Lethal Premium Car Care-Ceramic Coatings did an amazing job. I was looking for a reliable, professional and well communicative shop to have my BMW serviced. I had asked for a quote on a Sunday and received an answer back within 20 minutes. They performed a paint correction, full nose PPF and a ceramic coat on the entire car. Had my 2019 Jaguar in for paint correction and the Borophene 2.0 ceramic coat. Customer service was the best I have experienced. The quality of the work performed was top notch.The end product was my car looking better than it ever has. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will be bringing my other vehicles to George and his team! Update….3 weeks later and the Jag is stunning. Totally exceeded my expectations. It’s so good I booked and just had my 2019 Ram Limited done. The ram was done 4 years ago at a competitor. I wish I had found Lethal 4 years ago. Let’s just say the truck never looked as good as it looks now. Lethal’s end product was superior to the competition. Hands down the best service I have ever had. George and team walked me through every step. I walked out knowing so much more now that I ever did about paint correction, and ceramic coatings. Again I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

George and Jay did an excellent job on my vehicle. They are very professional, as well as very detail oriented. I had a complete car detail done. The work they did exceeded my expectations. I had a scratch on the rear bumper that I wasn't sure would come out. They were able to get the scratch out. The vehicle looks better than it did when it was brand new. In addition, George took the time to answer all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. Overall, I'm extremely happy with how my vehicle came out. I will not hesitate to use Lethal Premium Car Care in the future. As an extra bonus, George brought me to and from his place of business so I could get my car done. George did an incredible job on my custom 77 Corvette. I could not believe all the fine scratches that were in the finish that were very visible under his lighting. The scratches were caused by me using the wrong polishing pads on the car. George took the extra time and effort to buff the fine scratches out before applying a coating of Revivfy ceramic paint protection coating. The car looks flawless now. George also schooled me on the proper way and proper products to use to keep the finish looking great for years to come. Thank you to George and his crew for making another very satisfied customer.

I was lucky to work with George and his team at Lethal Premium Care Care after a horrible experience with a shop closer to my home in Massachusetts. That shop is a popular, big-name place with good reviews, and I trusted them with my brand-new 2026 BMW X5 for paint correction and ceramic coating. From the moment I pulled in, there were red flags. The shop was essentially a storage garage—absolutely filthy. Tools, equipment, and trash were scattered across the floor. There were no clean pads or cloths in sight, no professional lighting—nothing that inspired confidence. I wasn’t given any paperwork or asked to sign anything before leaving my car, and I was told it would be ready the next afternoon, which felt rushed for a ceramic coating. When I returned to pick up my car, it was covered in dust. There was compound on the black trim and taillights, staining on my matte black grille, and residue left on the paint. When I returned for this to be addressed, they used dirty rags and pads to try to remove the compound, and caused multiple deep scratches in my taillights. The grille stain was unsuccessfully addressed with rubbing alcohol. I also confirmed that my car hadn’t been washed after paint correction because “it didn’t need it” since the compound was supposedly dustless. Most alarmingly, I was told multiple times to lower my standards because this was my daily driver and I would “drive myself crazy.” I left angry, stressed, and genuinely worried about my brand-new car. I called Lethal shortly after—practically in tears—and George and his team stayed late while I made the one-hour drive up to New Hampshire so we could look at the car and make a plan. From the moment I walked into their shop, I knew I was in good hands. George and his team carefully inspected my car, talked through what could be done, educated me on the process, and set clear expectations. There was zero judgment—just honesty and respect. I felt taken care of and confident moving forward. That confidence led me to add PPF to my gloss black panels, trim, and lights, and to have the wheels removed so the calipers and wheel interiors could be ceramic coated as well. Over the next week, the team removed the poorly done ceramic coating, successfully corrected the scratches in my taillights, and flawlessly applied a new ceramic coating. The PPF looks incredible, and the paint feels slick and glass-smooth. I received daily photo and text updates and always knew my car was safe, secure, and being treated with care. It’s hard to find honest, genuinely good people in the service industry—especially in automotive detailing. George and his team are exactly that. They don’t take shortcuts, and they treat your car like it’s their own. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality work and a stress-free experience. Most importantly, trust your gut. Your car is your investment—no one else’s.
