I learned by watching the truck next to me, that if they can't see your license plate you can't pay at the pump. So park with your plates facing the building. In WI you're supposed to have both license plates on your vehicle anyway...

Awesome place to do a multipurpose stop. Fuel up, het cigarettes, snack and drink. Forget milk, eggs or bread? Do not worry they also have many household staples as well!

Breakfast burrito I purchased this morning was ice cold in the middle. Was already down the road didn't feel like turning around and going back and complaining. Also, shows up as tobacco outlet on your credit card statement which is a bit misleading.

Stopped in after the September 24th Packers game. This location was not up to par with other KTs. Lighting was poor, coffee area unkempt, cashier area countertops sticky.

I've been going into this Kwik Trip (it's one of 3) for the past 4-5 months since I've moved here to greeG Bay. Bc my ID said void on it they refused to sell my cigarettes. I told them too it's a lulitt ridiculous how many times I've come into this store and bought cigarettes. It was some new girl on some power Trip. I told them they lost a customer bc I'll never come back to this store again. Poorly mistreated. Told them I don't want their gas and to give me my $20 back before I go not pump my gas. Just rude. Well I can be rude ppl too

ATM did not dispense all of my money. When asked about it they said it's a 3rd party operation that they have nothing to do with the ATMs.

We stopped to get a cup of coffee as my husband and i were outside for hours fixing our vehicle. Granted yes it was 1130 but that shouldn't matter. The cleek was rude. Never have i stopped at a kwik trip with no coffee and such a rude employee

Had my car washed last evening using the most expensive touchless option. Put it in the garage when I got home and noticed it wasn't clean and was streaky on all the sides. Went back this morning and asked if it was malfunctioning last night. They said no and nothing they could do now. I Should have come back right away. Don't get your car washed there without looking at it before you leave. Not very good customer service.

Kwik trip is always one of my favorite places to visit. Their Rib Sandwiches are delicious. They have multiple 24 hr locations all withing a short driving distance.

So this older lady at this kwik trip has the audacity to look my (28year old) boyfriend in his face as he was attempting to purchase coors light, and tell him the ID doesn’t look like him. Sunday October 2nd at noon. Now, he has lived in Green Bay his whole life and never been more embarrassed than coming into the kwik trip on Ridge. Stick to Lombardi, customer service on ridge is horrible, rude, and simply disrespectful!!!!

Go past any Kwik trip and it's always busy. There is a reason for that. To call it a gas station is an under statement. I can't remember last time I went inside of a gas station but just today was inside of Kwik trip.

This Kwik trip is my neighborhood one, so I often wind up visiting at late o' clock for random things I need that night or next morning. No matter how late I'm there the employees are genuinely nice and helpful. They go above and beyond what Kwik trip's standards seem to be for customer service (an already high standard for the industry). I highly recommend.

Always friendly service. The store is always clean & well organized. Would have gotten 5☆ if the cheese stuffed spuds hadn't tasted like they had sat there for abt 4 hours. The time posted on the package did not seem accurate, almost as if one of their employees put spuds in a new box & put them back out for sale. Have only ever had this happen one or 2 times in my life, though. They are usually really good & fresh...

This has been my home store pretty much since it was put up because it's the closest to home for me but lately the service has been really poor and it's making me think it'll be worth driving to another one for better customer service. Today I went into the store looking for mashed potatoes and gravy and there were only single serving containers in the hotspot so there was an older lady passing out boneless chicken wings and she asked someone to make me a larger container of mashed potatoes and gravy. The person who was tasked to make the potatoes and gravy was named Nathaniel as I heard them refer to him several times. After waiting for the container to be brought out, he brought two containers and I explained that I had only asked for one. He got quite an attitude at that point and then acted annoyed that I asked for a bag to put my hot container in, and then when I proceeded to try to talk with him and thank him for making them he tossed the bag onto the counter and walked away with nothing said. I don't appreciate that kind of attitude from someone who is supposed to be friendly and welcoming to a customer. aside from that several of the workers behind the desk or snapping back and forth at one another about things that weren't working and who was to blame for what again, not something any of us as customers need to be privy to. I have two very close friends who both work for quick trip and are wonderful, kind women who go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating to customers in their stores. The attitude and approach of your employees makes or breaks an experience in your store no matter how good anything else might be.

Kwik Trips great but this has gotta be one for the worst locations in green bay. Hot spot items are hours old most of the time. Overcooked chicken almost always sitting waiting to be expired because no one's buying it burnt. (Pretty sure it's done on purpose to slow hot spot turn over most likely a lazy employee) cashiers would rather turn away customers then make sales. the amount of whining received when buying a propain tank was insane. (Lying about stock on the phone only to show up 5 mins later at its there.) Ethan interprets sale items with limits as a limit per family even tho I know it's per person per transaction. Dude guards the ground beef like your taking it from is personal fridge. "I can't let you do that it's a limit of 2". I said "ya and you have 3 people here with 3 separate transactions" "oh no it's per family so still no" he says making bs up on the fly. I avoid coming here if I can. It's not hard to run a gas station but management at this location struggles to figure out how to have positive customer interactions about 50% of the time. Keep your eyes open and you will see mice running around. Been this way for years so there no excuse. Edit* Asst Manger Mary called to "see how she could resolve my complaint" told her I didn't want anything other then the gas station around the corner to be better. She became upset with me when I had other complaints and told her ways the location could be better improved. Now I clearly see why this location has had mice for over a year. Soon as you tell them what's wrong they get hurt feelings ( "I wasn't prepared to write all that down..." what do you mean your a manager and someone's telling you ya got mice...) insane... won't be eatting here ever again... she didnt even understand the term"customer advocate"

Not my favorite location but I live like a 5 minute drive with no slow traffic. I’m waiting for the new W Mason location to open as I live very close. Every time I buy food from this location the chicken just tastes so dry. Also can be a pain trying leave this location due to traffic from the main road.
