So I’m a member and I come here all the time but today I was guided into the rail and my hubcap was damaged. It’s not very expensive but that’s not the point the kid that did it didn’t apologize and wasn’t very kind. I’m going to be going elsewhere. I’ll be talking to the manager as soon as possible but every time I call I get a busy signal.

quick and efficient! ive been to other car washes and they leave streaky marks or dont clean ad thoroughly, but M1 gets the job done. they also dont have a time limit on parking at vacuums so you can vacuum as thoroughly as you'd like.

first time here, recommended by a friend. I don't know if it was just the end of the day, but the didn't accept cards, cash only, and only had one wash option available. Trash was overflowing and vacs didn't have much suction.

Fast wash and gets car clean. Free vacuums when you wash your car is a plus. Does leave a few bugs on the bumper but nothing you can’t remove with a rag when vacuuming the car. They also offer memberships.

I love going here it's quick and very easy however their vacuums do not have the suction power that they should have so it leaves me with a mess in my car I hope that they correct that and get better suction for the vacuums

If I'm going to pay $5 to $10 for an automatic Caressa I expect the staff to be friendly, the wash to be thorough and the vacuums to have good suction. That is exactly what we get everytime we come here. They keep the place clean and we get done and move on.

Terrible, you pay for a membership so that you can get unlimited carwashes and they close whenever they feel like it. They say it’s maintenance, but they should do that after hours. When something breaks they don’t worry about gettin it fixed right away They actually make more money when they are closed because people already paid for the membership and they don’t have to pay for materials or employees I went today Saturday and it’s closed for maintenance but nobody is there working on equipment

Worst car wash I've ever had. A man washes your car in 30 seconds before you enter the world's shortest drive through car rinse. There is no soap in the tunnel, just water to rinse off the 30 second soap. I have an suv and he didn't touch most of it. All the bugs and dirt still on the front of my car wasn't as disappointing as the dirt still all over the windshield. The worker was sweating and doing his best, but the equipment is inferior to the competition. No wait for good reason

We had two car wash memberships here for several years. It the number if vacuums is so few and the ones that are there have terrible suction. Cancelled one car then the other a few months later.

Custmer service at the time of purchase was amazing but the 1 star is for the quality of my car wash... huge spots on the body of the car were missed which defeats the purpose of having the car washed. This was my third time going to this car wash and I'm disappointed at today's wash. Says not water spots but my car is full of water spots.

They usually do better, but this time I had to go through twice & the stains on the driver's side still wouldn't wash off. It was caused by the degreaser they squirted on but didn't scrub either time! So now I have clean streaks on my white car. P. S. Have them remove the whip antenna so it won't break off like mine. I didn't know they could do that.

Car wash is great and sometimes they finish you off with a personal dry off of the vehicle. But only 10% of their vacuums work. Which makes it hard to vacuum your car on a timely manner.

Took my car here yesterday & purchased the Deluxe option. After going thru my car was still filthy. 2 guys were "pre scrub" just B4 entry & my car was still dirty soapy & not dried when I pulled out I gave the clerk my credit card to pay, I received no receipt & noticed clerk manually entering info from my card. Drawer never opened & again no receipt or signature from me. I checked my transactions & the kid never charged me.. This is odd & I don't trust this. I tried calling several times just to get a continuous busy. I will not return again for service. But I will be going in to follow up!!!

If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have had a membership with them for 4 years and i have tried cancelling twice. I went in person twice to cancel and each time I would cancel it, it was always verbal as they don’t give documentation but here I thought, all is well it’s cancelled which was not the case. I just trusted it i guess. I don’t live in the area anymore and I have tried calling, trying to find an email and there is nothing to contact them on. The last time i went to cancel, the guy said that the phone hasn’t been working and they have yet to fix it, THAT WAS OVER 6 MONTHS AGO! Since then I have made two trips in person on the hours they claimed to be open and when I would pull up, the cone would be in the middle & the register is gone from the outside indicating they are closed. I have filed disputes with my bank and it’s getting ridiculous. To add, they have left multiple scratches on my car and my mom went a few days ago and it left her tire popped. She went across to the tire shop by staples and they even said the impact had a lot to do with their car wash. This is a terrible business. They were good in the beginning and fell off terribly and the worst part, they don’t care and i’m aiming this review towards the business owners not at the workers, they are doing their jobs and have no control over things like this. There is no quality in this place. The 76 car wash is 10000x better than this place, so avoid this place thanks

Meh. Post wash results. Half hearted pre-clean by 1 person where there should have been 2. Car wash did not even touch h one side of the car. Paid for the premium wash.

The worker that checked people in this day was phenomenal with me. He talked me through all this stuff and options. Going around to the wash I was surprised to see they have scrubbers that go over the whole car real quick. Really like that. The car wash itself is nice. I know this one I went through that the cleaning spinning wheel things were not fast and harsh. I like that also. The one I went to in Van Nuys was really rough on the car. It cleaned it and everything but it was rough. This was much nicer. I don't know it was a promo or what but for 19 a month I got unlimited washes and waxes. Very handy out here in AV since we get a lot of wind and dust.

We have a membership with them and I must say I’m a little disappointed. The customer service has always been great. The young men there are pretty friendly and patient. The wash, most of the time, sucks! It seems like when it’s rinsing off the soap, it hardly gets anything off. Leaving me with green or pink color soap when I’m drying the car. There’s rarely a guy at the end of the washer to hand dry our car. Them being there helps a whole lot. The vacuums are low just about every time I’m there causing me to move the car to another stall, hoping to get a better one. They close at 5p, but my boyfriend got there the other day at 4:49p and they were closed!!!! Big problem, because he rushed out of the house. If you guys advertise closing time at 5p, then that’s when you should take your last customer!!!!!!! We might just end our membership, due to that alone!!!!

Took my week old car here to get washed after a trip to Vegas. Noticed scratches on my drivers side window and another one on my rear passenger door immediately after. The kid scrubbing the car down was also picking his nose, so there’s that.

This place is absolutely horrible!!! The employee directed me straight into the rails and my tire popped. I made the employee give me a incident report that clearly states it it their fault. The manager completely ignores it, stated they had to ‘investigate’ the camera footage yet the employee told me the cameras did not work when I was only told there is no way to prove it was their fault. I’ve called serval times to only have the phone just ringing. Avoid this place like a plague they do not care about the customers or the damage they do at all.
