There was only 1 worker, he didn't speak English and he was new. The service was terrible and there was no manager to tell about it.

i have came to this gas station at 245 am 08/25/22 and they had 2 employee that where eating a lunch together that refuses to serve a lot of customer that generates income for loop i would really understand that if they had only excuse themselves but instead they had gave me a dirty look and treated with disrespect i was asking for their management team's number but they just ignored the request as a person that works for service industry it is affecting the name of the company on how would you guys let this happen more power to the company i really hope that this specified location to be looked at and maybe you guys will generate more revenue due to customer service and maybe take action on why they are getting paid to disrespect your consumers

24 hour station employees inside refused to serve customers at the window. Signage on the door stating return at 3:00 am. No need to have multiple employees and security guard during these hours if they're not working.

Window was smashed while cashier CJ stalled me in the store as he’s talking to a co worker I had told him I don’t want to here you conversation after me being extremely patient and then I come out to see my window smashed in. I believe he has people casing the parking lot. Management is no where to be found and police showed 2 hours later!!

Stay away from this store. Loop on Admiral Callaghan Ln. I went in for gas & only had $100. The clerk who barely spoke English, told me he had no change. Which was a lie, because when he checked his register it looked more than enough. So I asked to speak to the manager, she tells me no change or I would have to wait. Then this man who was standing around the store starts talking crazy to me. Throwing threats at me telling me that’s his mom. It was Horrible customer service experience from the manager & her Son who didn’t work there. Starts bullying customers when they go in for gas.

I gave the store the benefit of the doubt, the reviews aren't lying "24hr" that's a joke as I see a worker strolling around the store. Edit: took them a year to apologize 😂. Keep your money and go to the next gas station.

Literally says 24hours, come at 5:58am rude heavy set older woman mouthing “were closed” and shooing me away. Several ppl line up at the door while the lady is acting like she doesn’t notice them. You are clearly staffed by an able bodied individual, that’s choosing not to do their job.
