Well this is my second review cuz they took down my other one in a matter of minutes .....poooooor customer service and we went to get cigarettes and because there was 2 of us in line they said they needed both of our ID's im 31 and my woman is 25 store policies thay said well the other one down the road did not have a problem .....lets see how long this post stays up

Nice gas station with large selection of food and drink. Always clean bathrooms and friendly sevice. Plus, one if the low prices on bread, eggs, milk, and bananas!

I go in this store 2 to 3 times a week about 3:30 in the afternoon, I usually get 2 cups of coffee, guaranteed I am either gonna wait for it to be made or I won't get any. When you have several pots and no coffee in any of them. Needless to say I am done going there for my coffee and I guess they loose a gas sale too cause sometimes I get gas, snacks too.

Big place, usually busy. Comfort food and baked sweets are usually really good with a lot of different options, including cut fruits. Employees are nice and bathrooms usually clean.

I asked if the chicken carbonara had pork on it and was told no. Come to find out it has bacon bits on it. I called and said something and the lady I talked to told me it’s on the label and she has to go. This lady acted very rude which surprised me. It is what it is but damn. I just could hardly believe it. I’ve had nothing but welcoming experiences with kwik stars.

This kwik star on fletcher is unfortunately consistently awful. Alwayssssss give me wrong cigs, yes I should check them but y’all should really know. Lines are always long in the early morning when I have no time to wait. Today I have made the choice to nix this Kwik star off my route even tho it’s the most convenient location and only adds one minute to my route but everything else makes it up to 7 or 8 minutes longer -everything else is super inconvenient and disappointing.

This is my favorite Kwik Star in Waterloo. They may not be the biggest, but the associates are always friendly when I'm there. There is always hot food, even and 2 am. Definitely recommend. 👍

The Fletcher store is an awesome clean and employee-friendly location. It's amazing there is another Kwik Star what 6/8 blocks away and it's like walking into, well let's say a store in the ghetto. it really speaks for the store director and their employees. Great job Fletcher Kwik Star staff.

Typical Kwik Star. Newer style and bigger than average. More parking room than typical. Recently remodeled car wash is good. Only problem is the location...it's not the best of areas. Be aware of your surroundings.

The hot rack never seems to have anything on it. Long lines and poor customer service. The car wash will destroy registration stickers do not reccomend

Poor customer service. We are standing in line waiting and a female clerk put the closed sign up when we are in line and this guy comes in and she takes the sign down to check him out but not us? Hmmmmmm……. I hate to say what it is but let’s just say my boyfriend is not white. Sounds like someone maybe uhhhhh racist. And had the nerve to smile at us. Needless to say we put the pop down we were gonna buy and didn’t fill up the gas like we intended on. Going somewhere else where the staff isn’t judgmental.
