Lady Fair laundry group place to go get your laundry done they even have you can put your laundry in by the pounds cost so much they can do it for you or you can do all of it yourself it all comes in one so it's kind of nice real life friends are she haven't seen in a long time they just pop in and start talkin it's really nice place to be they got plenty of washers dryers best time to go is either really in the morning or late in the evening

The place is very clean and the dryers work great which I havent found in most other laundrymats. A woman lost her changevin a washer and within minutes the owner was there and fixed it all up and was very patient and friendly. Some of the customers there are a bit shady and I dont advise leaving your clothes alone. But it is a laundrymat afterall andvthatbfairly commonplace from my experience. It is definitely on my top 3 laundrymats and in my 55 yrs Ive seen alot of them. Even tho I dont drive & its an extra 3 miles walking to get there its the one I choose to go to.

No signs on an unworking machine. I guess they figured we are psychic. Lost money there. Tried to buy a pop. Lost money there, same with the vending machine. Get your machines fixed OR take them out! The unworking machine is there for storage verbatim. Well I guess that means if you can't figure out if it's working you will put money in in it and all that money is not returned. NEVER AGAIN, THIEVES

I've been going to this place since I moved here and its always clean. They run off loiterers so no worrying about being bothered or pan handling, ect. I don't know what they pay the young lady who's always there but she deserves more! She's attentive, always cleaning and very nice! Would definitely reccomend going here.

I like this laundry mat! The ladies who work there are always so nice and always cleaning. I like clean laundry mats and the machines use hot water. If you have children there is a playground across the street and a car wash. I do caution that there's alot of strange and deranged people around the area. Keep an eye on your children. Other than that i love using this laundry mat.

The two stars is not for the laundry mat which is great and the employee so very nice, but it's for the customers that use this laundry mat. Always high/homeless and people are MEAN. Men will run in front of you and claim all the big washers before they even have their laundry inside. You can't claim something this isn't 4th grade. People in Pueblo need to have respect and consideration for other people. No problems like this on the 4th Street lady fair. If you want to be shoved out of the way so others can get to the washers before you this is the spot for you.

I'm here doing laundry as we speak. The nice Lady working is doing an exceptional job at keeping this place clean and sanitary. She hasnt stopped cleaning since I've been here. Their dryers are not cleaned on a regular basis however the lint traps are locked so you can't clean them either. Your best bet would be to go somewhere else that either doesn't lockdown the lint trap or cleans it regularly. This place is a waste of money.

This is the only laundry place i go to on cypress because of the worker her name is April she keeps the store clean stays busy respectful and stays on her job if she don't have a raise she deserves one !!!! She is always doing everything she's supposed and plus beyond what she is supposed to be doing she rocks I highly recommend going to this laundry Matt on cypress and northern when she is working !!!

Oh my gosh. This laundromat has honestly been the best experience I have had. The ladies are nice and always asking about my little one when she doesn't come with me. Kept clean. I've only been coming here for a few months after an experience at the Prairie location and was recommended here by the owners. Other customers are nice. Mostly regulars which is also nice and feels safe. Might be safe to say its on 4th and Erie because I know a lot of customers think its the location farther down by Elizabeth. I will be coming here as long as I don't have my own washer and dryer.

I have been going to the Erie location for 8 years. They've made a few changes over the years, like it used to open at 6am, but changed it to 8am. Not too bad. But, today, I rolled up to find a sign on the door stating they will be closed Monday-Thursday. I'm at the Hwy 50 location. I'm paying $1.25 more for the exact same SELF service, plus extra gas in my car. This company needs to hire security guards to enforce their rules and keep their workers and customers safe. You make enough off of us to do so.

Machines dont operate correctly and management doesn't do anything to help. The Asian gentleman i spoke to, that knew little to no english, was very rude. Upon our first complaint of no water in machine. He told us "it no work on hot" to which we replied that our load is already five minutes in, he just acted like he didn't quite understand, we held our tongue, waited for the machine to finish then when it did our blankets came out still soiled. So once again i went to the office for help. I told him i was unsatisfied and id like a free wash to redo them, after all these were $4.75 machine. He said they were stains then shut and locked the (glass) office door. Totally furious about the experience. Two middle fingers way up!

The lady who works here has a terrible attitude and told me to calm down when I asked her to give me three quarters because her machine took them but didn’t actually count the quarters. I went to the boss and he claimed he didn’t own it and told me to wait for my change but then him and im assuming his son just left the building without any apologies or anything. Do not come here unless you want to get scammed. Lmao crazy people 😂
