detergent & doesn’t remove dirt. Time out alert goes off once, add change & there is no alert that you need to Re-add change. Poor value, poor soap, poor car wash

Pretty good car wash. Definitely get your car cleaned there for not a bad price. The manual bays are pretty good as well

Dryer never turned on so if you want a water stained car wash, make sure to stop by. Feels scammy. Absolute waste of money.

Foam brushes haven’t worked in a year. Sprayer hoses leak. Floors always muddy/covered w debris. Not worth it. Go elsewhere unless you just need to spray off real quick.

This place is a joke if I ever saw one. Half the buttons don't do anything. The spot free rinse barely comes out at all! Total waste of time and money. I want my money back!

Thanks for the reviews folks, they help us get better. There are posted phone numbers to call if you have a problem. We WILL do everything to earn and keep your business. Please advise which bays or automatics you may have had a problem with as well. Then we can get things fixed quicker. The extreme cold is hard on car wash equipment and we're working to get any issues resolved.

Presoak was mostly air, the brush didn’t work at all, I didn’t get my free 10 minutes for signing up and there is no contact info to ask for help. Easily the WORST manual car wash I have been to. A complete waste of money

This car wash on Jones Rd. in Springdale is constantly breaking down, it does not do any good to have a monthly subscription if the washes don't work! I would not suggest this Magic touch to anyone,

It’s fine. Probably not worth the $14 I paid. The first rinse/soap round didn’t dispense in the touchless bay. Could be out, could be plugged. Dryer time is fine for a car, far to short for a truck. Had I paid $8-10, I wouldnt have been upset. However, I do appreciate having self wash bays. So I will likely return!
