This was a very clean place , vacuums worked amazing , and splurged for the best car wash package and the attendant removed the antenna so it wouldn't get damaged by the brushes. Then put it back on once we were done . Will definitely be going back from now on .

4/14/21 I still frequent this car wash, mainly Spring and Summer months; the staff has always been friendly and still is, and the grounds always clean. I will say during these months, for obvious reasons, this car wash can become busy super fast. I am sure location has a lot to do with it. When I drove a small car, I would wash it myself many moons ago (at least it feels that long), but driving an SUV and being on the shorter side, it's much more challenging to do. I think, aside from the whole "cuteness" of the bear and the overall vivid colors, one significant reason I like using them is that they are environmentally friendly. If I have to add a second reason, I would say because of their "Charity program." So, for all the non-profit organizations wanting to do a car wash, I urge you to seek them out and check out their Charity car wash program! I have to say, giving this as a gift to someone really is an excellent idea, you don't have to purchase a membership for them, you can if you want, but you have choices, purchase ten tickets, purchase five tickets or just one ticket, the option is up to you =D "Happy Spring to everyone, and please be kind to yourself and all living things; we all matter!!" -------------------------------------- For obvious reasons, my car is nice and clean, also, they have reasonable prices and the staff are friendly and courteous. The grounds of the car wash always looks clean, easy location and for those who don't know where this car wash is located, they are adjacent to the Safeway on McWilliams in East Bremerton off the 303.

Great car wash. They always do a fantastic job. Today when I was going through the wash I reached for my phone and accidently hit the wipers. Yep, both blades popped right off. Jay, the Attendant was working near the vacuum cleaners when I pulled around. I told him and he responded so positively. "I'll get them for you". What a nice guy. Two minutes later he brought them to me.

Great car wash spot to go to. And bonus the last time we went there our car had gotten dirty the same day due to weather so we brought the car back and they gave us another car wash for free. And they have an unlimited monthly car wash for $24.99. Great price.

I love my local Brown Bear. I even bought the monthly pass for my company car. The manager is great and her team is awesome. The car wash does a fine job and they are always ensuring it is working great. Update! Still a great crew. The team has turned over a little, but discovered, mostly to other, closer to home locations. Thank you Brown Bear for your great customer service!

This is my go to car wash on a monthly basis. They hace friendly staff, easy to understand instructions, you pay for your level of car wash at an automated machine. An employee guides your tires into the actual car wash. The whole process is about 5 minutes or less. The blowers do a good job of drying off your car at the end. They have Industrial vacuums you can pay to use to clean out the interior of your car. They work well and the amount of time is adequate. Only downsides I have experienced are the high prices. They have multiple levels of pricing to help with rhat, but the best option is up to about $18. That is acceptable based on going rates. It's always busy buy typically never more than a one car wait. So that equates to less than a few minute wait, ever. Usually you get in right away.

Very reasonably priced. Excellent quality car wash. Employees are always friendly even though they don't need to be near. Always a friendly smile and "hello". I love that they have moist towels to wipe down the inside of my car.

The car wash itself was okay but I wasn't expecting to have to pay another couple of dollars to use the vacuum. There were no towels or cleaners so had to come home to do that. Won't spend that much again for a drive through wash.

It got the car clean quickly for a reasonable price. Our vehicle had a lot of grime on it after not being washed for nearly a year. We did the “Beary Best” wash with Rain-X and were generally happy with the results. It did miss a few areas in the crevices on the back of our hatchback and in the crevices of the wheels, but it still beats washing the car by hand!

Whatever customer service training program they have here works. The employees are always professional and polite. The other day I was about to go through the car wash and an employee stopped me. A small panel on my bumper had popped open and she pointed it out and offered to close it for me. It would probably have been fine going through but she was both paying attention and cared enough to let me know. Keep up the good work.

They tore off part of my bumper, oem, undamaged bumper, they refused to make it right. Didn’t even offer a refund. I wouldn’t trust your car to these people.

I parked by some flowers and got flowers all over my car. For a 9$ car wash it was half the length of the 5$ car wash in Bremerton or the other brown bear in Silverdale and my car still had flowers all over. The person in front of me had some large black piece ripped off their car. My car had my windshield wiper ripped off whish is crazy as I go through a car was weekly. This was my first time here Ridiculous.... At least the worker there was apologetic.

Terrible customer service from the person running this location didn’t even clean my car fully let did tons of damage to my car. When they followed up with my incident report told me they can’t do anything because “in theory the wash wouldn’t target one spot of the car” while leaving spots of gunk all over and swirls and scratches all over some scratches are deep into the clear coat. When you pay almost 20$ this isn’t what you expect

I prefer touchless car washes. Thing gave my truck a good beating. One side didn't seem to get as clean as the other. Free self service vacuums after the wash.

Always does a great job cleaning my car. I don't like the new pricing though. I like that towels are provided if you want to wipe your car down. Friendly staff
