I don’t know about y’all but most of these new car washes have their employee’s hounding you to buy the monthly package. Not only did Mach-1 not, they also had one of their guys take his time scrubbing my car before going through the wash. 10/10 recommend!

I have been a member of this car wash since they opened. I pay for the unlimited membership because it includes the best wash and is a great value. I recently decided to take advantage of it, after many months, and wash my car every Friday. I like a clean car, and until today, I was never disappointed. Until today. I'd given this site 5 stars, but it lost a star today! I went in today and got my car washed, then went to visit my parents. While there, a neighbor cut their grass and my freshly washed car was covered with grass and dirt! Disgusted, I didn't want a dirty car, so I went back to the car wash where I have an unlimited wash membership. I pulled up to the tag reader expecting the gate to open, but it didn't. Frustrated, I thought the machine broke down just as I pulled up to it, when i glanced at the screen and discovered that my unlimited membership does in fact have a limit. It stated that I had reached my daily limit - one wash per day. Now I'm angry, because to me unlimited means unlimited. Fortunately, one of the workers saw me sitting there, and after confirming that I was a member, allowed me to re-wash my car. I'm still very disappointed that unlimited has a different meaning here. The once per day limit was NOT mentioned when I signed up for the membership and is NOT displayed anywhere on the site. I wonder how many other members have been inconvenienced by this unspoken rule? Finding out about it while sitting at the entrance is not acceptable ! I must seriously rethink this membership. Heaven forbid something like this happens again.

Today I decided to use this car wash since it was convenient to Publix and I don't have much time to wash my truck when I'm off work. The staff was very polite but the car wash itself is awful. I paid for a basic wash but also the extra $3 wheel cleaning. I would say my S10 is about 1/2 clean. The majority of the hood and the center of the roof is clean. The center of the doors and bed are clean. It left dirt all around the windshield, grill, bumpers, behind the tires, tops of the bed rails, around the mirrors, and it didn't even take a speck of dust off the wheels that I paid extra for.. It's quite possibly the worst automatic car wash I've ever been to. It'll probably be the last.

I really like this car wash. The staff is always helpful and friendly. However I saw something that shocked me the other day. I hope I can get an honest explanation for what I saw some employees buying a lot of in Publix on Monrovia. They purchased a large amount of dawn dish soap. I hope they did not use dish soap in the car wash machine. It not only takes the wax off your car it is not suppose to be used on cars for cleaning. Please let the public know the truth so that we can make the decision weather to keep using this car wash. I really can't see any other reason dawn dish liquid would be purchased in large amounts for any other reason.

UPDATE: I've been a member of this amazing car wash for quite some time now, and let me tell you, I LOVE it. The staff are always SO friendly and sweet (hard to find anywhere these days!), and this is the only car wash I know of that shows so much attention to detail...they really want you to leave with a clean car every time! Young ladies and gentlemen scrub your car from front to back upon arrival, BEFORE entering the wash, ensuring that any caked on or otherwise hard to remove items don't make it through to the other side. And they offer vacuums and an airsprayer and towels to dry and detail your car even further afterwards. And the price of a monthly membership is super reasonable, just $40! (May be a little more, I locked in that rate after a promotion. But regardless, I can go every day if I want to, and often do!) I truly love this place and I never want to go anywhere else! Really nice, brand new car wash, conveniently located.

These guys doa. Really good job prewashing the vehicle. Was using take 5 car Wash and their hours were cut back. Take 5 wash had many problems like over shining the wheels and slinging tire shine all over my vehicle. I used Mach 1 when they first opened and it was a mediocre to okay wash. It seems they have improved their wash as it does a great wash now. The major thing is how well the employees do a pre-wash on the vehicle. They do a really good job.

Great car wash, we got the subscription for washing our work vehicles weekly and it’s totally worth it. Brock is the general manager and introduced himself and really went above and beyond to be sure our larger vehicles make it through the machine unharmed. Everything is clean and well maintained. They have pressurized air nozzles for spraying out hard to reach areas which is one of my favorite features. Definitely one of the best washes in town in a great location.

Unfortunately, I didn't like this car wash because when it rained a few days later, my car was left incredibly dirty. The water didn't run off, but instead dripped and dust settled, so after a few days, I had to go to another car wash. I also didn't like that my car was very wet after the wash, so I had to spend a lot of time drying it.

Excellent staff! We had a layer of gunk on our truck from parking under a tree and were prepared to run it through twice to get that off. The employees that were there that Sunday were incredible! They personally washed the surfaces before sending us through the car wash. The truck came out looking great after just one go through. We won’t go anywhere else in Huntsville for a car wash!

I was looking for a good car wash, and this was the 3rd car wash I have visited this week, once in the last 18 hours! This was the only place whose vacuums actually worked well, and bad a staff treated more than just my front bumper and drivers side of the car. The manager was super helpful, kind, and fantastic customer service. My car looks great , and I signed up for a monthly package. Would Highly reccommend!!

With cooler weather I decided to wash my car at this location. Initially I was pleased with the outcome until I walked back to my car after work and noticed scratches on the driver side. These were not there the last time I washed my car (by hand), and even on a dusty car I would notice these. I can only assume it was likely the brush the man used to soap it up prior to going thru the wash that scratched it. Ironically we quit going to a similar car wash close by because they put a dent on our other vehicle with their brush, but like that there's no way to argue it was the caused by the car wash unless you have before and after pictures. I would also caution that the Mach 1 washer not only twisted my side mirror out of place (easily corrected at least) but also their blower lifted my wipers a couple inches off the windshield (never have seen blowers even lift them a little in the past).

Great wash, powerful vacuums, and they're providing even better service lately! There's one exceptional employee in particular that really scrubs down each vehicle before going through the wash. He was there again today 5/5/2025 around noon. I get the highest level of wash they offer, and the Truck looks super even after a couple of weeks if I have to skip a wash. Highly recommended!

Never had a bad experience there. Employees extremely helpful. They do a great job of prewashing front and rear windows,down sides etc before you even go thru tunnel. Always plenty of cleaning supplies and vacumns actually work.

I work in construction and have been bring all of my vehicle here, company and personal, since they've been open and today I got told I have to go somewhere else if my truck is covered in this much dirt and unfortunately I can not just stop driving my work vehicles onto jobsites so I'll have to find a better carwash UPDATE: Thank you for the response. I understand the concern about gravel, and while I didn’t see any myself, I assume some may have been underneath from jobsite conditions. That’s exactly why I paid extra for the undercarriage cleaning as part of your premium car wash. If I were physically able to spray it off myself, I would have - but due to a back injury, I relied on your service to handle that. Given the circumstances, I’ll now be seeking a car wash that’s more accommodating to injured veterans and the practical needs of working vehicles.
