Extremely dissapointed! This will be my first review ever.... I payed for the works, but they couldn't even clean up all the dead bugs off my front headlights and bumper. If I'm going to pay $30 for a car wash, I expect you to at least get off all the dead bugs!! Never going back!

4 stars because they did a very decent job. My car was very very dirty. Unfortunately 5 stars was missed because there were 2 little spots of tar on the back bumper. I informed the attendant, and he started to try and clean it when his supervisor stopped him and said I would need to pay for a detail... (I directly went to Autozone and got bug and tar remover and a cloth and it came off very easily) they also forgot to take the writing off the window. It was more of a 3.5 ⭐️ but you can only put 3 or 4... they did a very reasonable job on the interior and windows.

I'm so happy I found this car wash! No more risk of damage going through an automatic wash! They offer a hand wash and it's just like doing it yourself, but quicker! I recommend them and will for sure be coming back!

I come here every other week. Lately the staff has been slipping. The last few times, I've had to ask the staff to wipe my rims down. Black dirt very visible as well as needing the wheel wells done. This time, same thing again. I arrived after you opened, not to busy, staff looked to be rushing. I asked a staff member to wipe down the rims, pointing to 1. She did the 1 and that was it. The other wiped 1 of the wheel wells, that's it. I still tipped out the staff, but left disappointed 😞 later, I noticed that the wax markings on the window was still there. See photos.

I sent my husband to come wash our car here & they literally told him no, that there was a car wash next to qt directly him to go to Rinse & Ride, I’ve never heard of a business turning away customers for no reason. Definitely not recommending them.

I went to Lindstrom Family Auto Wash last Wednesday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was friendly, professional, and attentive. Adam, who took care of my car, went above and beyond to make sure every inch was spotless. The attention to detail here is truly impressive. Not only was the exterior gleaming, but the wheels, mirrors, and even the little crevices were perfectly cleaned. The interior was just as flawless dust-free, streak-free, and fresh. My car looked better than when I first bought it! What I appreciated most was that they didn’t rush the job. Adam took the time to make sure everything was perfect, and it really shows in the results. You can tell this is a family-run place that cares about quality and customer satisfaction. They are a rip off i have a 2 door Jeep and it had over spray dirt from being towed behind an RV and they said it would be 75 dollars stating excessive mud and wanted to charge me the price of a truck. It only has 2 seats in it. I'll never go back and at close to 20 an hour minimum wage you would think the owner would prefer to get all the business he can keeps this up they will wind up going out of business

I took my car in for a detailed wash, exterior wax, and full interior detail. I was told it would take about 45 minutes, and they were right on time. The customer service was friendly and professional. At first glance, the exterior detail looked great. However, on further inspection, there were still visible dust marks from a dust storm earlier in the week — something I would expect to be completely cleaned during a detail and wax. The interior was an even bigger disappointment. They missed obvious spots with dust and lint, my cream-colored seats had mysterious black/grease marks that weren’t there before (especially in the back seat, which no one has sat in since I bought the car a month ago), and worst of all, we found a used bandage inside the car that did not belong to myself or my wife. For $150, I expected a thorough, professional job inside and out. Instead, both the interior and exterior had clear oversights. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I have been going to this place for several years now. Almost every time I have to make sure that they vacuumed my car right, Today I took my vehicle and the front bumper and windshield were still dirty. I actually cleaned the windshield before taking a picture. But I did take a picture of the grill and it was absolutely not cleaned. That's the last time I take my vehicle there. I rather pay twelve bucks to go through the regular old school car wash machine and vacuum it for free myself.

They crashed my Prius into a white Rivian cracking and denting my bumper and the Rivian's taillight. After asking for the car wash's insurance, the owner proceeded to yell and curse at both me and the Rivian's owner. After asking for the license of the individual who crashed the cars, the man could not produce one and ran off. While waiting for the manager another woman came up and the top of her center console had been torn out by the hinge. Do NOT come here is all I can say.

I recently got a car wash at Lindstrom. The next day I was driving home in the rain and when my wipers turned on, both my wiper blades were missing. The car wash operator clearly didn’t turn off the wipers before putting it through the car wash and failed to even tell me I no longer had wiper blades, leaving me in an unsafe position driving home. I called and spoke with the manager and he declined to take ownership of their error as their policy is to turn off the auto wipers yet the operator clearly didn’t. Nor did he apologize. He said it was fine if I took my business elsewhere, which is rude and inappropriate customer service.

I paid $100 for a full service wash and they didn't touch the fold of my wheel well, door jams weren't wiped and they left a glob of grease on my bumper. As a former detailer, it wouldn't be acceptable on a basic wash. I shouldn't have to go home and finish the job.

I got my truck buffed and paint sealant done today and I was very dissatisfied with the result. When I’m paying over $300 for a buff and paint sealant. And the first thing the detailer said is there’s a lot of overspray. And they didn’t clay bar my truck like I was told it would be. And they didn’t clean off the bird shit on the hood. I understand that it wouldn’t be 100% due to it being a 7yr old black truck in Arizona. But I just got straight up finessed
