Went in for replacement exterior door seals. They had the junk vinyl covered foam stuff and the only box for the best black rubber type was empty. I found an employee and asked them to look up on the K rack above to see if they had any of the rubber seals up there. He came over, looked up, and said no. Hummm? I couldn't read any of the written info on the boxes from the floor level. I found a box of brown rubber seals not within the rack where the rest of them were. The check out had no open register. Only self checkout. I don't use self checkout at any store. I want everyone to have a job and pay taxes/social security. That does not include retired ME working for Lowe's at the check out. I went to the other end of the store at the contractors desk and used the manned checkout there I'll go back to my normal Lowe's on hwy 17. Well stocked and always has a manned checkout.

We are very happy with the customer service we received from the gentleman in the paint dept. He was patient and kind. We just wish we would have got his name to give him the compliment. So we are passing it on this way. Thank you.

Not the best Lowes I've been to. It used to be way better. This location is always super crowded. And the staff is always stressed out. I apologized the last 2 times to workers for asking them questions. And the girl at check out asked me why I was so cheap to buy dead plants. How embarrassing π³π and by the way I saved them all. And I love the plant clearance racks, best part of this location. So many plants to save. That should tell you something. I think they are over worked and under staffed. Photos are some of the plants I saved β€

Gifty should not be a customer service employee. She has the worst customer service etiquette I have ever experienced at any Lowe's location. I was returning an unopened package of wallpaper, with a receipt, that I had purchased about two or three days prior. She scrunched up her nose, giggled, and pointed to the picture on the box. Then says, "Does that look like the same thing to you?" I said, "That's because it's zoomed out (the picture on the package shows an entire wall, whereas the physical product is up close). We didn't even open that one." Then she checks the top to make sure it hasn't been opened, which it hadn't. I did receive the refund, but I do not appreciate the insinuation that I am a thief and a liar. I also don't appreciate her lack of knowledge about the products in her own store. Perhaps she should have gone to the wallpaper aisle and found the other packages of the exact same product that I was returning. Oh, by the way, the pictures on the package and online are AI generated...she doesn't actually think they're wallpapering an entire wall/room for every color and style of wallpaper, does she?

It has been a while since I visited Lowes and I was impressed. I was wandering around looking for a few items and Justin, a store employee, approached and was very helpful. He helped me find everything I needed and made some helpful suggestions. The next day I returned, and there was Justin looking for people to assist. Again, he guided me to everything I needed. Well done Lowes and well done Justin! Top level service!!!

This review is on the specific product, LG refrigerator (model LF29H8330S) purchased two years ago. This unit is emitting a persistent foul odor that makes food unsafe. Iβve called LG customer service SIX TIMES over 2 weeks, sent photos, and followed all troubleshooting steps, (including two deep cleanings of an already immaculate interior, changing all filters, and paying for a $150 local service call confirming nothing can be done) but the issue remains. Despite 4 promises of the last 6 calls escalating the issue, no manager has ever called me back. This appears to be a legitimate defect, and LG has offered no resolution.

Wanna shoutout Frederick! He was soooo helpful. We needed help with a wood stove parts and installing it and he knew everything and looked for parts that would fit it. We took a lot of his time today and he still was so happy to help.

Mike and Kent were extremely helpful today. My husband was needing to replace some old plumbing for our church, and the piece he was looking for is no longer made. They took the time to help us find everything we would need to essentially rebuild what we needed. They went above and beyond and were incredibly helpful.

Malcolm from the flooring department is an extremely professional, respectful and knowledgeable individual. He is a trustworthy and friendly. He deserves a raise and promotion for the great customer service he provides to all Loweβs customers Iβm sure. Thank You for helping me with my flooring project so far.

Please educate your team members and buyer beware when shopping the clearance plants. Your team does not seem to understand what the black line through the full price bar code means in clearance, 1. And 2, when I disputed the price at the service desk last night, she was clueless as well. I don't appreciate paying full price(the sale price of item "full price" at the time was 5/$5 for the marigolds, and 2/$20 on the pansy multipacks) for something that isn't doing well, hence why it was in clearance to begin with and be called a liar for it, so here is a receipt, a photo of what clearance prices are, and the condition of said plants. ThankfulIy was able to save the marigolds for our vegetable gardens. I don't have this issue at any of the other area lowes, so why is it that this location has an issue? Lack of education? Poor management? Lack of communication amongst team members? Whatever it is a solution needs to be made, because this is not it!

This seems like a poorly run, understaffed location. I shopped around for a while and couldnβt find anyone available to assist me. So, I got what I could and proceeded to the checkout. There was at least ten people in line for self checkout! There were no registers open that werenβt self checkout. There was only one employee assisting with all the self checkout registers, so it was a chaotic, frustrating and extremely slow process. Once at the register, I had to wait for minutes for the employee to verify my identification for the military discount. I got home and realized that in the chaos, I left some of the items I paid for at the register. No way I was going back for them. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but Iβll never go back to this location.

I have written a past review about how great this store is. I am seriously upset by the patronizing treatment I was given there today. I was appalled by what the person who helped me told me. I called earlier today to speak to a manager. They took my number and needless to say......crickets! It has been hours and no return call from the store manager. I went back in and got in touch with a manager. He helped me with my issue and agreed that the response from the associate was not appropriate. The product I was sold was a lemon and the manager helped me deal with the company.

What a disappointment for Loweβs store 0476!!! First time here and never coming back.. Jose from Lumber and the person at the pro checkout I canβt remember his name!! They are useless! One person lied and said the lumber cutter was out of order, the other said it is working, but only for plywood. They donβt help with project cutting. Uh, Hello! Everything you do at LOWES is a project!! Their unprofessional attitude towards the customer (Me) ensures I wonβt be back to this store and will use their competitor in the future for my DIY projects!

This is honestly the worst Lowe's I have ever been to, possibly even the worst home improvement store I have ever been to. I guess I am insane because I keep going back to this store thinking "it will be better this time." Every time I go to this store, it is an awful experience. There is always something going wrong; either no one is around to help, or there are no carts available in the entire store (and no, the store wasn't busy at the time), or checkout takes 30 minutes to purchase 1 item. However, my most recent experience is why I am leaving the 1-star review and boycotting this store for good. Long story short, I submitted an order for insulation a little over a month before I needed to install it. The online ordering system requires you to request a specific delivery date, so I requested it the week before I needed it. Shortly before the delivery date, the order was delayed by 4 days. No big deal, I would still receive it in time; only problem was that the new delivery date was a day that I was working. The day before my delivery date, I received an email from Lowe's that gave me a 4-hour time window. Great, now that I have a deliver time window, I went ahead and took the day off work to receive my delivery. The morning of the delivery day, I received another email from Lowe's saying my delivery was rescheduled for the following week. Why was it rescheduled when I already had a delivery date? This was an issue because A. I already took off work to receive the delivery and B. The new delivery date was AFTER I needed to install it. I ended up cancelling the order. The manager was absolutely no help, and basically just recognized that these were problems but he was too incompetent to fix them. Now I have no insulation, so I have to try and find another vendor who is hopefully more competent than this Lowe's. Of course, the bar is REALLY low.

I had the best experience at this Loweβs this afternoon just the customer service was very friendly a gentlemen at the self checkout helped me load up my waters while I was busy with my seven-year-old and then I went out to the parking lot unloaded my stuff to my car and a guy collecting carts was eager to help me with my cart. He was just really friendly and nice. Great experience.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Loweβs today while using self-checkout. An associate called another associate over to βhelpβ me, even though I clearly told them I was fine and didnβt need assistance. Instead of stepping back, she stood over me the entire time watching my every move. When I entered an item number for a piece of plywood, she immediately questioned it, as if I was doing something wrong or trying to steal. To make things worse, when I told my spouse I was going to pay using my app because I had MyLoweβs money available, she inserted herself again and insisted I was doing it incorrectly. I asked her to step back, and I completed the checkout successfully on my own. Her response afterward was a snarky comment: *βThey must have changed it.β* No β nothing changed. She just didnβt know what she was talking about. The entire interaction made me feel like I was being treated as a criminal rather than a paying customer. I spend countless numbers of dollars at Loweβs every year, and I do not appreciate being hovered over and second-guessed like that. If Loweβs is so concerned about theft, then get rid of self-checkouts and open more registers instead of making customers feel uncomfortable and accused.

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Silver Spring Downtown while attending a Farmers Conference in the downtown area, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect everything downtown is within walking distance, which made it incredibly convenient for our conference events and nearby dining options. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. What truly stood out was the staff. Every interaction was professional, welcoming, and attentive. They made us feel valued and ensured our stay was smooth and stress free. If you're attending an event or conference in downtown Silver Spring, this is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. It is the first home improvement warehouse in the area that didn't have all of their carts full in the aisles. They also had quite a few carts lined up in their lumber section, which was both nice and convenient. Compared to the Spotsylvania Lowe's, I would highly recommend this one.
