Bought a 5 gallon bucket of paint. Realized I was unable to lift it high enough to get it out of my cart so I called the customer service desk to ask for assistance. Sat outside for 10 whole minutes waiting before I called again. Waited another 10 whole minutes and still nobody came outside to help me. Finally a patron walked by and helped me. 20 whole minutes waiting outside and 3 calls to customer service. No help.

I rented a carpet cleaner and the job took me longer than I expected. When I returned it late, I fully expected to pay for an additional day. However, Nadine was wonderful and did not charge me for the additional day. Her exceptional customer service and helpful attitude was a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be back!

So it is Wednesday December 3rd at 5:00 and I just went into Lowe's to ask a simple question about a refrigerator hose The two guys in appliances a black fella and a older white fella we're talking and talking I had walked up a few hours couldn't find what I was looking for so I went back stood there and waited for them to acknowledge me finally I spoke up and asked him the question not only did they try to make me not know what I was talking about and try to act like what I needed did not exist because they did not feel like helping me it's ridiculous I don't ever write reviews but figured that that was just pure laziness and crazy All right guys don't ask for help from those guys at Lowe's at the appliance section lol funny but sadly true

I recently had an issue with a stove order at Lowe’s where the delivery didn’t go as planned. Thankfully, Norma and Dylan stepped in and turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. From the moment I explained the problem, they were patient, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to track down what went wrong with the delivery and worked quickly to find a solution. What really stood out was their professionalism and genuine concern for making things right.

I just had a wonderful experience at Lowe’s after leaving Home Depot. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Joe, who set the tone for my entire visit. He took time to assess my needs and even shared a laugh with me when I told him I was on a mission for my mom. Later, while on my quest to find the right screw, I crossed paths with Jestin. He went above and beyond to help me, not only finding the perfect screw but also educating me along the way. As I watched him work, I noticed some endearing qualities His patience, kindness, strong math and reasoning skills, and a clear dedication to being well-rounded both personally and professionally. He carries himself with natural leadership and management qualities. Overall, my visit was professional, kind, down-to-earth, and memorable. Thanks to Joe and Jestin, my mission was accomplished. I’m now standing outside in the parking lot as I write this review , enjoying the breeze, feeling truly grateful for such a positive experience. Thank you, Joe and Jestin!

If restrooms are an indicator of the quality of the business then this Lowe's store is in the septic tank. I'm wearing construction boots that get in all kinds of mess, but I really did not want to walk through feces and urine to use the facilities. This is inexcusable. Go ahead and zoom in on these photos and get a closer look. Now imagine the horrific smell permeating the air. Now realize that smells are actual fece particles you're inhaling. Let that sink in for a second. I'm quite certain the health department would like to see these pictures. These pics were captured on, Wednesday, January 18, 2023 @ about 11:30 AM.

Have not been to Lowe’s in years and remembered why today. For the first time in years they had what I needed and Home Depot did not so I went to Lowe’s. As I remembered, no help available to assist me with finding my specialty part. I finally found the part and went to check out. Not a live cashier available and all of the self checkout Kiosk were four people deep and it took me twenty minutes to check out. Just before I finished an associate had the gall to ask me if I needed help. She was a sweet old lady so I bit my tongue and told her to have a good day and then left. I hope I never have to go to a Lowe’s again.

The good Got plenty of merchandise. Well stocked and fairly good deals. The bad Commercials....... blaring at you in every department. I can't stand being at a store, spending hard earned money, then being begged to buy more!!!!!! It's never enough with greedy people. I won't return to any business that feels the need to advertise once I'm already there. Home Depot and others will get my business.

Husband and I came in to pick up a few things. We were kind of standing there looking lost, when Lucy walked by and asked if we needed help. She didn't just point or tell us where to look. She stopped, looked up the item for us, then asked another associate to get the item down for us. She was AMAZING. The other associates were nice and helpful, but Lucy went the extra mile. We greatly appreciate her for that. Thank you so much Lucy.

Im a non profit organization and im tired of themistreatment. I did a followup on a Donation just to hear i need to walk in a letter head!!! Do they not understand who we are andwhats going in in the economy.If we had the gas and funds to visit every store we need a donation forthen we would. Why did he even give me the email from the start?? Im starting to think this is a discrimination situation and i want it addressed. Im only coming to the store if it is approved!!!
