Would be nice to have item in stock that app says is in stock! This is not the first time with this store!! Went in for shower pan liner cut to length, which app says it had in stock…not only was it NOT in stock, but associate said they haven’t had it in stock in a while!!

I have just had the worst experience at this Lowe’s. I’m looking for a few home improvement items and no one was able to help me. Everyone I asked disregarded my concerns. They were not customers friendly. I knew I should’ve went to Home Depot instead. I do not recommend this store.

There are sooooo many different items. They are awesome with online and in store purchases. The issue is with warranties or return polices. Wait...also with the 3rd party contracts.

Hard to find an associate but thankfully we found what we needed on our own. This place never has many people in it though. The website locations need to be updated so that you can find things. The online proves don't always match the store so be mindful too of that. Overall we do like going in and out of here fast. Just had to go grab a few things for cleaning & my son saw this fan & it is perfect for our low ceilings so he is happy to have seen it displayed

I love going to Lowe's, they always have unique things to purchase and there prices are reasonable. Each time I've gone there the people who work there are very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and quick to offer help.

Went in looking for a specific Oklahoma Joe's grill they had one on display but I looked at, and asked the Lowe's employee to check and see if they had one in the back. He pulls out his phone and says he has three of them back there. I said I would go home and grab my trailer real quick and be right back. I get back to Lowe's and it turns out they don't have any in stock and they would not sell me the display. I went to the Orange City Lowe's and they didn't even have any either other than the one that was on display. They gladly sold me the one on display and I was out the door. That's how you win and lose customers Lowe's

Went here only once. An associate at the door took me all the way to the other end of the store, where what I was looking for was. On the way we discussed my plans and bounced ideas & specs back and forth. We get there, they checked the isles on either side for related products. I found what I was after, excused them to help another customer, got what I needed and got out. Good deal The last star falls off for the store though because there was a manager yelling into the phone, radio or W/E that some boxes where in the way and a problem with the person who was in charge of these boxes. Not saying that this is not to be expected, but as supervision you need to remain calm and professional in front of the clients/shoppers. Not griping about someone to someone else in front of the whole store.

I bought a brand new Weber Searwood 600 XL, delivered. The product was clearly used, very dusty, and did not turn on. Smashed fan. They have a two week delay on exchange/delivery. Their scrap metal is still sitting on my porch and they’re still clinging to my $1400+, blaming the 3rd party delivery drivers for their nonexistent customer service. “We can’t do anything about it.”

This is my local Lowe’s I shop all the time with no issues. This time I was picking up my $2500 online order and unfortunately had Aiden to assist. I sat at the pick up area waiting for my vanity to come out. After an hour of sitting there (maybe 4 customers in the store). Finally the vanity comes out on a forklift. Super Aiden there to assist the forklift operator. Aiden walked away at the most crucial point of his job and the forks hit the tailgate of my truck pushing the entire truck forward. My dad and I obviously upset telling him that watching the forklift was his job. Macho man Aiden bows up to my father and says “you’re good bro”. I was then still missing items from my order, I asked Aiden to find out about them, clearly he doesn’t care about anything that just happened. 15 minutes later I walked back in for the 4th time to ask about my missing items and yes, I beat Super Aiden to the customer service desk to ask about the rest of my order. At this point he finally apologized, too little too late. You don’t bow up to customers bud, no one is scared of you.

In 7/8/2022 I purchased a washer and dryer combo. I also purchased the warranty for peace of mind. 3 years later the washer stopped working and now trying to file a warranty claim has been an atrocious undertaking. The unwillingness to help and the habit of simply “passing the hot potato” around is mind blowing. Needless to say after many years of using Lowe’s, I will definitely thing twice before buying any appliances from Lowe’s again. Peace of mind or customer satisfaction is not part of their vocabulary or goal for that matter….

Real nice experience. I actually like it better than Home Depot. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff. I am a disabled person and they were absolutely great, they loaded my stuff into my friend's truck and wouldn't even take a tip. Just a great business and layed out with actual thought to finding what you need easily.
