First time here and will definitely be back I got the basic wash w vacuum n wipe down due to lack of time but seemed like I paid for more! Very clean place, got a snack and the whole staff was great w explaining the prices/process and waiting areas.

So, where do I begin? I paid for a 40 dollar wash a year ago. There were spots they missed. The worker told me they would do a better job if I paid for the 160 dollar premium wax and wash. So, I did that. Then, I noticed their car wash machine placed circular scuffs on my wheels that have had 0 damage done to them until now by these people. I haven't had time to speak to management about this problem. There were spots they missed near the foot pedals and smeared my back windows. If this is what they offer for 160 dollars. I'll pay for a mobile hand wash next time. Absolutely unacceptable.

I just drove over there to get my truck washed and the dude looked at me and said we are too busy to wash this right now. Come after 3 😂😂. I have never ever experienced this at a car wash. I have spent $1000s over the years here. Mediocre to say the best, but convenient. I will never go back.

My wife and kids took my Tesla to get detailed. Hand wash and clay bar full detail including the seat conditioner. It was well over $200. Now, maybe my expectation is too high, but I expected the door jams and rear hatch to be wiped down cleaned. I guess that’s not part of the service. I also expected the entire car to be washed and waxed. I guess that was too much to expect as well. The seats were covered in some type of oily substance. I wiped it off with my towel and it was black. Why would you not wipe them off? Sunday Father’s Day wearing your best and all stained from a general lack of detail. I hope you can appreciate the irony, take car to get detailed at a place who doesn’t pay attention to detail. I’m so tired of this place…they are just a quicky wash place. It’s embarrassing!

I have been coming here for many years. Unfortunately I had got my car washed yesterday around 245 pm and when my son got in his car seat he noticed huge scratched on the inside of our back window. I spoke to the manager today and he said he can't do anything for me over the phone, I have to bring my car in. I don't know what they use that could have caused this. I asked him what do they use to clean the windows, he said just towels and cleaner nothing else. Very unfortunate because I did NOT have this damage on my vehicle prior to my car wash yesterday 3/15/25. Dash board wasn't wiped down properly either. Window on my passenger side looks scratched as well, mostly from the inside with black streaks. I have a 2011 toyota corolla, I can only imagine the damage/lack of service being done to more high end vehicles that I saw getting their cars washed here as well.

My Fav!!! I’ve been to a lot of car washes in the area and I have chosen this one to be my favorite. I love how it has outdoor seating, shaded outdoor seating which is a big plus. Hand wash is available, they know what they’re doing, they do not ruin your leather like other washes have put nasty treatments when it wasn’t needed and that can ruin your leather. I love the attention to detail. Highly recommend!

It’s a car wash if you want a basic clean. If you want a more detailed clean, I recommend hiring a detailer. A car wash is more of a maintenance thing; it’s about getting the weekly or monthly dirt off. Details are for those who want their car to look like new again. I hope this helps.

Came in last Monday! Was super pleased with my service. I don’t mind waiting ever when I know the service is going to be great, just as it always is here. I noticed someone telling my detailer to hurry up but I truthfully didn’t mind because I saw him putting in that work. Thank you so much Camilo for your attention to detail. I was able to get your name at the very end was very pleased. I’ll gladly come back knowing there’s workers like Camilo there.

I went to this car wash that gets super busy, but despite the crowd, we were in and out in about 35-40 minutes tops. They offer a waiting area both outside and inside, with the inside area being where you pay. The car wash provides different packages depending on what you're looking to get for your car. For as quickly as they work, I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the job. The pricing is decent, especially considering other detail services that charge more. If you want to maintain the detailing on your car from previous services, this is the place to go. I saw some reviews accusing them of missing items, but that wasn't the case for me. Overall, it was a pretty good and fast service for what it is.

I had a terrible experience at this car wash. I paid extra to have my particularly dirty car cleaned. I specifically asked showed them what areas needed to be washed (besides the car obviously) and told them to charge me whatever they need to charge for all that work, so they did. When I checked the car, NONE of the work that I had asked them to do was done, which I paid extra for. When I addressed the issue to the manager, which is also the same person who washed it, he was incredibly disrespectful and rude. He snapped back, saying, “We don’t work for you. If you want your car washed right, go do it yourself at a self-service car wash.” I was shocked by the unprofessional attitude considering I’ve been coming to this car wash for years. Paying extra should come with at least a reasonable level of effort and respect. Needless to say, I will never come back here again, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or even a decent effort. When you have a manager like that running the place, no one is going to perform.

Went in this morning for a car wash I noticed the prices had changed for all three categories of silver, gold and platinum. I definitely did not get what I paid for very disappointed to say the least. For what they charge, the service should be exceptional. I did not receive air freshener. My backseat was not cleaned out. I don’t even want to waste any more of my energy with this place . I am really not the kind of person to leave bad reviews because I understand as a human being we make mistakes but the fact that I spoke with the “owner”. “Steve” and he didn't even bother trying to resolve the concerns that I had really didn’t sit well with me , And the receptionist girl who gave me attitude “patty” simply kept talking over me not willing to listen and understand what I was calling for. I really wished I would have read the reviews before my wife took the car in the first place .. this is ridiculous .
