Out of all the car washes I’ve been to and had memberships at. Thus far Luvs has been my favorite. The drive through car wash ACTUALLY washes your car. The employees are polite, helpful and not pushy. Price is not to bad either.

LUV Car Wash delivers an outstanding experience every time. The staff is friendly and helpful, the entire facility is spotless, and the equipment is extremely well maintained. The wash booth is efficient and produces high-quality results. I really appreciate the extras like floor mat cleaning stations, air hoses to blow out vents and interior dust, and plenty of vacuum stations to finish the job right. Everything is well organized and customer-focused. Highly recommended.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I took my husband’s car to get cleaned before he came home from deployment. Their carwash took the mirror straight off. They denied any liability when they had a sign for their employees to fold mirrors in and they did not. They claim they have clear signs but the wash I went to does not have any signs for extra steps and precautions that I should have taken to avoid this. My husband came home from a 6month deployment to a broken car and they couldn’t even respond to us for over two months. I’m beyond disappointed as a MEMBER who pays monthly to clean my van I expected the same thing for my car and just got irresponsible people happy to take my money but can’t fix what they broke.

I went to Luv car wash to today to sign up for monthly subscription. Austin and Ramone gave me amazing good customer services. Also, I had some issues with prior billing and Ramone helped me. He really took his time out to fix the bill and correct the problem. He did that 🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾. I very big on customer service and I got that today with both of them. This specific LUVs on San Jose is honestly one of my favorite drive-through car washes. It’s quick, easy, and actually does a really good job, which isn’t always the case with drive-through washes. My car consistently comes out clean and shiny. The staff is also friendly and the whole place feels efficient and well run. I especially love the finishing touches set up — the mat cleaning stations are great, and there are plenty of trash bins and towels, so it’s super easy to clean up the inside too. Convenient, reliable, and just an overall good experience every time. Definitely recommend.
