When a $3 car wash turns into a $500 car wash. They claim no responsibility for damaged cars, and the wash did just that — it damaged my car. I’m all for local businesses and used this wash frequently until recently when I took my car through and noticed my side mirror had been pushed backwards. It popped back into place, no big deal. Then I noticed the piece that goes over the key entrance on the door was missing. Then the scratches. My car is not old and it was not in poor condition before going through the wash. The piece from Mercedes to replace the key cover on the door handle is pricey, and the paint for it is even more expensive. After talking with some other locals, it turns out it was not just my car having issues. I’m unsure if something is out of alignment or what is going on, but I’m really upset my car was damaged. So my review is use with awareness that these things may likely happen to your car, or take it down to the touch less wash down the street.

Edit: the owner did reach out and offered another free wash, which was much better quality. Overall changed from 2 to 4 stars. Poor quality wash. The rinse leaves tons of visible soap and dirt streaks. Go elsewhere until they fix the rinse cycle

It was fast service, v glad the vacuum worked, it really cleaned the inside of my car, and the girl there, was v friendly and attentive. She offered me towels, brought them to me and even gave me a hanging scent deodorizer. Will definitely, come back!!

Went to the one in Naperville. Car was still dirty after getting it washed. No brushes to get the extra salt off the car. The vacuum area is too small and narrow. Scared to back up because you might hit the cars trying to get a wash. Will not be returning. Glendale heights has the best one.

Does an acceptable job unless car is very dirty with salt. Rinsing seems to be hit or miss, about half the time my black car is covered with white dots of soap. I only go there until warm weather so I can wash cars at home.
