To be honest, If I cared about my cars paint and exteriors, I would not wash my car here. The spinning plastics are literally beating the car as it washes. So this car wash scratches your car. But aside from that, I like that its really quick and convenient. They re-use the water so this sounds eco friendly. Its fully automated, so you will not see a person, even to ask a question unless you go inside the shop.

Convenient location but not helpful staff. They won't turn on the air for you despite the coin intake being broken. They say just use card. It's $1.50 if you pay by coin and $2.00 to pay by card!! What a ripoff. It also advertises card as $1.75 but it charges you $2.00.

Paid for their "The Work" car wash. The underbody wash started right after payment is made and ended before my car entered the tunnel. Wheel wash was not done (or not done correctly) as my wheels were merely untouched after the wash. The air blower ended when the countdown was still 10 sec. They prob thought no one would notice it. Aside from the prob above, the rest of the car wash was ok.

They get away with saying the convenience store is 24 hours because they are partnered with shell. But if you look at the listings they are two separate entities! Horrible customer service and they are NOT OFFERING THE 24 HOUR SERVICE THEY ARE ADVERTISING.

The machine does its job and does a basic clean for your car. I've never had any damages to my sedans or SUVs. The lines could be pretty long depending on the time of day. My average wait time is usually 20-30 minutes in early evenings. The air dryer seems to turn off prematurely and jip you about 15 seconds.

This loop car wash has issues. Stops during wash. Happened three times. This time they’ve displayed a sign to wait until the car inside to finish. Make sure to ask a car behind you to wait with code entry. Otherwise it will mess up the system and your wash will stop during process. Even when it works it does not rinse long enough to wash out the soap.

This is a brand new station. A very big shop with lots of variety. There is a Subway restaurant inside the shop as well. Free bathrooms for public use. Very Clean. I give this place only 2 stars because of the employees. They do not know how to use the frequent buyer cards. Points are supposed to be awarded for items you purchase, to redeem them for products. They also have a buy 7 get 1 free car washes. Neither ever worked for my wife or I. We spoke to the managers several times, to no avail. I washed my car about 25 times, and never received a single point towards a free one, or any food. After 6 months, changing cards, speaking to management, etc., has never earned me a single point. They push the program down your throat, to the point of not ringing you up without one.

I only did express since that was the only option when I filled up gas. I can’t say anything more than a plain wash. The dryer was cut short by 8 seconds.

Well, a new car wash, yes, but the same old rude staff. They used to turn on the vacuums for free after a wash but now after the most expensive $16.99 wash, you pay for the vacuum. I’m sure that they face a lot of harsh and dumb customers but that’s no excuse for consistently low brow behavior.

$10 car wash option was able to get 80-90% of the bird poop off my car, all the dust and dirt off. It's close to home too. Not bad. Lady at the front was nice to me when helping guide the car in. Unsure about whether the brushes scratch or anything. Didn't see marks on car.

Car wash is average and meets expectations, however please be aware that this Shell - Loop does not have free vacuums and tire air. As of 2025 it cost 3$ for 5 mins of vacuum time and out of service most of the time. The shell - loop on Berryessa has free vacuums so I would rather go to that location!
