Great service and reasonable pricing! They were very thorough in cleaning my vehicle, both interior and exterior. They even asked me to inspect their work once finished to make sure it was cleaned to my satisfaction. You can tell they take pride in their work! Will not take my vehicle anywhere else for a wash!

i have been coming to this location for a while and they clean very well but I have noticed they don't put as much detail into it as before even tho they raised the price which I have no problem with but today I did a full clean and they did a subpar job, they put wet floor mats back in,didn't clean the center console very well, and scuffed my back tailgate I don't know if they didn't realize or didn't care but the next time I go and they do it again I will be looking of a different place to go

Just dont go there with black paint and you'll be fine. I should have known better but the drying process they are using some pretty rough dry rags. Theysterted to swirl up my paint that was recently ceramic coated and perfect. Maybe ask if they have spot free water and just ask for blower dry. 2 stars cause hard working guys though just will trash your paint.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for years and always supported them—until now. On my most recent visit, they broke the wireless charger in my 2025 Kia K5. I didn’t notice right away, but I came back the same day to let them know. Every employee on-site only spoke Spanish, and I was unable to communicate the issue. I tried going to their second location, where I finally spoke to someone who understood me. They told me to come back the next morning to speak with the manager. I showed up as instructed, and—surprise—no manager. I got bounced around again, told to go BACK to the original location. At this point, I’ve explained my situation multiple times, showed proof of damage, gave my number, receipts, photos—you name it. It’s been over three days, and not one person has reached out to me. I go back again, and now they’re telling me “it has nothing to do with them” and to file a police report. (FYI: The police said this isn’t even something they handle.) So let me get this straight: You break my property during a service I paid for, gaslight me into running around from one location to the next, waste my time, money, and energy—and now nobody knows what’s going on? This is NOT how you treat loyal paying customers. I’ve been calm and respectful throughout this entire process, but the level of negligence, disorganization, and lack of accountability is flat-out ridiculous. You’re running a business—not a game of hot potato. Do better.

Car rolled out looking like the day it was born! Outstanding service. Detailed clean. Convenient access as well. I was looking for a full wash and hand wax. Wait time was roughly one hour, which is very reasonable. Being Bilingual is a plus here but not required. As someone who takes good care of my vehicle... it takes time to build trust in a place. Over the past year, magic hand wash has built a solid reputation. I would definitely recommend their services. Detail nowadays is a must!

Been coming here for years and they always clean my cars extremely well for a great price. Expect to waut anything between 1-2 hours for a complete clean at any given day of the week. Well worth the wait though. Sometimes their card reader breaks and they only accept cash in those instances, so call before arriving just in case.

Hard workers and fair price. My car came out super clean. All done by hand for $75–but they have a menu of options starting at $30 going to $160. Super friendly staff. Would highly recommend! Mind you, this is not an in and out experience. It’s a labor of love but there is nice live oak that you can sit under with a bench/picnictable/etc. that offers shade and shelter.

Took my baby to this car wash. I am impressed. They did an amazing job inside and out. The attendants were super friendly and really did a great job with my baby. $55 inside and out. They did take about an hour but I have to admit, Padm3 was super dirty in the inside! No complaints!

I visited this car wash and during the service, my vehicle’s leather interior was damaged (ripped). This damage was not present before the wash, and I immediately brought it to the attention of the employee who was working on my car. Instead of taking responsibility or offering help, the employee dismissed my concern and told me to “call the police and make a report.” I then asked to speak with a manager, hoping to resolve the issue professionally. Unfortunately, the manager was just as dismissive and said, “That’s not from now, just do what you gotta do.” At no point did anyone attempt to inspect the damage, apologize, or offer a solution. I was treated with complete disregard and disrespect. Because of their lack of accountability, I had no choice but to call the police and file a report.

This is a BAD business. No manager on site to resolve anything no one speaks any English . Overpriced for what they do but typically do a decent job so I continue to use them … Until today they left my car filthy. They kept trying to wash my vehicle again after I told them I only wanted a phone number for Someone in charge. I asked them not to touch the car seat and they did, and they moved everything around put Wet mats back in my car in the wrong place, Will never be using them again. other places are cheaper speak English and actually listen to you. $60 wasted would’ve done a better job myself. Go anywhere else
