Great crew working! Free vaccum. Wish the air dry lasted long enough to dry my windows. Always impressed with the $149 interior detail! Wish they had those little square car scents, like they did when they 1st opened. 4 stars IF they were open on Saturdays.

First time using this car wash and it was horrible! As you can see in the photos my car came out dirty. I tried to use the rags to wipe it clean but rags were completely dry. After I gave up on that I attempted to vacuum my car. Tried 3 vacuums, none worked. Went inside to ask someone if there was a special trick to the vacuums but no one was in sight. At this point I just decided to leave and go to my normal car wash and get it done right. Big waste of my money.

Great wash place, my only problem with them is that they are closed on Saturday. I admire their convictions, but the hours don't meet my needs. There are other carwashes nearby that I can go to.

Eric did an absolutely phenomenal job with my car detail! To say my car was horribly dirty was an understatement. And not only that but when I brought it in it was covered in dog fur. Eric spent all day and managed to get every list bit of fur off my seats and my car looked brand new!!!! I was so happy with the job he did!!!! 100/10 would recommend. My car was not a task for the faint-hearted but Eric completed it with a smile when I came to pick it up! Thank you Krystal Klean Auto! I will definitely be coming back in the future. 😃

Car wash is ok. Does not dry your car very well. Needs to be dried by hand when you are done. They do supply towels, but it would be much better if they got better blow dryers. Employees are super nice!

Hands down, the best car wash in STV. I drive 20 minutes any time I’m in need of a full service wash and have had both mine and my daughter’s cars detailed here. Eric provides the best customer service also, so friendly and personable. Highly recommend.

Very confusing when first pulling in. Staff were less than friendly. Took my new car to get a quick wash. After moving to the vacuum area I found new scratches on my vehicle. Definitely will think before I go back here again.

I have long supported this local car wash. The issue is lately that they never seem to be open in the morning. Sometimes with the rolling doors closed and sometimes with cones out. This has been the case five times in the last two weeks between 8-9. They have a quality locally owned business that seems to be slipping. I really don’t want to go to one of the new mega car washes. But I also hate having a dirty car.

Great and fast! The staff is always friendly here. The automatic car wash does a great job cleaning my truck. I also had them apply a ceramic coat to the vehicle. Wow, does it look great! I get my truck washed here roughly once a month.

Very happy with them. They really do a great job taking care of you. I just started the unlimited subscription today. I used to go to the other car wash chain and I was unsatisfied with the wash and some vacuums didn’t work. Keep up the great work guys.

This is in regards to their “water/ice” machine that they own and maintain (or lack thereof). Past several visits, their water machine is outputting near 200ppm in total dissolved solids, this is not much less than the tap water they are feeding from. Stickers say to see a The attendant at the car wash, yet when I go there, there was not a single soul to be found and help. Their AZ Department of Agriculture license is also expired from what I can tell. I filled (4) 5 gallon jugs, received essentially tap water, so I would like my $10.00 refunded to me. Next step is to file a complaint with AZ Department of Agriculture.

Without a doubt the best car wash in the area. Eric, the Manager makes sure of every detail and if you hire him to detail your vehicle it will come out looking new. The service at this wash is by far superior to any car wash I have been to. I drive an extra 5 miles and pass up three other car washes. It's well worth the extra miles.

FYI use exact change. Will not dispense change if you pay over $2.50. The Carwash is operating this machine. In reply to the coin despenser change button it does not work and change doesn't drop down.

This place provided great service options, I love that they are also full service which I did not know! The wash tunnel is a little slow, but I feel that it makes the car get cleaned better. I went inside to check out this place a little more, but unfortunately no one was at the counter.

I had a wonderful expirence at this detail/car wash and the reason this expirence was amazing was because of one specific individual by the name of Tyler jones as soon as I arrived I was greeted by Tyler he explained all the detail options then he proceeded to collect my payment for a basic wash then provided me with a free on the run and wheel cleaning abouslouty free of charge never been here before but I will be definitely returning for a full detail Monday definitely recommend this bussiness just for the customer service expirence from this amazing staff.

Usually small lines, front/back pre wash by attendant and a good wash and shine. The larger car washes do not do a better job and staff is readily available.

It's more than just clean, it's a great experience! Not all car washes were created equal. This is only car wash in the Queen Creek, San Tan Valley area that has the best equipment and the most knowledgeable staff of car washes in our area!! Highly recommended! From your quick wash needs to your extreme detailing needs, Krytal Klean is extremely thorough, friendly, and reasonably priced. I went to get a car wash and they sent me though again (free of charge) because they didn’t get all the bugs off the front the first time. I booked a full detailed appointment that included exterior detailing and interior detailing with shampoo on the carpets and seats. They did not disappoint. The guy who does the detailing (I forget him name) did a fantastic job and my car looks like it did the day I bought it. It looks brand new again. I’m so happy with the results and by far this is the best detailing service I’ve had. This place is the best car wash in San Tan Valley. :)
