so I bought a car from these people in September 2023 and i’m still waiting for a title and come to find out from the New Jersey DMV. Their license has been revoked so they’re still selling cars although they’re not supposed to be , so I am now left with the car and no title. I tried getting in contact with them for months and got nothing so be warned do not buy a car from them because you’re will regretted it

I strongly urge you to stay away from this company. Initially, they charged an excessive $1,000.00 security deposit for renting a Cadillac Escalade. The issue escalated when, after returning the car, they neither refunded the deposit nor responded to my attempts to reach out. It's evident that their business practices are questionable. I'm now pursuing a legal avenue to secure the refund I'm owed. This level of service and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable.

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LUXE AUTOS ON BROADWAY ST. Bayonne nj This is an absolutely awful place to deal with! I purchased a car from there a month ago, they still haven't sent a payoff on the vehicle I traded in! I have been going back and forth and they always have an excuse. Was told payment was overnighted 6 days ago and still nothing. And magically, Luxe Autos won't take my calls or return messages. Won't give me the number to their finance department! I have filed a fraudulent claim with the bank who made payment to Luxe Autos for the new loan which included that payoff. My next step is a lawyer. This place is a joke! PLEASE SHARE

I sold my car to them (Auto Luxe) and waited 7 months to receive money but they never paid for my car. And also i gave them almost 5,000$ to payoff my car but after 7 months I took my car back and they didn’t give me that 5,000$. They are all scammers Stay away, report them .it is not too late.. If you’re doing business with them just take back what you gave them. Cause of them I wasted a lot of money and time.

My husband purchased a vehicle from Luxe Autos two months ago and still has not received his plates from them. He has been calling the person he dealt with inquiring about this matter and has gotten nowhere. He is now unable to get a hold of someone via telephone and when he goes in person the place is always closed. He is now receiving tickets on his car and getting stopped by the police with the issued now expired paper license plate. The finance company is now telling him his car cannot be financed due to them not receiving a title as of yet. Luxe Auto appears to be a unprofessional business with unreliable workers that once they receive your money they disregard any of your concerns and or questions. I would give them a ZERO rating but unfortunately I must rate them one star. Our next course of action is to speak with a lawyer.

Booked a ride from EWR to Manhattan, the Escalade that arrived was pristine and the chauffeur was so polite and a great driver. I found him with ease, Luxe autos came through on a last min trip I didn’t want to deal with Uber or Lyft to get to my destination. luxe autos is the best!! phenomenal service!! the service i got was a little extra ordinary since i had to have the car internationally shipped all the way to aruba. i got a 2014 jeep wrangler rubicon very clean no problem at all none whatsoever. despite lux autos being a national company, they managed all the paperworks for me and had it shipped to miami for a seamesly departure to aruba. within 2 weeks i had the car in aruba! i would recommend luxe autos to anybody looking for a used or new car, whether its a family car, a prius, or a ferrari they can get them all for you. thanks again!!
