If you want to waste money, then this is the place for you! When you drive into a car wash, stains and dirt remain before and after. Vacuum cleaners do NOT work properly.... NO instructions before entering the tunnel, and I stood in line with a lot of foam on the windshield!!!!! which led to an accident... THEY DAMAGED the car!!! Of course, after they damaged my car, they started spraying water after me, the lying manager everything denies about foam. Horrible place!!! Avoiding that place and do not use their services, they damaged my new car!!!

I paid for the $17 dollar wash (the highest option outside of monthly), and was extremely disappointed. First off, the fact I can not choose to not have tire shine is lack luster for the system. Secondly I did not hear any water clean the under body which leads me to believe there is no under body wash which is wild. Also the wash definitely didn't include everything that it said included. Normally at other washes you can see the difference between the packages by seeing what's actually running for the wash while you're there, some items would clearly not turn on if you didn't pay for them, here there is only a set few that clearly would run no matter which wash you bought. And finally the wash definitely didn't actually was the soap away before drying. I had left over soap on my vehicle. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Not worth the money.

Have been a monthly paying customer since 2015. Was very disappointed in the last owner but since this new owner took over the place has completely turned around. The car wash does an outstanding job cleaning the car and the dryer gets almost all the water off the car before leaving. Makes it easy to dry off once outside. Awesome vacuum cleaners lots of suction. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been paying monthly for this car wash for years. The new ownership has allowed the attendants of the automatic car was to put up a “tips appreciated” sign which is… interesting. This now encourages the attendant to take their time with the bug remover in the hopes of a bigger tip which causes the line to get incredibly long for no reason. Please remove the tip sign and get the wash back up to speed, not everyone has 15 min to wait in line for an automatic car wash.

I enrolled in the monthly plan in winter and later called in July to cancel my plan. They said it’s being canceled but I am still being charged for last couple of months which I noticed while reviewing my credit card bill

Long lines due to winter salt. Only 1/3 ticket machines operating. Customer line was about 8-10 cars back. There were no signs warning customers that basic wash was not available which seemed . Paid for the mid grade wash (around $17). Attendant at start of wash did not spray down front or sides of car as most washes offer. Very very little water used during wash. At the finish of the wash the exit light was not working with the dryer. There are far better options for the price and area.

Pathetic. Half way, conveyor stopped. No rinse nothing thereafter. Not a soul to report to onsite. Same issue second time in the same location. I have had enough of this place. Terrible

I had the absolute best experience today at Liquid Sunshine Car Wash in Naperville. From start to finish, the service was exceptional—far beyond what I’ve ever received at any other car wash. The two gentlemen who prepped my car died so with care and attention to detail, making sure everything was just right before it went through the wash. They were friendly, professional, and greeted me warmly. To top it off, they gave me a complimentary microfiber towel and a dashboard wipe, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re looking for top-tier service and a spotless clean, Liquid Sunshine is the place to go!

Great tips AFTER the fact. Nothing on your signs says your wash is only good for rinsing vehicles, not actually washing them. And your staff clearly didn’t say anything before running me through, knowing it wasn’t going to do anything. Offering to send it through again after telling me it’s not going to do anything does what exactly? Useless car wash. Never cleans the back of the car and today it didn’t clean a thing from the windows or side l. I chose their highest level wash. The worker was not kind and no manager was available - go figure. I do not recommend. Total waste of money. Last straw, rain cleans better than their wash.

Not a bad place to get a car wash. They have 4 levels of washes and then 6 add-ons like 'tire shine' and others. I chose the $10 wash and added a tire shine for another $2. $12 wash and my car came our really clean. They also have monthly plans where you can get as many washes as you want.

Been trying to cancel our membership for a month. Called in and confirmed with the guy over the phone that he would stop our membership and discontinue payments. Two days later, we were charged for another month. Called to reverse the transaction and refund us, as the guy on the phone told me numerous times that we were 100% confirmed to be canceled/discontinued service. They said we have to come into the shop and see a manager to do so. Told them it is not my fault they messed it up and ran my card again. Went into the shop to have it reversed. No manager there, said we have to come back AGAIN another time. All of these hoops and obstacles to get a $24 reimbursement. Terrible business model. Would not recommend. No one who works at the shop is educated enough to make a simple reimbursement and stop our card payment. Someone call me, refund us, and confirm that our service is discontinued!!!!

More Harm than good! Went in with a salty car just wanting a quick rinse. Wash was malfunctioning but they keep resetting and feeding people in, we sat in stuck in the middle for several minutes. After the dry, I turned on the wipers to clear the window and found the windows and entire car covered in an OIL FILM. I assume their hydraulics had malfunctioned and sprayed the cars and the equipment with hydraulic oil. I attempted to get a refund but the desk was lined with angry customers who were not getting refunds, only offers of a rewash in 45 mins to a couple hours, once the wash was fixed. I could not see through the windshield or mirrors and went to TWO other automatic washes that could not remove all the oil film from the vehicle. Finally did a hand wash and wipe down with rags that quickly became greasy with the remaining film. Everyone has a bad day, equipment breaks, but there is no excuse for poor customer service.

Went to get a car wash tonight went in as usual. Note I’m always paranoid about following anyone too close when going in (this is important later) so I slowly pull up as normal, get the thumbs up from guy at door, put in neutral as always then wait for the wash. As it’s pulling up to the final stage, boom our car runs into the one in front. Mind you we were not right behind them, there was a good amount of space that I intentionally left and it was in neutral. So we got pulled into the car in front. Even worse the track kept pulling us into them. I started braking and honking my horn. My guess is the guy in front did not pull forward once it signaled but then I also noticed the door actually was down so not sure if he missed it or it never opened for him in first place? Regardless it’s insane that the wash pulled us into the car even if they stopped. Unfortunately for us I pulled out to the vacuum area to inspect for damage and initially it looked like just the plate got bent but later on at home under better light I noticed the front grille is cracked. So takeaway is leave a HUGE amount of space in front and be ready to slam on the horn because no one is apparently paying attention at the controls.
