UPDATE: Just bought a new clothes washer a month ago. Same user experience and delivery experience. Very easy. Our dishwasher died right before thanks giving. We purchased an Amana, made the purchase online through the website (good user experience and easy to use), had it delivered, and they hauled away our old broken unit. The online purchase was easy and a good user experience. Lowe's gives a Veterans discount, they do have a process you must go through though. The delivery process was an ease. I already had the old washer in our garage, and had the guys drop off the new one in the same spot. They did offer to take it upstairs, but no need, but very much appreciated. It was the day before Thanksgiving and later in the afternoon, plus I wasn't expecting it to show up until the day after. It was nice that it did, and they kept the notifications updated. They driver had also called prior to showing up. The Amana unit was easy to install. You'll need a wire harness or pigtail. I had already bought a new one from AG Home & Garden. The unit has ran like a champ. We run 2-3 cycles a week, more during the holidays. It runs quiet, and surprisingly is less noisy than our big brand one it replaced. I'm super happy with the process and experience. We're in the market for a new clothing washer and I have one in my cart for the boss lady's approval.

I was within the 10 minutes before closing time, and needed 1, just 1 item. I was hoping the request for said item, an adjustable wrench would have been relayed to one of their Associates. Honestly frustrating the associate told me that they closed at 8 PM and did not even mention that she would try to get an associate to attain the item upon my request. Customer Service ratings come a long way. My first frustrating moment here was when I had to take multiple work days off to expect the delivery of an appliance. The order had been cancelled, because of an “IT Error”. I had to reorder it and call my bank to be on the lookout for a double charge as the refund went through. From 2 days of the expected delivery date, to 7 days later, and multiple days taken off from work. The appliance I was seeking to replace was not functioning so it was an urgent matter to have the need to have been tended to in a timely fashion, that was not met.

Ordered several interior doors, most of which were delivered damaged, with no interest by the store manager to correct. They seem to think the damage shown in these pictures can be corrected with paint. It's a good thing they decided not to replace the doors, though, because we went to a local mom and pop store instead and paid 1/5th the labor cost that Lowes was going to charge us to install them.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a barn door that after putting together was warped and looked awful. The best they could do is 10% discount ($35). I paid my handyman $100 to install it and put it all together. Now I have an ugly warped barn door and out that money. Waste of a phone call. They don’t care about customers

Came looking for semi-gloss white spray paint and they happen to all the colors except that one. I was a bit disappointed but I settled for something close to it. They do have various selection of everything you’d probably be looking for for your home. The day I went it was pretty slow and checked out at self checkout so it was pretty quick. There was really no interaction with any of the workers this time around.

We bought an open box LG, a slide-in oven, for a discounted price because it was missing the griddle, but I'd never used. I'm hoping it'll be good as we've always bought Whirlpool or Cafe appliances. They delivered it to the kitchen, and now we have to get it installed.

Their garden department needs improvement… While they always have a decent amount of inventory available it’s never that well cared for, and it always is overwatered and the plants look somewhat yellow before you purchase. They also never have exactly what I’m looking for They have some variation of it, but not enough or they’re out of stock.

My wife and I went to Lowe's to look for a new griddle. We had the Blackstone two-burner but that just wasn't enough real estate when we have six people to feed. G a b y helped me pick out the Blackstone that I wanted and Cynthia rang us up. It was a very pleasant shopping experience no pressure on which unit to buy so I made my choice and got the four burner 36-in Blackstone. I also picked up some shelving and some see-through storage containers to put my cooking supplies in. I still haven't seasoned the grill yet I'll probably do that today. Looking forward to lots and lots of good meals on this Blackstone.
