I am not mechanical at all. I came in with a used car I bought and talked to Jason. I knew I needed new tires and thought possibly new brakes and was prepared to spend the money on both. Jason said I had plenty of brakes left and that I didn’t need. He did suggest an alignment which I did. The honesty and integrity that Jason showed me was amazing. Definitely this shop has earned a lifetime customer

I have previously had some les than pleasant experiences getting tires on my car, as I have nice aftermarket wheels and a nice car, and didn't feel as though my vehicle was respected. On my most recent visit to Les Schwab on Auto Center way, I was helped by Lance. Lance is the service technician of the year in my book. He listened to some of the negative experiences i have had in the past and assured me that is not how things are done and invited me to watch and explain the process along the way. He treated, not only me, but my vehicle with respect and took pride in his work. Lance was the type of service provider you hope to get and the quality and care he took was so far above the mark I cannot fully express my appreciation and gratitude. This gentleman absolutely deserves to be in a management role so he may train others to the same standard he showed. Absolutely dumbfounded with the service I received, I will specifically go back to that location and request him personally for all of my future needs at Les Schwab.

Assistant Manager Matt Wiggins and his team have the best customer service I've ever seen. My wife's brake lines got cut from rubbing on the tires and he sent out a service truck to make sure my family was okay and to see if they could figure out what was wrong. They not only got to her in 30 minutes but helped find the problem in a parking lot. We ended up getting the suv towed back to the shop and both brake lines were replaced. I would 100% recommend the auto center way Les Schwab. Thanks guys! Way to go above and beyond!

Horrible. I paid for a relearn tool reset for my tire sensors and suddenly I have a tire leak in a completely different tire from the one I was having issues with. Cant prove sabotage but it was some awfully convenient timing.

Worst shop I've ever dealt with, I'm still trying to clean up the mess they caused. I went in early on a Saturday for a brake pad change *appointment* and was there waiting for 8 hours. It was ways 1 hour more until it was done. Somehow they broke the rotors on the opposite axle to where the work was being done, so they replaced them for free. Little did I know that they were setting us up for damaged and warped rotors since they left the old pads on. Now just 10,000 miles later the new rotors have to be replaced. The kicker? While the technicians were doing the brake job today, they found the caliper bolts reverse threaded, so that's got to be fixed to. All told that shop is still costing me hours of time and hundreds of dollars.

Great customer service is so hard to find these days, but not at Les Schwab. Every single time I've been here, I have experienced nothing but top quality customer service. The employees are nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Me and my family are lifelong customers.

I would not recommend this place whatsoever. They’ll give you wrong quotes. And say you need a new tire sensors when you can just go back to old-fashioned way of checking tire pressure with a tire gauge to say that somebody’s tires sensors our malfunctioning and you need immediate attention you don’t that’s a luxury other tire places did not quote me nearly that high literally 160 bucks max or didn’t even quote them at all because there’s no need If you want to go somewhere, go to big o tires They will help you out there at this point, the owner doesn’t care and likes to take money from people they will drive your vehicle around the parking lot in reverse And think it’s normal my tires are pretty new. I was in there just for a tire rotation simple simple and they tried to quote me 10 times over for something that shouldn’t have even been quoted to the customer. UPDATE TO WHAT OWNER SAYS IS WRONG HWY SAFTY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT TIRE senders 1939 all way up to now there are al lot of vehicles that don’t have that and old cars it’s called getting down on your knees and checking it yourself self with a tire gauge And whoever ever taught you and management to say I’m sorry you feel that way a lot of people do and doubling down and saying the customer is wrong here when they’re not, and sometimes the customer is wrong, but not in this case it is nowhere comparison to airbags and whatsoever then they would be putting it on older vehicles that is a blatant lie it is also a blatant light. It is not required to be on your vehicle. The safety highway administration does not require that. That is a blatant lie. Complete lie the safety highway does not require that because there’s a lot of vehicles from now and from old that do not have centers from the factory it’s called getting down on your knees and checking the air pressure yourself as a blatant lie and I caught you in the act😂 it has nothing to do with safety even if you had the sensors working right you would get a flat tire anyways and if people had a vehicle without that system, you would get a flat tire anyways it’s a dummy system It is not required. You guys were simply trying to upsell me and you haven’t owned up to it and it’s bad service.

My first time coming to this location and my last time coming to this location, I came here for a simple tire rotation And got my tire rotation, but the guy tried to upsell me $465-$246 for tire sensors. Let’s get real here people and a $25 relearn when it’s simple scan tool that you hold in your hand that you have readily available at your shop and you just press the scan and relearn right away. There’s no need to charge somebody $25 for a relearn when that’s part of the sensor. I’ve never seen this before I’ve never been charged that before I can get $100 sensors at the dealership and have big o tires put them in for 30 bucks. And they would do it for way cheaper lots of little hidden up charge Fees less Schwab is charging Thank you for the free tire rotation, but I don’t appreciate when people are rolling tries to put in the back of a truck right next to my vehicle And driving my vehicle around the parking lot in reverse and not treating my vehicle correctly. They probably don’t want to treat people’s vehicles properly because they want them to break so that you’ll go and buy more stuff for them You should’ve just gave me the free tire rotation and got out of there. I would’ve been happy thank you for the tire rotation, and would’ve recommended you guys but now I won’t but the up charge really Les Schwab we used to go to you guys lots of times it won’t be coming back ever again who charges that much for tire sensors when I can get them for cheap cheaper Why would you bring it up to the customer when tire sensor is a luxury when older Toyota Camry’s and Camry’s today other cars today you could literally just Have a tire gauge and check your tires yourself like the olden days wouldn’t you have the common sense to know that the customer knows that no they don’t because they wanted Overcharge me and take the customers money, which makes me have an upset stomach. When people do that kind of stuff. Here’s a photo. This is ridiculous. It’s not A quote It’s a rip off from what other places would charge I have more to add today. I got an email. They reported the Carfax the wrong mileage 🤦🏻♂️ The lady told me it was free. I guess it is free but why does it say $30 and they not charge me this time this tire place doesn’t know what they’re doing if somebody could fix the car fax report it would be nice the car has 170,080 miles not 17,000 no, Carfax is gonna say not accurate mileage. You guys need to do this seriously hopefully, when I go sell, the vehicle of people aren’t gonna question the mileage because you guys messed it up this is serious. UDATE to what owner has said to me on this review saying sorry u feel that way lots of people would feel this way and you’re wrong I would not be quoted that amount anywhere else would have charged way less to try to double down and say to costumer is wrong when there not is just bad makes less sawb look bad and saying u don’t report to car fax is against law and putting wrong mileage shows to customer you probably don’t know how to work on cars or lacked something on vehicle Les swab saying they don’t do car fax’s makes them look really bad and to not say anything about them putting wrong mileage down when it is known that I have gotten this response I’m pretty sure corporate would wonder why this less swab is bad to there customers and driving there customers cars around parking lot in reverse for long periods of time shows they don’t care about people cars and not bring that up in your owner response shows they don’t care about their customers and it shows in reviews to lot people saying bad service at this location I showed this to someone I know that works at less swab in Utah and they said there reporting this to corporate that is not how less swab should not be handing people this way an owner acting like this probably can’t afford staying in business I will be putting up less quotes from places showing this place was trying to rip me off tire seners not malfunctioning 😂🤦🏻♂️🧐money grab anyone knows u can check pressure the old way like people doing it for years

Never go here. Plain and simple. They'll scam you out of thousands for the smallest fixes that any other mechanic could've fixed for less, and would have done a better job too. The only reason I went here was because this was the closest shop I was able to get to safely. I would've gone to Firestone had I been closer. All I asked for was to get a flat tire fixed. Simplest thing I could have asked for. But one of the staff, Marty, told me they had to replace all tires even though only one tire had a hole that could've been repaired. And Marty's reasoning was because my vehicle was an AWD. Not a terrible reason to get them all replaced, except I've gone to other mechanics in the area that would tell me there's no reason to replace the other tires because they're fine and would just need to patch up the one tire. But Marty told me that the only way to get my tire fixed was to replace all of them. No chance to decline and basically coerced me into paying for all of them. They also somehow managed to mess with the sensors for my doors so now my vehicle always thinks a door is open. "Fool me once, shame on you" should be the slogan for this specific location, because they WILL fool you into wasting thousands on the simplest fixes. My only advice if you have to go here is to never do whatever Marty suggests you do. You will end up paying more if you listen to his "advice".

If you have an older truck, it’s got too many issues. They won’t sit there and help you out and do one part at a time. I have gone here four different times and Jason the store manager has turned me down because of an other issue that has nothing to do with my alignmentthis time he turned me down because of my rear brakes. This store is trash. Lew has gone to hell and I do not recommend doing business with this Jason fella who is the manager of this store as I left I had worse break problems than when I got there. And the photo is what I found not one block away from my their lot.

Thank you once again Les Schwab! Your service is over and beyond everyone else's! I had picked up a nail. You patched it up with no charge. Yes, I had to wait because I didn't have an appointment. I was so thankful that you let me come in with my dog to wait. There was a few of us customers waiting. We ALL have had very positive experiences with Les Schwab and will continue to be loyal customers! Thank you again!

I came here for some tires after waiting a week to find someone to service my vehicle. My appointment was supposed to be later in the day, I called again and this center was able to help me move up my appointment after expressing the urgency of my situation. I came in for my appointment and was helped immediately. Wonderful customer service. Thank you Jason D!! Will be a returning customer.

I view Les Schwab as the most customer service oriented place to get brakes, tires and batteries work. All their shops have mechanics who get to you as soon as they can. Their kindness is always on point. Great company!

Have been coming to this location for years and am.always happy. They are super quick to help, greet you with a friendly smile, and get you back on the road relatively quickly even as a walk in. They've repaired many flats, replaced all of my tires when needed (saving my literal hundreds over the dealer quotes price) and saved me from unnecessarily replacing perfectly good brakes that my dealership errantly tried to tell me were bad. Today they switched out a blown battery for me in under an hour as a walk in at lunchtime. All at great prices and efficient service items. Highly recommend this location! Definitely a customer for life.
