Got here at 6:15 to do my laundry.... the carts are locked up. You don't get access to the carts, yet have to pay full price. I don't use normal laundry baskets. This was such a headache. My clothes got dirty from transferring throughput the facility. The owner said tough luck. Go else where customer service and product is lacking.

This laundromat has nice, newer machines (about 90% of them). It is very clean and each machine offers the option to pay via credit/debit card (by swipe or tap). You can also still use quarters if necessary. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. This place has had a decent upgrade since I’ve seen it last.

I mistakenly put $5.50 into the wrong machine, and I cannot get it back unless it was seen by the person when I was doing it. Otherwise, I have to wait several days for a manager who may not give it to me Even then, this laundry sucks.

I have to come in I got stuck here in Pueblo. I walk in there's no attendance I finally find her and she's with a guest chatting. Which is all fine and dandy. I needed to get change for a $20 bill she saw me standing there never acknowledged me never came over still chatting with that same person. I ended up getting $20 worth of quarters from the change machine. Next time I will stick to the hotel laundry that's not saying a lot

My new dryer was delivered with a broken latch. We had to wait a few weeks for the replacement to come. So we needed to dry clothes at a laundromat. Google search showed this location as the closest one. This location is a clean and convenient laundromat. Not to busy on a Sunday morning. Plenty of machines were available during the two times that we came in.

This is the best laundromat in Pueblo, hands down. The new management has done an amazing job turning this place around it’s clean, safe, and well-maintained. They always keep the change machines stocked, and the security cameras provide extra peace of mind. Plus, almost all of the machines work properly, making laundry day smooth and hassle-free. That being said, my experience today (March 16th in the afternoon shift) was soured by the rude behavior of the employee on shift. She unnecessarily called my girlfriend “stupid” in Spanish and walked past me while I was trying to find another washer for a small load, sarcastically stating, “It doesn’t fit,” in an unprofessional tone. Instead of being helpful, she made the experience frustrating. Even though we were cutting our washing and drying times close, we were still on time. This laundromat has everything going for it, but staff interactions matter. I hope management addresses this so that customer service matches the high standards they’ve set everywhere else.

This place was clean but the machines can be a problem trying to get quarters in them and the bigger ones don't spin enough so your clothes are wetter than if you use the smaller ones. I gave it a lower rating because there were meth pipes laying around and some very shady people everywhere. In fact when I arrived a homeless lady was being beat up by a drugged up guy💔 Stay kind everyone✌️

The place is great, the machines are great, it's clean, but the Hispanic lady working here is just downright rude. I have come in 3x new to the area and she's just condescending and rude for no reason. Guess I'll have to drive to a different location or go elsewhere just so I don't have to deal with her anymore.

This place used to be spotless and there was always someone around. Now that Lady Fair owns it, it’s filthy inside and I haven’t seen anyone working in the last couple months. There used to be a phone number on the door that you could call if there were any problems but they removed that too.
