I spent over 200 dollars to get my truck cleaned and oil changed here. I came out to a cleaner truck, but not clean enough to justify the money I spent here. My 9 year old son does a better job. I don't know if it's new employees or what but thorough and detail are not words Is use to describe the job they did. I'd be embarrassed if I was in charge of this company.

$160 for this level of work is not acceptable. I was told that it would be 4 hour, so I left the car. Came back 4 hour and a half later to find that the car was still not done, I ended up waiting over 6 hours. My windows were just as bad, streaks and smudges with bug guts. They supposedly buffered it, but I was able to wipe off some of the marks with my finger (didn't have to use my nails). I will give them credit for the inside, they did a good job there.

Went for a detail and carwash. Haven't seen my car look so clean in a long time. They cleaned every surface and the vacuuming really took all the dirt and debris out of my carpet. Really happy and satisfied with the quality of the cleaning and wash. Building was nice and very clean as well inside. Will definitely be going back. They even put air in my tire when I asked if they could.

New owners and new management and it shows. Not in a good way. I took my SUV on a Sunday afternoon and waited 2 hours for it to been done. I paid extra because I have a large SUV and the work was horrible. My dashboard was dirty. In fact all the trim in the car had not been wiped down. The windows were dirty with fingerprints. I paid for a full detail service. I was robbed. I drove home and had to clean my truck myself. Very disappointing especially since I’ve been going for years. It’s no longer a family business with a great reputation. It’s a shame

So the fist time I went they did an outstanding job, amazing!!! So I decided to go back today and OMG. The girl charged me extra because my plastic mats were pretty dirty and I was like ok no worries I understand. But nothing was well done not even the outside. I leave a couple of pictures and the receipts of what I was charged. I’m gonna go again soon, I might update my review. I let the reception guy know who he was very nice, he offered me to put it in again but the truth is I had no time.

This is my first time going to Carwash Carwash on 10th St. I actually went for their free car inspection. The service was really friendly and approachable. I had no idea they even did oil changes, till I drove up and asked for an inspection. Before I move onto the Carwash Carwash part of it, I want to mention their text service. Once you get an oil change with them, or the Grease Monkey side or their business, you will get text reminders for your next oil change. How convenient! I'm definitely a fan. The last oil change I got from another service, the previous place did not give me a sticker, and I had to guess when the next oil change would be. The interior waiting area inside and outside is really nice. There is plenty of space to wait inside or outside. If you choose to wait inside, there is a large waiting room, with bathrooms, TV, magazine rack, etc. It's clean and actually a pleasure to wait for your car to either get serviced or washed. The carwash part of the service is entertaining. There are plenty of windows around the waiting room. This way you can see your car getting serviced or washed. If you are getting your car washed, there is a light show! I went during the day, but I could see how fun it would be for kids to see the light show along with the car wash. I took pictures and video for reference. All in all, I had a really good experience at Carwash Carwash, and am looking forward to going back, for either an oil change or carwash.

Done with this place. Tried to over charge me for a wash package I didn’t request. I went next door and had a late lunch and when I came back, my vehicle hadn’t even been started. An “express wash” shouldn’t take an hour. Staff was unresponsive. Got my vehicle and left. They can keep my $25, I’m never going back. Had a similar experience at their other location. Wasn’t like this under the previous owners. Sad to see.

I arrived on a Saturday at 8:30 AM and was the only customer there, yet the service felt incredibly rushed and sloppy. I paid $70 for the "Super Clean" package plus an extra "dog hair" fee—which is absurd, as I don’t travel with dogs. What they claimed was dog hair was actually just human hair on the mats. Despite the high price tag, the results were unacceptable: Windows: Both the windshield (inside/out) and passenger windows (which still had streaks) were dirty. Interior: The dashboard/speedometer housing wasn't touched, and the back seat remained dirty. Finishing: Every "shined" surface was covered in black dust particles. Detailing: Doors and side panels were still grimy. I am currently re-cleaning the inside of my own car. They either need to train their staff on basic attention to detail or stop offering full-service options entirely. Save your money.

***Been several days and they still haven't refunded after calling them twice!**** However, there was so much missed with their detailing. Water stains on the grill, windshield wiper area filthy, rear window with dirt and swirl marks still, missed cleaning the rear hatch area and completely missed the cupholders. Still had crumbs/debris in the seatbelt area for rear seats. I asked them take it back in to reclean. They also broke a fog light switch and set the piece in the cupholder without mentioning it, as if to hide the damage. Dirt in the wheel wells also. On top of that, they never even completed the engine bay service, which is a $25 additional service. I have called and asked for it to be refunded. They have not done so. Staff was apologetic and polite, but their work quality needs improvement. Seemed rushed. **** They did not refund the day of service when I called. As the owner is claiming. I wouldn't be leaving this review If that were the case. ***
